This is, quite honestly, the best leadership book that I have ever read. Wilson is clear, straight, and unapologetic for being candid with his tone. With that being said, this is an incredibly fast read because of how concisely formatted the material is. I appreciated Wilson's biblical approach toe each principle, backed by his personal experiences in following the given principles in his life. Straightforward, easy to read, and incredibly practical. Highly recommend for anyone, whether a saint on the pew or a God-called minister walking headlong into the field.

The book provides practical advice/tips from a biblical perspective on pursuing what God has called you to do. Are you called to be a writer? He provides some guidance on how to accomplish this. Are you called to lead in a different way? Maybe you’re not sure? He provides direction on this as well. Overall, I appreciate the plain-speaking approach he has in writing this book. It’s easy to understand and makes the process more attainable.
