The virus sweeps across South America. The world is on high alert. It's coming for us...
A video hits the Internet and quickly goes viral. A video showing a woman, attacked, bitten and dying.... before rising again.
Experts confirm the video as a fake. A prank. But all the expert denials count for nothing when the virus reaches the UK. Chloe finds herself left behind, abandoned by Steve who rejoins the army to fight the new enemy.
She'll be forced to survive on her own. Whatever it takes. They must all make sacrifices to do what is right. To do what is right for the greater good.

Another interesting viewpoint. A little spoiled by careless spell checking. BTW, knives live in sheaths, just like swords, not holsters which hold pistols or revolvers. Otherwise very readable.
I am a voracious zombie apocalypse reader and am confident anyone of the same mind will love the Safe Zone series. It had all the necessary elements and plenty of surprises. The gore factor was perfect and the characters get under your skin. Very well written and I appreciate a book with few typos. This one passes with flying colors!😉 Buy this!
Suzanne does a good job of getting right to the point of the story without letting on the secret that she just told you. The characters are nicely fleshed out, the blood is plentiful and the gore very descriptive. The evil is not limited to the Zombies, so that adds to the flavor of the story, but, the Zombies are slow, which has been debated before. Definitely a good book for any post-apoc junky like myself to get a quick fix!
4* Safe Zone: The Greater Good is an anti-Mary Sue zompoc novel. At the beginning of this book, every character was distinctly selfish, TSTL, and unlikable, an effect as unrealistic as if they had each been Mary Sue perfect. I didn’t just dislike these people; I despised them. It was a long slog to get to the point of being able to tolerate them, and, finally, to care about them. I’m still undecided about whether to continue the series.
Pleasure reading a post-apocalyptic story that is not set in the United States. The UK setting brings a fresh perspective and interesting ideas for coping that I've not read about before. Not, perhaps, a great read -- but in an overcrowded genre a very good read!
Really enjoyed this series. It was very good and hard to put down. Hoping that there will be more books to read as I'm not ready to say goodbye to Sammie, Joe, Johanna, Luca and others.
This is a well written box set. I almost wish it was longer. I can honestly say that the characters take on a life of their own as the storyline progresses. I highly recommend this set of books.
