You & Me Are "Imperfectly Perfect"

Rate this book
True love is about growing as a couple,
Learning & experiencing each other each day.
It’s a magical connection, an alchemy
I water your soul, You water my soul & We just grow together.

We both were imperfect with our own set of flaws, but what we had between us was real, something we both could feel but couldn’t express. The love we had for each other made up for all our small imperfections & we started our journey forever together.

Itisha
He was just like the moon- Solitary & Cratered with imperfections. Wrapped in mysterious darkness, but just like the moon, he shined like a silver empress of the night. I was like the night bird who used to wait for the off-limits moon every night. Like the moon, he was the one in a million, but he was afar in the sea of stars.
I so wanted to explore the darker side of that moon. I so wanted to know, would there be a moment when he would look at me and love me irrevocably?
The irony couldn’t be better explained... “Dying to know afraid to find out.”

Abhimanyu
Like the sea, my heart had its storms, its own tides, but in its depths, it had its pearls too but to reach that part, nobody ever made an effort to dive deep until Itisha. I was still getting used to the feeling of being in love with Itisha when she decided to walk away forever.
We both were imperfect with our own set of flaws, but what we had between us was real, something we both could feel but couldn’t express.
“The single most extraordinary thing that I ever did in my life was falling in love with her.”

Book two of You and me series', this is story of Itisha and Abhimanyu, the story just flows through the book, the writing style is amazing.
One of the most Quotes worthy book I have a read in recent times. It's well detailed and we get to know both Abhimanyu and Itisha's POV. They just compliment each so well I loved their deep connection, their interactions and banter it was so endearing.
I appreciate that it's not all sunshine and roses but rather depicted how there are up's and downs in every relationship and marriage despite being in love.
It was emotional ride throughout the book, I loved it though it felt a bit too long for my taste. I just took my sweet time reading this book and had a pretty good time finishing the book.
The ending was everything I wished for.

Wow this book left me feeling so emotional. Ms. T Shree has worked her wonders once again. I Ithi and Abhi are the main characters. What lovely and wholesome characters both suffering from scars of the past but fall insanely in love with each other. All I can say if an author can make me feel each and every emotion as T Shree has done then she is amongst the very best of storytellers. Well done T Shree. I can't wait for your next book.

Engaging Read

While I've always been holding myself away from this term called Love, I've always found myself moving around this very theme and feeling of love. Right from the movies and music, I've chose to know more and more about love and that's when I started reading poetry on love.
This book's more like a new step in the process of knowing love from the inside as well as on the outer section although the feelings are unpredictable and invisible. The book's soothing enough and has flawless narration. Author's experience shows how the tale is developed in a manner totally acceptable and memorable. Cover is good indeed which shows in depth love.

"You & Me Are "Imperfectly Perfect" is the second book in the You & Me Series. The first one is You'll Always Be My Favorite "What If" which I read a month ago and enjoyed a lot.

The book revolves around a super charming couple that is itisha and Abhimanyu. A strong and fierce girl - itisha crosses paths with Abhimanyu and from here after the unique and beautiful story of the two souls starts. A well-settled and independent guy Abhimanyu is the kind of guy every girl asks for. Itisha was living a perfect married life both in reality and in her dreams.

Then what would have happened one day that itisha felt that all her dreams were shattered in front of her eyes? All marriages face ups and downs but will itisha be able to accept the dark side of Abhimanyu that has scattered her entire life?

- will the dark side of Abhimanyu ruin their marriage?
.
So many unanswered questions...so many twists and turns...But I'm not spoiling things here.
.....

This book is mixed up with so many emotions And the story will take the readers through several situations and emotions of love. The characters are well developed, and detailed information is available which will make you fall in love with the book and you'll imagine yourself in the place of characters.
.
The title of the book can't be better And one more thing that I would like to appreciate is the imagination power of the author. I feel as if the movie is playing in my mind. I was able to visualize the scene while reading the book.

The book is a complete package for Bollywood movie lovers. Highly recommended to beginners and romance lovers. ❤

Go and grab your copies.

Fabulous, mindblowing and a must read book

Fantabulous is the word that comes to mind when you finish this book that too in one go!

