Moreton Neal, former wife and co-founder of iconic Crook's Corner, reminisces about her departed husband and the early days of cooking, including getting Crook's Corner established. Bill Neal was instrumental in elevating Southern food in the eyes of the rest of the world - to true Southerners, it never needed much elevation. Some very interesting tidbits and asides, as well as recipes and remembrances of this remarkable chef and food lover, taken well before his time.
