And if there's something that everyone can relate to, its the flow of emotions throughout the body at particular interval of time.
Debjeet Das has beautifully formulated and written bundle of poems put together to portray life and its beatings. May it be the strength or the fragility that comes from it. There is a famous saying pertaining to how it is emotions that make us real, these are the things what makes us humans.
Hence, it becomes imperative that we are truthful about them, and instead of letting them come in our way, we can use them in such a manner that it will work in our favor.
In this book, we see how the author has tried to hone such emotions through the way of beautifully written and soul warming poems that are bound to touch a nerve with all the readers.
Though all the poems were simply outstanding, my favorite from the entire book would be those under the Framework of Happiness and The Joy of Finding Something New.
What we feel and how we deal with our emotions can be considered to be the most genuine persona of reflecting our true character, and as such, we can see how these poems are incidental in evoking the same from us.
The book collates the author's life experiences and perspectives in poetic prose. It consists of 50 poetic verses which express various feelings - delight, rage, confusion, desperation, appreciation, triumph, self-belief and so on. The works are heartfelt and brilliant. Each and every poem feels relatable to some facet of everyday life. My favorite works from this book were Your Fragile Life and Push Others Down
Simple to understand yet very impacting. A well written self help book in poetic style covers different aspects of life. I do recommend it to everyone specifically to the beginners as it is easy to read.
A collection of fifty very relatable and motivating poetries.

Some of my favourite poems from this book are- Mind seeking rest, Everyone’s life is different, Arguments with others is futile, childhood reminiscence.
I found some poetry lacking in better word choice and some ideas were repetitive, but mostly I liked the energy of the book. As it talks about the negativity of society but also gives you positivity to deal with them and move on with happy thoughts.
It is a great book for all those who love poetry about life in general and prefer rhyming poetry. Also a good choice for beginners. So do give it a try.
Poetry is important for several reasons. First, poetry can be a great way to express oneself. It can be used to communicate emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. Second, poetry can be used as a form of activism. Poets have long been at the forefront of social and political movements, using their work to raise awareness and advocate for change. Third, poetry can be a powerful tool for teaching and learning. It can help students to develop critical thinking skills and to explore different perspectives on the world. Finally, poetry can simply be enjoyable to read and write. It can be a fun and creative way to engage with the language. For all of these reasons, poetry is an important part of our culture and our world.

