This is actually the story of my great great aunt! Very interesting to learn more about my family’s history even if it’s incredibly sad!

Book by a local author telling the Take of Mary Doefour - a forgotten and cast-aside inmate at the local state hospital for the insane. Interesting discussion about sad local history.

While I'm not crazy about the author's writing style, the story he unearths is fascinating. Did he solve a decades-old mystery? You'll have to somehow find a copy of this book to decide...