Abhimanyu is hot, snooty and caging his heart from the feeling of love.

Itisha is bold, sassy and yearning for true love.

Their sizzling chemistry keeps you hooked throughout the book. There are a few painful moments in the story that are quite natural to understand and makes the storyline even more gripping. This book shows no matter how much you run away from true love, you will still end up falling in love with the person destined for you. There are plenty of cute scenes that will make you swoon over Abhimanyu. You will hate him too for being a jerk at some point, but then you can’t stop loving him again. The way Itisha makes her own place in Abhi’s heart and his gestures to prove he’s equally falling hard for her is the charm of the story. I liked their couple journey graph that isn’t smooth and makes the story even more interesting.

I loved all the other friends introduced in this novel whose individual stories will come up in the near future. Can’t wait to read about them. Friends like these are rare and very much needed in today’s selfish world. Those who have read the first book of the author (You’ll Always be my favourite What if) will love to read more on Avyansh and Amisha who don’t fail to prove they are the best supporters, and if you have friends like them, you don’t have to fear whom to rely on at crucial times.

This book is not a regular marriage of convenience story, it is more. Go and read it, friends. You will surely love to be a part of Abhimanyu and Itisha’s little rocking world. I finished this story in a matter of 3 hours with hardly any breaks, as I was glued to the plot and narration. An excellent romance novel. Mind-blowing and totally worth reading.

Like it is mentioned in the prologue, “In nature, nothing is perfect, and yet everything is perfect.” in the book imperfectly Perfect by the most amazing love story orator TShree, Our life is also tangled in imperfections and unprecedented ways which we can't able to foresee through our human eyes.
Though ABHIMANYU had people in his life to stand by him even before he asks for it but some losses are still irreparable. Just as Life doesn’t give you an option to exchange happiness, he ineluctably inherited a broken family and a load of sealed emotional trauma with fear of commitment. However, as the saying goes, life is full of shocks and serendipity. Life entangles you in its unforeseen twists and turns, even though you strive to prepare every step.

On the other End ITISHA, a girl from a conservative family under the pressure of her presented upbringing been promised to someone for a relationship after being told not to talk to strangers in her whole lifelong journey. Here the author through the metaphor of the charismatic character sketch portrayed the irony of the Indian debatable culture of conventional arrange marriage cum family deals.

Starting from the diverse point of view of two poles apart characters the chapters merge them along the way which is not planned but spontaneous.

Abhi and Atisha, and their journey is the soul of this novel. Do they have any secret destination waiting for them which they are unaware of? Or it's just some episodic connection between two distinct personas?
This is not just a love story clinging around foolish whereabouts and silly tantrums rather this is something specific that will surely resonate with you throughout the reading. Want to know more? what's special about it? What are you waiting for! Go for it to get the taste of the journey towards the destination!

“Sometimes Life throws you curve balls and knocks you out, But someday, everything will make perfect sense, Let’s laugh at the confusion and Smile through the tears because everything happens for a reason”

Itisha and Abhimanyu were both highly educated and well settled in their careers, they belonged to affluent strata of society and yet got emotionally blackmailed by their respective families to tie a knot. Although they knew each other from a long time since they worked together in a company but they always maintained a distance from each other. They even had common friends Amisha and Avyansh who were happily married and lived in California after leaving the same company. Unaware of their situations, destiny brought them together after 2 years on the fateful day of their engagement being announced in a family function by their respective grandparents.

Both felt that they were treated as a treasured property that could be used as a business deal at the right time.

Itisha was shocked to know that she was going to get married to Abhimanyu Singh Shekhawat, the philandering coquet and the playboy with one-night stands and multiple flings who never committed into any relationship whereas She was a strong smart woman but was very fragile and vulnerable at the same time. Many guys approached her for short term relationships but she always preserved herself.

Was it Abhimanyu she was saving her vulnerability for?

I am a true admirer of author Tshree’s “You and me” series. Each story brings a new character and a new love story. The fact that I like her work is because she never drags the scenes and is quick in switching to a new topic. Her stories are super interesting and keeps you stuck to the book. I always get attached to the characters and wish I had lived their life and fallen in love so passionately.

I truely, 💯 recommend her book to all the readers.