After reading them one feels the positivity everywhere and most importantly within.
The poems are very stunningly inscribed and it has a simple writing style. The poems are very relevant. It is very thought-provoking and likeable. It is one of those books that gives day-to-day confirmation vibrations. The poet does seem to have an ability to intensely articulate so many diverse sentiments, which brings out our innermost reflections.
A beautiful poem collection book which has poetry for all the emotions and occasions in life. A perfect book for readers who want to get into the beautiful world of poetry.
“We are yet to realize that problem has got deeper roots. Finding a solution at the surface will not bear any fruits.”
We feel myriad emotions day in and day out. Some give us strength while some make us vulnerable to weaknesses. Some give us comfort while some impart excruciating pain. Yet we should feel them as there is no escape.
The fragilities of life are bound to be there and we must accept and work on them. The key to making life meaningful is to accept our flaws and work on them. Unless and until we don’t realize that we lack something, we won’t know it and we won’t work on it.
“Life: Its strength and Fragilities” is a collection of poems on the different shades of emotions of a human being. There are just not black and white emotions which show two extreme poles of the emotional spectrum. But there are those grey shades of emotions that we feel and must not ignore.
The book highlights the portrayal of such varied emotions beautifully and poetically. The poet hits the right chord of raw human emotions through rhythmic verses and thereby give strength to face numerous adversities of life.
It’s a beautiful book which can be read by anyone. The only negative point I could find in it is that its cover is not at all impressive. For a book that is so rich in its content, the cover lacks attractiveness and eye catchiness.
Overall it was a wonderful experience reading this book.
This book is a collection of 50 different poems that evoke and portraits different shades of human emotion.
Another poetic treat by author debjeet das . And i am impressed with authors style of carrying the human emotions through poetic verses. Poems are basically based on desperation , joy , self - belief , loss , win , freedom , suppression , ignorance , desire all these emotions are well utilized by author in his poems .
To be honest i am a big fan of reading poetries . And this book in terms of giving satisfaction is wonderful . There are some lines which will give you enough confidence to reach your destination. By surpassing all the hurdles and obstacles of your life.
There are some poems which are become my personel favourites such as :-
Insult Dont fight battle which you are not going to win . The fallacy of meaningful life . Morality of relationship.
The usage of vocabulary and language is brilliant . Poems are quiet easy to read and simple to understand . You can finish this whole book in single sitting within no time.
However , i am not much pleased with cover of the book . But still as it said " never judge any book by its cover " .
Overall i must recommend this book to all the lovely readers to give it a try . I am sure you all are going to enjoy this book.
Book: Life : It's strength and fragilities. Author : Debjeet Das Pages : 201 Genre : Self - help , poetry. This is the 3rd book of Debjeet Das sir that I'm reading and i must say he has a unique way of expressing and teach his readers.
There are various topics covered in the book like ; What has to happen will happen, Push others down, Escaping the inevitable, sometimes it is difficult to explain, Everyone's life is different, Forget bad memories and many others. These are some of the problem that have to dealt with utmost care for a beautiful life.
Most of the times it is our mind that is falling into insignificance fuss. One need to have a clear head and mind to be able to focus on long term goals and accomplishing them. Do we all not have that thought that even with a little kindness one can do miracles. Sometimes there are wretched memories that will keep us haunting and we must find a way out of this to tackle the situations. Isn't it strange how we love everything about a person when they're good to us and how ugly things turn when they leave us. But that's the basic human tendency.
My favourite was "Once in a while, you must fail" , "Framework of happiness" and "Insecure Future ". Overall, a good read and changes your perception towards various aspects of life.
This book is an assortment of self improvement sonnets. In the wake of perusing the main book by this writer I was exceptionally eager to peruse this one and it was worth the effort. The main book was brimming with imagination and inventive reasoning and this book covers various conditions of life and different human feelings. As expected every one of the sonnets were short however edifying which will make you ponder your day to day existence and sentiments. These sonnets manage fretfulness, culpability, risk, overthinking, youth dreams, question, pride, restarting your life, frightful recollections, injury, pessimism, peer pressure, disarray, sadness, opportunity, shaky future, obligation, joy, bitterness, disappointment, segregation, shortcoming, affront and how to manage it.
We have a propensity to contrasting ourselves and our sisters, siblings, family members, cohorts, neighbors and so forth.
Looking at is imbued in us. There can be many reasons. Either do to cultural propensities or what we get as we move along. We only occasionally acknowledge how every life is exceptional and that it is so terrible to anticipate that a fish should climb a tree. I like the thoughts and the contemplations of the creator. Extremely moderate and the need of the day.
Life brings us as many joyful moments as it does downfalls, and although there are days we wish there was a manual to follow, it simply wouldn’t be the same without the spontaneity. .
"Life: Its Strength and Fragilities" is an assortment of sonnets on the various shades of feelings of a person. There are simply not highly contrasting feelings which show two outrageous posts of the profound range. In any case, there are those dim shades of feelings that we feel and should not disregard.
The book features the depiction of such fluctuated feelings flawlessly and idyllically. The artist hits the right harmony of crude human feelings through cadenced sections and subsequently invigorate face various difficulties of life.
It's a delightful book which can be perused by anybody. The main negative point I could find in it is that its cover isn't the slightest bit noteworthy. For a book that is so wealthy in its substance, the cover needs engaging quality and eye appeal.
Generally it was a great encounter perusing this book. You can swipe to peruse a few wonderful lines from the book. .
Life is supposed to be a beautiful journey that is meant to be embraced to the fullest each and every single day.
However, irrespective of this fact, it doesn’t mean that we always wake up ready to sieze the day, and like there are ups, we are also bound to face the lows.
‘Life : Its strength and fragilities’ by Debjeet Das is therefore a great collection of poems that are meant to open the eyes of the readers and make them see things differently than what they are used to.
Consisting of fifty different poems that pertain to different topics, they are categorized into some of the thought provoking instances.
My favorite poem from the entire collection would be from, ‘How You Measure Your Life’ which just seemed extra special and touched a nerve.
The author does seem to have a knack of brilliantly expressing so many varied emotions, that are something which will bring out our inner musings.
As they say, experiences are something which have the ability to teach us all a lot, and it is evident that the poet has shared some of his perspective, from which we all can relate and learn from. Hence I am going to give this FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a self help book, i personally found it to be a great insight into the feeling that we ignore, the guilts that we have in life and the mistakes that we make how to move on from them. The book really took me on a journey of self discovery and really made me question my own self and realise how many things i have left locked in myself and have not touched those feeling, those thought and those are the things that really weigh me down in life in the first place, self improvement is not about growing, its about realisation that what you need in life is already inside you and you don’t have to look for it out side. The book also makes you realise how powerful you are and talks about the power of your ideas and the mind, often times in life when we are faced with hardships we forget our own strengths and abilities and focus on the problem being bigger than us instead, i am not of the opinion this book if of self help, i believe it is one of self empowerment, one of self realisation, on that tells you that what you need is not possessed by someone else but you, and you are the only one that can help you. It makes you realise your own power.
🌀The book is a collection of author's experiences and perspectives on life expressed in poetic verse. The book contains 50 poems expressing various sentiments like delight, rage, loneliness, freedom, self belief, etc. The images added to each poem are relatable and inspiring.
🌀Poetry is a lot of things to a lot of people. This book takes the readers to a different world of imagination. The mind is magical, let mind wander and let it question everything around. Restlessness happens when expectations do not meet reality. Life is full of surprises, never take any success for granted. We realise a limitless world that our thoughts can create. The feeling of not being right fills our minds with a deep sense of regret. The purpose that you find your own will help you connect all the meaningful dots.
🌀The book discusses many issues of life. It connects us to our inner self and intelligence. The poems may bring realization or recharge readers with positivity. The language is easy to read and understand. The book is a life changing read, full of wisdoms and lessons. I definitely recommend this book to readers of poetry or someone looking to start.
This is a compilation of 51 poems written in the rawest, most unfiltered way possible, with sentiments exposed. These poems convey every emotion imaginable, including joy, fury, perplexity, despondency, misery, doubt, isolation, lying, reality, insult, admiration, repression, liberty, etc.
The poet exhibits unusual maturity and confidence by allowing others into his inner world. It's a lovely experience for poetry "passionistas" and non-poets alike, a masterfully put-together compilation of short poems embellished with excellent images.
I also appreciated the author's spiritual connection with the poetry. Many different things can be interpreted as poetry. The readers are transported to a new imaginative universe by this book. It is a really straightforward and user-friendly book. The poetry's pace is quite natural and clear, and the language and presentation are exceptionally nicely done.
It takes a great deal of talent to be upbeat and supportive while describing life in so many poems. The author has done a great job with the content. I would highly recommend readers pick it up and read it.

Life it's strength and fragilities by Debjeet Das is collection of poems which is written in its most genuine form, with feelings revealed and poured out unedited. In granting entry into his inner world, the poet demonstrates uncommon maturity and confidence. The poems are both poignant and profound, searchingly contemplative and infused with a strange serenity. The language is refined and self-contained, and the tone is introspective, honest, and vulnerable.
