I thought this book had great information for non-cyber leaders. I read this coming from a cyber background and did not get as much CISO-perspective from this book as I expected. But it was good to see the authors highlight what I find as necessary pre-requisites. Build the right team with the right people, take care of them, build relationships with the board, make sure people see you regularly and not just in a disaster, share information with outside entities to help everyone fight ransomware together, and PRACTICE THE INCIDENT RESPONSE PLAN and any other plans.