Book Name: You and Me are 'Imperfectly Perfect'

Author: T Shree

Genre: Contemporary Romance

"You and Me are 'Imperfectly Perfect'" by T Shree is the second book of the series "You and Me". The first book was "You'll Always be My Favourite 'What If'" revolving around Avyansh and Amisha. This story revolves around Abhimanyu and Itisha. Abhimanyu has a troublesome childhood as his mother left him, his father and his sister, to marry with her love of life. This incident led him towards depression and he lost trust in love and relationships. Grandparents of Abhimanyu manipulated him for marriage with the help of a marriage deal, which was between Abhimanuy's father and Itisha's Father.

They both got surprised when they came in front of each other on the day of engagement, as they both knew each other from before because of a mutual friend and somewhere back they have worked together in the same organization. They both fall in love with each other in a surreal condition, but destiny has some other plans. One day in a fit of anger Abhimanyu said something which made Itisha break this relationship. What happened further? What was that due to which Itisha break her relationship? Whether they will meet each other again ever? To know the answers you need to read the book first.

The language and the narration style are beginner-friendly. This is an awesome heart touching love story of Abhimanyu and Itisha. If you are a fan of romantic stories, then you must go for this series by T Shree.

You & Me Are "Imperfectly Perfect" the title was fascinating and meaningful. Everyone has flaws and it cannot be hidden, the flaws are to be embraced. Partners should accept all the imperfections and accept the way they are, that is what that makes a perfect relationship. Small title yet profound, I checked the blurb and soon decided to dive into the book.

You & Me Are "Imperfectly Perfect" is the second book of You & Me series by T Shree. This book can be read as a standalone romance. I haven't read the book one but after finishing this book I made my mind to read the book one.

The story is about Abhimanyu and Itisha who entirely different, independent young couple. I really liked the main characters and they are penned beautifully. We could relate to the characters and the situation which are explained in the novel. The epilogue is eloquent and one among my favorites. This is not just a love story but a mix of all the emotions. The story progresses as Abhimanyu accidentally reveal something he has kept from Itisha. I'm not going to spill the beans, read the book to know the details.

The book was delightful and gripping. The narration was just perfect with no lagging plots or repetition. I can't wait for the next part.

#LITEROMA Book Review :: You & Me Are "Imperfectly Perfect" by T Shree

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a Kindle copy of the book for review. **

** Thanks to our reviewer for reviewing the book on behalf of Literoma. **

You & Me Are "Imperfectly Perfect" by T Shree is the second book from the You & Me Series by author T Shree. It is a wonderful contemporary novel on romance and relationships. T Shree already created ripples through the previous title and this comes like an ice-cream topping.

My liking for the book starts with the character naming - Itisha. She is the female lead of the novel. The character arc is beautifully built and is very realistic. I mean that's how a normal blood-and-bone person would react to in hours of distress. Abhimanyu, the male lead, is also complemented well to make a couple, who are not larger than life.

Loved the book title too. Let's not discuss the story and be a spoilsport.

Only low scorrer for me is the book cover, but can be ignored keeping in mind the quality of contents.

Our rating of the book is 4*/5*.

This book is a journey. A journey of two souls so apart from each others in characters yet they tend to pull together by a feeling called love. This book or shall I say this journey revolves around Abhimanyu & Itshita. Abhimanyu was a complex character which seems in his name but Itshita was like free bird. They both falling for each other was priceless.
.
The story mainly portrays them falling for each other and getting married. What problems they both faced in their journey was obvious. The epilogue was the best part of the book for me . There are other characters too which also gave some good direction to the story like Asher.
.
This book is a second part of the series "You & Me ". I haven't read the first book but will soon lay my hands on it. When the book was released I was so excited to read it as it's been long since I read some romcom romantic book. This book was worth the wait. The next book of this series also features 2 characters naming Akansh and Nivy. I am excited for that book and can't wait to see what it offers. This book "Imperfectly Perfect" is already a success and I am not surprised at all.

