Nice coffee table size book, but very US centric, and loses 2 stars due to its woeful coverage of Adidas and Puma, no country, samba, gazelle or sampson?
This book is a behemoth! A visual delight and a veritable design encyclopedia of sneaker design, Sneaker Freaker takes the reader through decades of print advertising in all the major gym shoe manufacturers.
The book is massive in size and page count (700+!) so you’ll have to pace yourself. But it was a feast of retro design, amazing colorways, and wonderful pop culture moments. Recommended.
