What a cute cover!
In my Christmas romcom binge-fest, and in my quest to consume as many audible books from the prime catalog as I can before my subscription runs out, I thought this looked like a great choice.
It’s actually an audio combination of 4 novellas in the author’s Wishful series. All set in the same town with some overlap, but very different stories. The first one starts out pretty cheesy and I thought I might stop. But then I got the ebooks for the individual stories so I wasn’t dependent upon cheesy narration. I wound up with a combo of ebook and audio through the series, and found myself loving these Southern small town stories. There’s a lot of heart.
I’ll do a separate review of each book.
The books included here are Wishful 7, 9, 11 and A Very Campbell Christmas. I’m not sure if the series fits together better if you read the whole series in order. These seem to each be stand-alones with a few crossover characters mentioned and the same town setting.
Not the best, but pretty cute little small town romances.

Part 1
Dance Me a Dream
This is a sweet novella where wishes can come true. Tara dropped out of college to take care of her half brother and sister as their mother left and their father was in prison. She was going to be a professional dancer, but she put that dream aside for her siblings. Tara worked two jobs to make ends meet and wanted to give her siblings a Christmas to remember. Jace came back to town from college for a month and saw Tara. He felt a connection with her and wanted to date her. Tara didn’t date as she always said that she couldn’t do that with taking care of her siblings and working. You need to read the book to see what happens.

Tara was such a good person to take care of her siblings as she had never met them before. She wanted to give them some stability that they never had. She was upset giving up her dream of dancing, but felt she had to take care of her siblings. I felt bad that a few of the guys she tried to date didn’t want anything to do with her because of the children. I was glad to see that Jace was a good guy and really wanted to help and get to know Tara. Jace’s family was great too. His homestead sounds like such a wonderful place to be around. It was a good book and I encourage you to read it.

Part ll
The Christmas Fountain
This was a sweet Christmas novella. Mary Alice Reed had been with Jude for two years. Had never put her first and she always felt he wanted to be with his friend Amanda. He denied it, but Mary Alice ended breaking it off with him. It wasn’t six weeks later he was married to Amanda. Mary Alice me Dr. Chad Phillips when she took her cousin to the emergency room. He was everything Jude wasn’t. You can’t help but fall in love with Chad. Mary Alice was a loving, giving woman but had to get over how her ex treated her. I enjoyed the book and encourage you to read the book.

Part lll
A Lot Like Christmas
This is a wonderful story for Christmas. I loved how upbeat Hannah is even though she has a couple of things she is struggling with. Her decorating skills sounded so wonderful. I loved how Rylan softened up some after meeting Hannah. I am sure it is hard to look on the bright side of life after being so entrenched in the fighting going on in Afghanistan. He has such a good heart to ask for time off to check on his Uncle Percy who is not blood. He and Percy have a tendency to spar a lot, but with lots of love. I loved watching Hannah and Ryan fall in love. I strongly encourage you to read the book.

Part lV
A Very Campbell Christmas
The Campbell’s are a close family and always willing to help each other out. It was great that they all pitched in to fix up Tess and Mitch’s house for Christmas since they just had a baby. Cam felt so bad for Norah, his wife, since she had a miscarriage and never told anyone, but wanted a baby. It seemed like everyone they were running into was getting pregnant. Cam fell to terrible for his wife. Norah knew something was going on with her but didn’t want to get her hopes. I encourage you to read the book. I was given a copy of the stories and voluntarily wrote a review.

These three novellas were just perfect for the holiday season. All sweet touching romance stories with a HEA ending.

DANCE ME A DREAM
Tara Honeycutt, a twenty two year old young woman, had dreams but when her two half-siblings need her, she left all of those dreams behind. Her only goal was to be there for the kids and give them the best life she could.
Jace Applewhite, a twenty four year old grad student, is back home for the holidays and ready to help in their tree farm.
What neither expected was that a gas leak and an offer for a place during the holidays, would change everyone’s life.

