About the author

The picture is me with our “little” dog, Hope. I am an avid dog lover.

Reading and studying the history of the great empires of the world since the dawn of time is one of my interests. I also have been teaching/studying the Bible for nearly 40 years.

After the first of many trips to Israel in 1984, I began studying Jewish history in depth. Next, I started studying the ancient Jewish customs, language, and idioms used in the days of Jesus. I was shocked the amount of knowledge I gained that was not taught to me in Bible college and seminary.

While doing my research to write the End of World series, I was amazed to see the massive numbers of people dwelling in fear of the many different apocalyptic theories that can end the world and humanity. This information is not being taught in most churches today. My discoveries prompted me to write How and When the World Ends, the first book of the five book End of World series. The series sales have exceeded my expectations and three of the five books have become best sellers.

Our dog Hope won the “doggy lottery” for masters because she is at peace with my wife and me. She trusts her life to us for everything – shelter, food, water, and grooming. She responds by being the most loving dog anyone could desire. We respond by loving and caring for her every need. This sounds like the kind of relationship God wants with each of us!

Regurgitated Propaganda

This book masquerades as analysis when it is easily seen to be regurgitated right-wing propaganda. Calling anything remotely public spirited evidence of “socialism”, the book parades a mish-mash of questionable “news” articles to “prove” its case and melds in vaguely applicable Bible verses to bolster its non sequiturs. Fortunately, I did not pay to read this rubbish (except in time wasted). “Big” is bad unless it’s “big BS” as abounds in this book.
