highly recommend for anyone dealing with hurts, habits or hangups!

An excellent book, very engaging and pulls you right in to the author’s personal story. I will absolutely be recommending this book to my clients, particularly those who struggle with any sort of addiction, whether that is alcohol, drugs or other substances, gambling, gaming, eating-disordered behavior, etc. I really commend the author for her brutal honesty and vulnerability, because others absolutely will be able to connect with that. Your biggest misery can become your biggest ministry! We can all learn from the lessons in this book.