THE CHRISTMAS FOUNTAIN
Mary Alice Reed, a third grade teacher, is still struggling with the hurt from the break up with her boyfriend of two years as well how he quickly he became a couple with his best friend.
When one of her girlfriends gets hurt after drinking too much due her own break up a trip to the ER is in order. There, Mary Alice meets Dr. Chad Phillips. A man that left his job as a trauma surgeon in the big city so he could find love and a normal life in a small town.
The attraction was immediate, but Mary Alice was hesitant to once again risk her heart. As they work together for a charity, the friendship intensifies and it seems love is within reach. But what happens when misunderstandings threaten their relationship? Will Mary Alice be to scare to move on or will she allow herself to fall in love with a man that truly is her perfect match?

A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS
Once again, the author gives us another wonderful and touching story in this series.
This one belongs to Delta Force medic Ryan Malone and interior designer Hannah Wheeler.
Hannah moved to Wishful after an accident in Atlanta to stay with her sister during her recovery. Doing better and hoping to restore her career, she is working as a waitress at the local cafe. When she sees through the window a man that looks like a homeless vet, she invites him in for coffee and pays for his meal. Little does she know that he just going back from overseas with the intent of checking up on an adopted elderly “uncle”.
As their friendship develops Ryan’s walls begin to come down and he starts questioning his future . A reality of many deployed troops experience.
The plot was engaging, the characters complex and though at times heartbreaking it was also a heartwarming story.
These stories are to be enjoyed not only during holiday season, but all year long
I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

Delightful,  romantic, must read, feel good book of the Christmas season!

This is the PERFECT book for in between decorating the tree,  wrapping the presents and watching the Hallmark and/or ION TV Christmas movies.

I'm a huge Kait Nolan fan! I love her deep, well developed characters and the Southern charm infused in all her stories! This collection features more gritty heroines and swoon worthy heroes driven by strong love of family finding their dreams coming true when, where and how they least expect it against a Christmastime backdrop.

My all time favorite Kait Nolan romance, A Lot Like Christmas, is in this volume!!! There's something about creative, kind hearted, cheerful Hannah that breaks down the walls that jaded, broken military man Ryan has built around his heart...and it makes me cry tears of joy every time I read it!

You have got to read this book, y'all!

I enjoyed these short stories very much. I was especially glad to see that Mary Alice gets her own story. I liked her and was sorry that she got the shaft in Judd and Autumn’s story. Great little read for the holidays.

“A Small Town Holiday Romance Extravaganza” is an excellent description for this set of novellas! I’ve enjoyed each of these gems individually before; but curling up and reading them together was a true romance feast! All of them involve the small town’s magic fountain, where the wish has to be pure of heart to come true. Yet each story is as unique and intriguing as its characters. And there’s a bonus short story included as well! This is the perfect holiday romance read! Thanks Kait!!!

A happy little Christmas collection. Kait never fails to keep you entranced, so whether it’s your first Kait novel or you’re re-reading an old favourite you are sure to enjoy. It’s like dropping in to visit old friends. This collection also has some bonus chapters which continues the story of another novel. Truly emotive words, that narrate a heart breaking, but sadly far too common experience. Brilliantly done. Thank you.

I loved reading all the stores in the collection and the best was the bonus chapters for one of wishful’s most loved couples.

What a treat! Such heart warming stories and as I read each story I lived with, cried for, laughed with, hoped with, and loved each of the characters.

Worth every dollar you’d spend on it and then some more.

Kait Nolan brings together some of her books that are most loved for the holiday season. This is an author who never disappoints. While the books in this anthology offer some moments that will have you wringing your hands, when you reach the end, you’ll be smiling and ready to enjoy the holiday season. Wonderful southern romances that leave you feeling happy.