- T Shree has not disappointed with this book. The wait was well worth it.
- There is a definite improvement in the writing compared to her previous book. The writing has become more polished and refined.
- Loved the way how the author had taken the regular nuances of human life and weaved it in her stories is so good.
- One need not be perfect to find a life partner. Instead one needs to embrace all of their partner's perfections and imperfections. Though the title has presented this point; this was so well presented in the book.
- Main characters were well presented:
○ Abhimanyu with his perfections and imperfections was a person that I easily fell in love with.
○ Itisha as a strong girl but still succumbing to the pressure of an arranged marriage is such a common thing that one could relate to.
- The subtle hint of Mannu and Vivaan was so good. Cant wait for this and Asher's story too.
- Continuation of the camaraderie between the friends was so good that it makes us feel nostalgic.
- Overall, the book was so good that it was difficult to put it down. One had to complete it with a lot of emotions running through them - fascination, anger, hurt, betrayal, sadness and happiness - along with the characters.

A fabulous read

You and me are imperfectly perfect- book2, by T Shree  is a magnificent perused. This is the second book in this series and I'm intrigued with maker thinking and language of heartfelt story is clear yet story tells some truth of life. Its not just a story but a journey.
The story is turned around the two characters itisha and abhimanyu, they experience energetic affections for and similarly surprising science between them.Abhimanyu with his culminations and imperfections was a person that I easily went totally gaga for. Itisha as a strong young woman but simultaneously giving up to the strain of a coordinated marriage is such something ordinary that one could relate to. All of sudden something happened in between Abhimanyu itisha that we haven't the faintest idea what will happen after this and will their relationship until the cows come home. what will happen after this is that ought to be known.Hats off to author phenomenal work to give this book .The language is clear. The title is promising.

The book You & Me Are " Imperfectly perfect " is written by T shree . The book is very well written and the author has tried to come up with a very different concept . The book is the second book in the " You &Me " series . The story is very beautifully presented by the author and the plot is also very well set . The story of the book revolves around the protagonists Abhimanyu and Itisha . The genre of the story is contemporary romance . The story is very relatable as the author has mentioned the problems of our daily lives . They both fell in love and were happily married together . One day something happens between them and in the heat of the moment he said something to Ishita which got her really hurt . You and me are “Imperfectly perfect” by author T. Shree is a very beautiful story about a young named Ishita and Abhimanyu. This book intrigued me so much to the point that I feel the emotions jumping out of the pages of the book and soaking my mind with the sentiments that I got from it.
Both Ishita and Abhimanyu were well settled and independent in their own ways, they fell in love and got married. Everything was going smoothly until Abhimanyu spit out the dark shadow of truth that was following him for forever. After this incident, Itisha broke down and could not handle the pressure and was unable to control herself.
What happened next ? Go through this book to know more !!

Overall, I like this book. The author has done a beautiful job with this book. It is very interesting and intriguing. There are too many elements in this book and one would think that it would all be messy but the author has woven them beautifully and everything fits perfectly. I love the narrative technique that is being used in this book and the plotline is amazing. This book touches and soothed the soul and I would recommend it to everyone. Do pick it up for a great read.

You & Me Are "Imperfectly perfect".
You & Me Series
Author Nane : T Shree
The love story revolves around the lives of Abhimanyu and Itha, who fell in love and got married. It describes in a very interesting way every little thing that happens in life. Abhimanyu and Ithaca were in love and their life was full of happiness.

It's a good idea. Abhimanyu takes care of her. Ithaca undergoes many changes. Abhimanyu felt pity for him when he realized what it was like to be mentally upset. Both people who were born into high families in the society had to endure problems from their families. Both were educated and solidified their careersFriends Ameesha and Avionsh support them. He left the company and settled in California. The happy and unfortunate events that followed were read with great interest. The author's ability to critically evaluate emotional moments is excellent. I liked most parts of this story. Nice presentation Attractive cover page. The severity of the language style for reading has been reduced. I recommend my relatives and friends.

My Rating 4.2 🌟
You and me are Imperfectly Perfect is the second book in the series of You and me after the prequel named You'll Always be my favorite 'what if' , which I have also read before this book few months back.

Romance is one of the genre that I read less but this series is actually intriguing which made me pick the second book also.
The story unfolds when two educated, well settled, and career oriented individuals Itisha and Abhimanyu fell in love with each other, and later on get married aswell. But nobody expected any twists and turns in the happily ever after life, when the couple got into a heated argument/situation which reveals long hidden truths and secrets which affected just not their marriage but also their relationship, truth and all that.
But what was that? And will they ever be able to get back together?

