⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Bull in a tea shop: Maddox (bull shifter, former shake down guy) and Verity (blind tea shop owner) are at first appearance an unlikely pair but I loved these two together. From the storyline of him helping save the town from corruption to how they acted around each other. With the exception of when she found out who he truly was, there was little drama between them. The whole “ma’am = money jar” thing was super cute and it was nice to see Maddox become more himself. Plus having Darius and Loretta pop back in to essentially smack him and remind him that he’s family was great.
⭐️⭐️⭐️Dancer dragon: Heikon and Esme are a cute second chance romance. They found they were mates twenty years before until Heikon was poisoned and it broke. She thought he was dead for 20 years. Reasonable in my opinion then for her to be pissed. They went around in circles but got together. I like how different the dragon hoards are.
⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 Babysitter bear: Dan (bear shifter and amputee) and Paula (mum and diner owner) had a very cute story. I mean who doesn’t love a guy who’s great with kids and genuinely enjoys being with them? I liked how this story was about self acceptance, that Dan was able to help Austin accept his griffin through his own struggles as a three legged bear. The end with all the families together was adorable. Nice series overall.

This is truly a book about good and evil. There is a small town were a single man is trying to by up all of Main Street, and only one woman stands in his way. Then a Bull shifter strolls into town.
Book 6
This is a book about finding and recapturing lost love. I guess only dragons truly have a way to lose the fated mate bond, but what a premise for a book. If you have lost your mate bond by any means can you get it back by falling into true love and than needing to save your mate though your old bond.
Book 7
The modern Fay blended family. This is the story about how broken families cope, with every day shifter life problems. Which could just be ever day broken family problems.
If you like Shifter Romances pick up this collection.

This is a great boxset with different shifters as the main characters. You have a bull, dragons and lastly, bears and griffins. I think Babysitter Bear was my favorite. A one armed bear shifter comes to visit friends and takes work as a live-in babysitter. This bear, named Dan, gets along well with all the shifter children. Dan has not shifted in a long time due to he didn't know how a three legged bear is going to run like he used to. Dan meets a human women named Paula who is divorced and has two children whose father is a griffin shifter. Neither Paula or her two kids didn't know that. Dan builds a quick rapport with the children. Dan and his bear know Paula is his mate. Between helping Paula's older son come to terms with his griffin shifter and helping Paula deal with effects of her ex and the thugs looking for him, they find their love for each other and find their new family.

Mixed review
I liked the characters in the first book. They were interesting and unique. I got impatient with their inability to communicate and some dumb choices though.
I was mostly aggravated by the second book. It’s the main reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The male MC is presented so many different ways in different books that I didn’t believe that iteration of him. I may have been more interested in that book if I hadn’t read the first Stone Shifters book before it.
I really enjoyed the third book. If I had read that separately, I definitely would have rated it 5 stars.

Excellent Read and Series
This is my second time reading this book and series. I absolutely love it! Ms Esker, as well as her pseudonyms, is one of my very favorite authors. I can’t get enough of her books. Zoe Chant was probably the first eBook author I ever read. One read and I was hooked. I generally read by publication date, oldest to most recent. I suggest you do the same. Many of the series have spin-offs. You definitely don’t want to miss that. Just start reading. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Loved, loved, LOVED it! Total Zoe fan here! If you even just "Like" the genre, Zoe Chant stories are NOT to be missed. All the Bodyguard Shifter stories can be read as standalone but boxsets ARE AWESOME! Thank you for your time, talent and the stories!

Bears, dragons, and Griffins oh my!
3 back to back stories with regular and mystical shifters. Even tho I had read the stories separately last time, it was fun to read in order. Worth reading.

Wonderful Reading
Zoe Chant has such a great WA of pulling you into a story and keeping you entranced. The characters are amazing and if you have a little magic in you soul you can be brought into another world.

Another Winner
There isn't much I can say how great this boxset was especially after reading the first one theses characters are awesome like if you knew them and they were your friends Zoe writes so creatively it enables you to experience the story.

Brilliant series
Really enjoyed this series. I liked the variety of stories, shifters and dangers. The characters were all interesting and there is a lot of humour too.

I have read this series twice and I still find the romance 🥰 and story lines fascinating Lauren has written her characters in such away that you feel like it’s you that is there’re mate.