=================================

In Dance Me a Dream, we follow Jace and Tara. He’s a graduate student, and she’s had to give up her dream career as a ballerina to take custody of her two younger siblings when their father is sent to prison. When she and Jace meet, the question is whether they can come together to create a perfect Christmas, and more. It’s a wonderful, sweet and hot Christmas tale.

Jace is taken with Tara from the first moment he sees her. He then needs to convince her that he’s serious and not put off by her younger half-siblings of whom she holds custody. When the heat goes out at Tara’s, she and the children are welcomed by Jace’s family to share their Christmas celebrations. Can they convince Tara that Jace is serious and that the children aren’t a bother? And what about her dancing career? Is it over for good?

Read this delightful Christmas tale and enjoy the situation as these two work their way through this dream. It’s a wonderful holiday tale.

***

The Christmas Fountain follows Mary Alice Reed and Dr. Chad Phillips. They meet in the emergency room when Mary Alice helps bring her friend Finn in for treatment. Dr. Phillips is an emergency room doctor and trauma surgeon. He’s taken with Mary Alice and when he delivers a scarf she’s forgotten at the hospital, a friendship and working relationship begins, and, of course, more. Can Mary Alice overcome her lack of trust in men, caused by her ex ditching her to marry his “best friend”? The handsome Dr. Phillips is waiting for her if she can, and he’s gorgeous, good-hearted, and super hot.

Mary Alice Reed’s trust in men was shredded when her long-time boyfriend, Judd, who’d sworn he and Autumn Buchannan were just friends, up and married Autumn. When she meets Dr. Chad Phillips in the emergency room, there’s an instant chemistry. Can she overcome the betrayal she suffered at Judd’s hands to pursue a relationship with Dr. Chad?

Chad Phillips moved to Wishful to practice a more personal form of medicine than he could in Atlanta. He moved because he wanted to get to know his patients and feel at home in the town of Wishful. When Mary Alice accompanies her friend into the emergency room, he finds that he truly wants to get to know her. He takes it upon himself to return a scarf she left at the hospital in the hope of getting to know her better. She’s still leery, but she’s a hospitable southern woman and invites him in out of the cold. It isn’t long before the two of them realize that they have much in common.

Then something happens to shake Mary Alice’s trust once again. Can she believe what she saw? Can Chad convince her it’s something different than what she thinks?

Come along for the ride as Mary Alice and Chad work together for The Christmas Fountain Charity helping to see that underprivileged children enjoy a happy Christmas, and see if they manage to figure out a way to each other and their own happy Christmas.

A Lot Like Christmas

My wish this holiday season is that I get to move to Wishful. Yup! Wishful seems like such a welcoming place that I’m ready to pack up and move. May I, please?

No? *sigh*. It’s only for the characters the author chooses? Darn! I guess I’ll need to live through them. It’s no hardship, I assure you.

Ryan Malone is home on leave from the army. His main purpose in returning stateside is to check on his Uncle Percy, an 80 year old living in his own.

Hannah Wheeler was an interior designer living in Atlanta, until she had an accident. She moved to Wishful to live with her sister, the baker, while she recovered. Now, she’s working as a waitress at Dinner Bells. When Ryan shows up outside the restaurant, looking for all the world like a homeless veteran, it touches Hannah’s heart.

That first encounter will prove the start of another Wishful romance. As with all the Wishful pairings, Ryan and Hannah will have you cheering and jeering, pulling for them to get over their insecurities and give love a chance.

As always, you come away from this Kait Nolan Book smiling. And if we readers are lucky, there’s another couple or two presented in this volume upon which she can expand. I’m so happy I came across this series and this author. These books present a town where we’d all like to live and people we’d like to know.

A Very Campbell Christmas

It’s Christmastime in Wishful, and Norah has gone all out organizing the holiday festival in town. But she’s not taking her usual pleasure from her achievements. She has some worries about family. It’s a little bit angst-y at times, but never fear, things will work out in the end with double the joy. It’s always a pleasure to see Norah and Cam show up in one of this author’s books. This is a delightful short story that will leave you smiling.