The book doesn't only focuses on the protagonists but also kept light to the supporting characters also which I personally loved. Rest , it was a nice especially if any beginners want to commit to some series then they can, just the storytelling was bit lengthy which could have been little shorter.

You and me are "Imperfectly Perfect", by T. Shree is a beautiful love story that revolves around two lead characters, Abhimanyu and Itisha. They are both well-settled, independent and fierce in their own ways. Further, they both come with their own past strains and perspectives. When they are in together for a special journey called marriage - there are many questions, fears, uncertainties et all. Will they make it happen anyways and if so, how? The story unfolds beautifully, touching upon trust, kindness, love, respect and service as the pillars of support for a strong relationship.

The author has so effectively interwoven friendships, family bonds, careers in narrating the heartwarming love story. That it is natural to be glued to the story till the end is no surprise.

This is a must-read in the romance and relationships genre for its honest and authentic portrayal of human emotions and relations.

I'm always a sucker for a Romantic book books especially the ones which which is written pretty well and this book You and me are imperfectly perfect by author "TShree" is definitely one of them too.
Relationship is a forbidden fruit lonely souls crave for it but on the other hand whoever eats it well they umhhhh..... and this world renowned conundrum was the source of tension between our main characters Itisha and Abhimanyu and societal temptation but pressure as well made their lives a living hell.
Both of our main characters are introduced to an unprecedented situation and mishap was inevitable. Will itisha take a second chance? And spoilers ahead yeah, they both did 😜. The constant tension and romance keeps you on your toes while reading the story. Author has shed some light on some middle class marriage problems in India via this story many of them of them I agree with.
Apart from the main two protagonists my favourite character was Amisha. I felt like I am a Amisha myself in my real life as well. She was so relatable. The story is written in a very lucid language. I like the narration and how author bring out something unique in every character. The book is an emotional rollercoaster. It's a must read in my opinion if you're a romantic book lover.

You & Me Imperfectly Perfect is a second book of You & Me series by T Shree. I had already read the first book What If, so I was eagerly waiting for the second one to come. When it came I grabbed it immediately. I must say it was a worth wait. I was pleased on reading such a wonderful contemporary romance fiction. The book is beautifully written with all the elements to make the story more gripping. The author has effortlessly weaved the nuances of day-to-day life in the story to make it more impactful and relatable. The characters are strong and well presented. Abhimanyu and Itisha who fell in love with each other and got married were happy together. But after an incident Itisha was broken and was not able to handle the pressure or she couldn't manage to control herself. I was touched and could relate to the circumstances easily. The continuation of camaraderie between the friends was good and it makes me feel nostalgic.

I must say the book is quite engaging that I couldn't put it down and finished it in one go!
Highly recommended 👍

"Sometimes Life throws you curve balls and knocks you out, But someday, everything will make perfect sense, Let’s laugh at the confusion and Smile through the tears Because everything happens for a reason..."
I must say that in this month I'm reading some really unique stories. Although the last two books were non-fiction, and after that I picked this book and I must say that it was good choice.
Not all love stories are like moonwalk, it has to go with obstacles, pain and misery. And like all, Abhimanyu and Itisha had also the same jounrey, but like it says, 'imperfectly perfect', the title says it all!
The readers could feel all the emotions through the story and I must say that the characters are so relatable.
The narration is really good. The small quotes made it even more beautiful.
The title is really appropriate with the content.
The language is lucid.
The cover is so beautiful, I loved it.
You just can't miss this book!

The second book in the "You and me" series, this book is a complete roller coaster ride of emotions. The plot is engaging and the book being a thick one doesn't feel monotonous at any point as the narration keeps you wanting to read more. I finished this book in no time because of all the tension, drama, love angle, this book has it all to keep you on the edge of your seat.

