Fantastic!

As someone completely new to chakras, I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve heard the buzz about chakras when I started to get into yoga a few months ago. Since I didn’t want to look silly, I just pretended I knew what everyone was talking about. When I saw this book, I hope it would give me a basic background into what they are and how they are related to yoga. But I really got so much more than that! It is a perfect introduction into each chakra and how they work together to promote both physical and spiritual health. I was pretty shocked to see how blockages can manifest themselves and how unblocking each one is a process that builds on top of each other. I also didn’t feel like any of the suggestions were too ‘out there’ for me and I’ve already started to implement several. This is a wonderful book for beginners and a great first step to getting in touch with the power inside your body.

Great introduction to Chakras

It was wonderful to begin my journey understanding the chakras and learning exercises to enjoy my relationships with each one.