I received a free copy of this anthology from the author through Booksprout. While I have previously read most of these books , I enjoyed the chance to go back and read them again in this book. I thank her for her generosity, but it had no effect on this review. All opinions in this review reflect my true and honest reactions to reading this anthology.

Christmas in Wishful is a collection of three Christmas romances all set within the Wishful Romance series. Each story can stand alone, but each story contains a couple falling in love during the magical time of Christmas!

Dance Me a Dream - Jace is on holiday from grad school and when he meets Tara, all he can think of is making her smile. Tara has been the guardian for her two younger half siblings for the past year and a half and is completely in awe of Jace’s generosity. Can Jace grant two of Tara’s wishes and win her heart? This book completely pulled at my heart strings and I loved every second I spent reading this book! It’s sweet, full of Christmas magic, and I loved the everything about this book! Jace is amazing, thoughtful, and a really great influence on Tara and her siblings! He cares about them and I love that right from the very beginning, he could see through Tara’s sadness. Tara is so strong and selfless, and I loved that when she made her first wish, she felt guilty. I can’t use any other word to describe this romance than to say it was sweet and so thoughtful and my heart feels so full!

The Christmas Fountain - Mary Alice and Chad meet when she brings her friend to his ER. Feeling a connection and attraction, they start to spend more time together, helping with her Christmas foundation. But is Mary Alice willing to open her heart again to romance, or will one strike against Chad ruin their chance at love? Oh my goodness, I loved this romance and I did not want to stop reading once I started. I loved Mary Alice and Chad, and I loved having Mary Alice’s romance finally! Chad is completely perfect for her, as he wants to put her first, is willing to move around his work schedule, and wants to have a future with her. Mary Alice just has a few hang ups about her ex that she needs to face and work through, but she’s looking for the future, she’s looking for someone who wants her. I love the foundation that helps bring them together, too! This was such a sweet romance, and a great way for a well-deserved character to find love!

A Lot Like Christmas - Hannah is an interior designer turned waitress with her heart full of Christmas magic and friendly cheer. Ryan is home on leave from the military, trying to help his uncle out, and completely surprised by his feelings towards Hannah. What starts as a Christmas flirtation takes a turn for so much more, but when his time is up in Wishful, what will happen to them next? This book is so wonderful and warm and really fills you up with the Christmas spirit! I absolutely loved Hannah, with her positive outlook, not being afraid to open her heart towards others, and putting others’ needs above her own. I really felt like I could relate to her and wish some of her positivity was in my real daily life. Ryan was a soldier through and through, one to compartmentalize his emotions and thoughts, and one to keep working to push through his concerns. I loved that Hannah crashed down his walls and that he was really able to think about what his life could truly look like! I loved them together, because while she could lift him up, he could be her steady rock when needed. They were a beautiful balance. I loved some of the side drama in this book and of course, the Casserole Patrol!

I have loved this series, look forward to each new one, and this collection was the perfect read to help get you in the Christmas spirit! I love these books and even though I’ve read them before, I will gladly read them again!