Abhimanyu and Itisha, both happy and independent in their lives fall in love with each other and even their married life was going smooth until one fateful day Abhimanyu raises his voice and reveals a dark truth to Itisha which he had been hiding all his life. What would be the consequences of this sudden burst? How will this impact the lives of both of them? The book is written in a very witty and lucid language making it a suitable read for all kind of romance readers. The plot is filled with a lot of drama, thrill, emotions and once into the story, you'll not be able to put it down.

Overall, a beautiful, emotional, unique, thrilling and engaging read.

You & Me Imperfectly Perfect is a second book of You & Me series by T.Shree.This is my first read by the author,I am super impressed with the writing & language & ofcourse the story.I must say it was a worth wait.Abhimanyu & Itisha little shaking world. But they were not strangers, they had a shared past, where they were in a love-Late relationship. The book is certainly not a normal marriage of comfort story.Marvelous & absolutely worth pursuing. The creator has so successfully interwined kinship, family bonds, professions in a portraying the endearing romantic tale.
I was filled with hardships which is very interesting to read I loved the way author narrated the story. It much more attractive. I loved all the other friends introduced in this novel whose individual stories will come up in the near future. An excellent romance novel .....

Nicely penned

Feeling so good after reading this book. After a long time I read such perfect romentic story book. From cover page to story plot everything is chosen perfectly. Story focuses on the theme of adjustment. We have to adjust and accept each other's flaws in each and every relation. We should support each other in every thick and thin situations. One point about the author I like is the story telling style. The ship of the story dreamily flows in the ocean of emotions. You can feel that by reading. Story also shows how relation and understanding between two people grow with every passing day, difficult situations, misunderstanding and with the changing stage of relation. Protagonists of this story start their relation as lovey dovey couple then becomes life partner. Book is very relatable for newly wed couples. If you are one you will laugh, you will cry , you will become angry and feel the vibes of romance while reading this. Congrats to the author for writing such a perfect book.

Title: You & Me Are “ Imperfectly Perfect”
Author: T Shree

Review:

“ You & Me Are Imperfectly Perfect” is a second book of romantic cum drama series “You & Me”. Spread over three seventy one pages, the book revolves around two characters named Ishita and Abhimanyu, who in spite of their varied personality traits and differences are enjoying marital bliss.

But as it’s said that “ everyone has some skeletons in their closet”, here too it rings true for Abhimanyu who has something dark hidden in his closet, this forms the climax of the story and ensuing storyline captures how they reconcile with hidden secret and grow out of it as a couple.

Overall, written in a simple and lucid language with strong characters and engrossing plot, “You & Me are Imperfectly Perfect” is a beautiful and fast paced tale of love, perseverance and understanding. Would recommend it to everyone!

“Sometimes Life throws you curve
balls and knocks you out,
But someday, everything will
make perfect sense,
Let’s laugh at the confusion and
Smile through the tears
Because everything happens
for a reason”

It is the story of Itisha and Abhimanyu, both are imperfect, yet perfect to each other. They stand a mile apart in their views and perspectives but are bonded together by love.

The book has everything that you can expect from a romantic novel. Strong characters, an engaging storyline, intense romantic scenes, love, hatred, misunderstandings, and a happy ending. There aren't many unpredictable twists, but the engrossing narration is more than enough to keep the readers engaged.

It is properly paced and well narrated. The characters are well defined. Itisha seems more relatable, whereas Abhimanyu, a hard nut to crack. Even the supporting characters have a lot of significance and it's exciting to know that the solo books for each of them are in the pipeline. Also, now I have to check out the first book in this series ‘You’ll always be My Favorite: What If’.

I have read this author’s previous work, and it was amazing. So I definitely had to pick this book up, and I am so glad that I got chance to read this one. You & Me Perfectly Imperfect is the second story of the you and me series. I was quite eagerly waiting for the next one. The story has the elements like love, romance, heart breaks, feelings, secrets and many such. The protagonists of the story are Abhimanyu and Itisha. They both were living their own life independently. They both were deeply in love with one another. They were happily living married life. Until a secret was revealed out of anger from Abhimanyu, from here the story took a sharp turn what will happen next in their life?? Where this secret will lead them to?

The story is written from the side of both protagonists’ So author has done indeed a good job. The narration style of the author is captivating. She has paid attention to minor details. The language of the book is lucid.I enjoyed reading it and strongly recommend it from my side.