Dance Me A Dream
It may not be the Christmas season quite yet, but this story is timeless. Several other readers have said it before, it’s just like reading a Hallmark movie. There is just so much emotion packed into this little book it was spilling out of my eyes. I’ve adored Tara since I first read about her in the earlier books and I loved seeing her getting her own happy-ever-after hero. Jace, and his whole family, is pretty much perfect: sweet, patient, kind, caring, loving, and adores children. Where can I find a hero like that for myself? I will happily read everything ever published about Wishful and keep coming back for more.
The Christmas Fountain
When I first read the description of this book, I didn’t immediately recognize Mary Alice as a character I had read before. But as I began reading it all started clicking in to place. I have to admit feeling a little uncomfortable seeing Judd from Mary Alice’s point of view. I invested so much emotion in him and Autumn getting their happily-ever-after, that I don’t quite know what to do with my feelings of righteous indignation on Mary Alice’s behalf now that I’m invested in her happily-ever-after. I think this is a brilliant example of just how talented the author is; that she can write characters that we love and hate in equal proportion depending on the angle we’re looking from. And Chad? Oh Chad. This man can do virtually no wrong by me – idiot timing for dramatic revelations not withstanding. The sweet, thoughtful things he does for Mary Alice to show how much she means to him are just the most precious things I’ve ever witnessed. This quick read had all of the wonder and magic of the holiday season.
A Lot Like Christmas
There is nothing at all quite like a Wishful Christmas. I’m a sucker for a military hero and I simply ADORE Wishful. Pair these things together and I’m happier than a cat with her own garden full of catnip. Hanna embodies the Christmas spirit I wish I could maintain. Her unrelenting delight in the season is awe inspiring to witness. Being in military service and having seen and done what he has, Ryan’s a bit more cynical about the season. So, what happens when the burned-out army medic is forced to spend time with the holiday elf? A Christmas miracle. And in case you didn’t already realize, keep the tissues handy because, like me, you’ll probably need them before you get to the end.
A Very Campbell Christmas
This one hit me really hard because I have some experiences that are similar to Norah’s. So, for me, I needed the tissues to get through this quick little read, whereas some others might not need the warning to keep them handy. I adore the connection between Cam and Norah. These two really are my #couplegoals. And all that love and concern spills out over the whole Campbell clan. I’m so happy for them to get the endings they’ve gotten.

After a few days she gets sent to Sargeant Malones Uncles house to decorate for him. That is when Hannah finds out the true person Sargeant Malone is even though she had suspected something was up becuase of the very generous tip he left her. Between the Uncles match making and their mutual attraction they hit it off and their relationship starts their. A few hiccups along the way and they figure things out.
The 3rd book is about Cam and Norah Campbell. They have been trying to have a baby for awhile. Norah is acting strange and Cam is going crazy wondering what is going on. Dance Me A Dream

I really enjoyed this story I got to see what happened to a character that I previously had wondered about in another of the Wishful series books. In this book you get to see the struggles that Tara has faced and you get a better understanding of what has happened in her life and it just tugged at my heartstrings for all the tough situations that she had to go through to get to where she is at. This book is a really easy read and it something that you can finish in one setting if you have the time to spare. I absolutely loved it and I can’t wait to read more of the Wishful series.

The Christmas Fountain

What another great Wishful Romance series installment. In this book you get to see what happened with Mary Alice Reed who you previously met in If I Didn’t Care. I am so glad that Kait Nolan decided to come back to Mary Alice and write her story. It was absolutely wonderful to see her find her way to happiness. I loved getting to see Mary Alice and Chad find their way to each other it was such a beautifully written story and I can’t wait to read more by this author.

A Lot Like Christmas

This novella is a part of the Wishful Romance series and I just absolutely loved coming back to this world and meeting some new characters as well as seeing some beloved characters from the past books. This novella was just such a quick and easy read and I just couldn’t get enough of it. I just fell in love with Ryan Malone and Hannah Wheeler and their journey together was just beautiful. I was just crying at the end of this beautiful story. I can’t wait to see what’s next from this author.

A Very Campbell Christmas

This short story is a part of the Wishful Romance series and I just absolutely loved coming back to this world and getting to see more of Norah and Cam. Nooooooo I can’t believe how this ended. I was just lost in this story and I just couldn’t get enough of it. I was so sad to turn the last page and I immediately wanted more. I hope the author will have a continuation short story.

As Hannah and Ryan work together to help Percy, they also draw closer to each other, but their fears of loss might hold them back. This book is amusing, sweet, and a little bit steamy at times. .. A Very Campbell Christmas - Nora is happy to organize Christmas decorating for the new parents, but she has wishes of her own. This is a sweet short story that gives glimpses of many of the residents of Wishful. I love these stories and have enjoyed reading. It's a terrific series.

I read all of these books with the exception of a Very campbell christmas when they first came out. This series remains on of my all time favorites and I just love this box set.

Dance Me a Dream :
Yes, it was short, but oh so sweet! Jace is just too perfect for his own good, and Ginny totally stole the show. I would have loved a longer story, but I always say that wish anything from Wishful, I think I say this in every review - I love Wishful!

The Christmas Fountain:
This, like all other Kait Nolan books gives you the warm and fuzzies. It's a little more than a meet-cute, but not a full full-length novel. Like with all of her books, no matter the length, I always want more! Mary Alice, poor thing, I couldn't blame her one bit. But this is just another chapter in the amazing Wishful set. If you've loved any of the other books, you will love this one too. Kait Nolan always has a great balance of romance and humor and realness to her books. You can't help but love them

A Lot Like Christmas :
I don't remember a mention of Hannah in previous books, but it doesn't matter, you definitely feel like you know her by the end. Although these books are stand-alone, there's always an appearance and mentions of those you've already gotten to know and have fallen in love with. No Wishful story would be complete without the Casserole Patrol! Honestly I don't know what I liked more, Ryan and Hannah or Percy. Even though there was a lot going on in this story, I always want more. There were a few great lines that just made me crack up. Another five star for Kait Nolan!

A Very Campbell Christmas :
this was a super quick read but I loved revisiting Wishful's very first couple. Not to mention an extra glimpse at one of my favorite couples. This book also hits a subject that I'm sure a lot of woman can relate to. I just loved this little peek!

Dance Me a Dream, Wishful Book 6:
Tara Honeycutt is guardian to her two young half-siblings. She sacrificed college and became their parent at nineteen, uprooting herself instead of them. Every guy who tries fails at getting a date with her. Jace Applewhite, one of the many who have been shot down by Tara, is home for the holidays visiting family and getting ready for Christmas. Tara and her siblings have the opportunity to stay on the farm and experience what family is all about. It just may be that making a wish at the town fountain isn't all that hokey.

A Lot Like Christmas, Wishful Book 11:
Hannah and Ryan both have fears to overcome. While their circumstances are vastly different, they are similar in needing to get over the hurdle that prevents both from moving forward. While neither sets out to intentionally conquer their fears, the time they spend together leads them down a path where leaps of faith are taken. This was a quick heartwarming story that used the spirit of Christmas to make two people take a chance on love. I loved it!

The Christmas Fountain, Wishful Book 9:
Mary Alice is nursing a broken heart. She thought she found her HEA, but he was someone else's HEA. Everyone else saw that he was not her Mr. Right; hindsight is always 20/20. One drunken mishap later--spoiler alert: it wasn't her-- Mary Alice meets ER doc Chad. Her experience with the ex-boyfriend prevent her from seeing Chad for who he is--a sincere guy who's doing his own looking for his Mrs. Right. That fountain came into play in this story, too!

A Very Campbell Christmas, a Wishful Story:
This was a quick read! Catching up with Norah and Campbell during the Christmas season. Seems that everyone except for Norah is having babies, the one thing she most wishes for. But Norah is Norah, and she holds in her heartache while giving orders to family members and doing her job. Until they get the best gift of all! It was great to catch up with Norah and Cam as well as the other Wishful characters we've grown to know and love.

Wishful is one of my favorite small towns series! But first, I have to tell you that I read 3 of 4 novellas in this book already but I don't have a problem re-read them. Actually, I can re-read them again and again without boring... at all. I think I read Dance Me A Dream 3 times now but I still feel heartwarming whenever I read Jace and Tara's story. Jace is too good to be true but that is good for Tara because she is also a good girl who sacrificed herself for her siblings. The story is sets with a Christmas theme which makes it sweeter. So if you like reading a hero who has a kind heart with a bit of humor by his family, I recommend this one.

The Christmas Fountain: Mary Alice finally get her own happiness. Chad is good for her. Nolan wrote the story so good. And the counter scene in Chad's kitchen is HOT. I really love the idea that she added love scenes into this book because even if I enjoy reading the series as sweet and clean romance, I prefer to read it better with steamy scenes ;)

A Lot Like Christmas: I love Ryan and Hannah. Their story is so cute and so into Christmas season. I love how Nolan wrote it a little bit funny that make me smile and chuckle in some moments while I'm reading this.

A Very Campbell Christmas is the one you wouldn't want to miss if you are a fan of Cam and Nora's story, this is the best way to follow them up. Cam is still sweet and his protectiveness is so swoon-worthy. Nora is still Nora if you know what I mean, LOL. With everything they have been through together, I am so glad that they still have each other.

At the end of this book, we will catch a glimpse of Nolan's next book and I can't wait for reading it.

A wonderful, sweet collection of three Wishful Christmas stories. The stories of how three couples manage to come together when it seems they were not sure they should be together. Tara has custody of her step-siblings and is struggling to get by. She and Jace meet and somehow manage to work things out. It takes some doing for them both to work through their issues.
Mary Alice has broken up with the man she thought would be her husband when he realizes he is in love with his best female friend. She meets Chad, a physician, who is helping a friend who has a medical issue. She doesn’t want to connect with Chad but he does want to connect with Mary Alice. Can things work out with them?
Ryan is on leave from the Army and trying to determine if the man who has been an uncle to him and his family should be living alone. His uncle is stubborn and doesn’t want the help. Hannah is working as a waitress after an accident in Atlanta sent her to her sister’s house. But she wants to get back into interior decorating so she helps Ryan decorate his uncle’s house. Ryan has trouble dealing with not being with his unit in the Army and Hannah is hurt by this. Can they work through all of this?
A final story is about Norah and Campbell. They have tried to have children but Norah lost a child and now is afraid to try again. Will they find themselves as parents?
All these books are sweet and have wonderful stories. Many of the people in Wishful show up again and again. And the fountain comes into play in these books. Read them and enjoy Christmas in Wishful.

Dance Me a Dream
How can you not enjoy a holiday romance, that also has kids in it, who get a fantastic Christmas after enduring some of life's difficulties? You also get a guy that seems too good to be true, but he actually is, and makes wishes come true. No magic involved, just good people.

The Christmas Fountain
Another sweet Christmas romance. I could understand Mary Alice's hesitancy after her break up with Justin. Chad was the polar opposite, almost too good to be true. The thing that bothered me about this story was that it took Justin TWO YEARS to figure out who he wanted in a relationship. It was also interesting that a cop couldn't do (or wouldn't do) what a doctor managed to do.

A Lot Like Christmas
A sweet, romantic holiday story. Three people, each carrying their own baggage, come together at Christmas. Everyone brings something special into the relationships and help to heal one another in the process. Ryan and Hannah find love, and both help Percy to get past his loss.

A Very Campbell Christmas
A very short story about Cam and Norah getting their wish fulfilled. You also get to briefly visit with some of the other characters from Wishful.

All four books in this set were sweet holiday romances that are feel good stories. Each with their own special HEA.

Christmas in Wishful is a wonderful collection of holiday love stories in the town of Wishful, the brainchild of Kait Nolan. This collection has a sweet and sassy heroine to fit whatever mood you're in when you pick it up. Personally, I really loved Tara with her beautiful, sad smile. She's stepped in to raise her half-siblings, foregoing a dance career to do so. She's not bitter, she's exhausted and determined to put the kids first for the first time in forever and I love her for it. And I love Jace for putting Tara first for once, for giving her something to smile about. For just being a good guy when she needed one, even if she didn't know she did need one.
In fact, each of the stories contain women who are strong but in different ways. They do the hard things, the right things, and the universe rewards them beautifully. The best part of all is that I got to read every word and go on the journey with Tara, Mary Alice, Hannah and Norah (bonus story). Each story takes you on a beautiful journey of love and romance, complete with holiday cheer because it's Wishful and that's what we do here!
Each time I take a trip to Wishful, MS, I want to hop a plane, penny in hand and make a wish of my own. I had a different reaction to each story, each couple but they were all a different type of the feels.

What a lovely collection of Wishful holiday novellas - I adored every single one of them!

Dance Me a Dream
I read this lovely novella in one sitting, played the old "awww, just one more chapter!" game until 1 a.m. :) I met Tara first in Riley and Liam's book, and I was delighted with how this story turned out - not only for her but for everyone, including Ginny and Austin.

The Christmas Fountain
This is the story of Mary Alice, who certainly deserved better than what she experienced with Judd in "If I Didn't Care", and who finally gets her swoon-worthy HEA with Dr. McHottie.

A Lot Like Christmas
The perfect combination of Southern small-town charm, likeable, "real" characters struggling with real problems without too much melodrama, a swoonworthy romance story with a dash of humor - the latter not only but also served by the Casserole Patrol.

A Very Campbell Christmas
While this short novella deals with a tough subject (if you're like me, you might want to keep tissues at hand, just in case), it's also full of hope, and love, and - as the title implies - lots of family, too.

4.5/5 Chock-full-of-holiday-spirit stars

Kait Nolan is a wonderful storyteller, so to discover that she has three of her books together in a collection was exciting! Each of the three takes place in a small Mississippi town called Wishful. Wishful is the quintessential small town that romance stories are made for. It has the diner where all of the quirky and friendly towns-people meet, there is the older group of busybody knitting ladies who are up in everyone's business, and of course, as the name of the town implies, there is a fountain that is said to grant wishes.
The author's story descriptions don't need any additional information.I want you to know that this is a terrific opportunity to read three of Nolan's stories in a great boxset and to discover three wishes that are granted from the magic fountain in Wishful, Mississippi. If you are new to Nolan, what a great way to get to know her writing and her stories. If you are already a fan, you will love being able to read three small town romance stories in one opportunity!
I would definitely recommend this boxset!

This book has three feel-good small town Christmas romance stories, and a short bonus that were very enjoyable to read. The novelettes had wonderful characters, and the storylines were delightful stories and a pleasurable read. "Dance Me a Dream" starts this collection.
Dance Me a Dream
Tara who once was a ballet dancer is making a wish flipping a coin in the fountain in Wishful. Tara wishes that her wards Ginny and Austin could have the best Christmas they deserve. Tara who is taking care of her brother and sister goes to work at the Daily Grind. Jace who returned home during the Christmas season from Grad School is helping on his family farm selling Christmas trees. Jace is joining his friends for coffee when he notices the new girl at the counter. This starts this engaging story as Jace comes to her rescue when their Christmas season goes awry by taking Tara and the kids to his family's Christmas. This is the first cute romance story in this enjoyable collection.
I'd volunteer to read and review this copy I'd received via Goodreads.

Dance me a dream - I've read all the previous books in this series and was wanting to hear more of Tara's story. This young lady put her life and dreams on hold for others and she really does deserve a break and some happiness........in the form of hunky Jace and his family. This is just such a sweet, lovely story and a wonderful addition to the series.
The Christmas Fountain - OMG their first date......how romantic and special....this was my favourite moment of the book.A wonderful addition to the Wishful series and a lovely quick read Christmas story.
A Lot like Christmas - LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!!The Sergeant and the Elf Girl, what a wonderful story. Hannah is such a sweet loving character and well suited to Ryan's army medic caring soul. This story was full of love, warmth, caring and Christmas spirit. I also enjoyed Percy and more of the Casserole Patrol.
A Very Campbell Christmas -Awww this was beautiful. A heartfelt story for one of our favourite Wishful couples.
