Tanglewood Magic is Book 2 of The Three Sisters trilogy, a fabulous companion trilogy to The Treasure of Paragon. Circe and her sisters, Medea and Isis, have left the Garden of the Hesperides and travelled to Darnuith, a kingdom of witches within the parallel universe of Ouros, where Medea has been magically proclaimed a Queen. The Three Sisters are the ancestors to our beloved witches, Raven, Avery, and Clarissa from the main dragon series, The Treasure of Paragon. Their antecedent betrayal and ambush by the evil Queen Eleanor, and the unrequited vengeance they promised, form the heart of the quest that their descendents must follow.
In Tanglewood Magic, Circe and her sisters are still trying to fit into their new roles in Darnuith. Circe is falling in love with the accomplished wizard, Rhys Bloodgood, who runs an apothecary where she now works. Her sister Medea has been unsuccessful in hiding her mate, Tavyss, from his royal dragon siblings, Eleanor and Brynhoff. Things are about to square off. Knowing how this will end does not diminish the excitement and anticipation, not even a little. Genevieve Jack has created such fascinating and lovable characters, that I thirst to know every aspect of their story, pain, and resolve. The magic is thrilling. The romance is heart wrenching. These books are a worthy addition to the Treasures of Paragon series and I highly recommend them.

Recently read the book.
It was fun at first with Circe and Rhys's love story. Them working together and helping to cure the villagers. Then the story shifts to Medea and Tavyass, how they try to make peace with Paragon.
A great tragedy befalls them and the sisters are left with Rhys. They take revenge on an evil witch and decide to leave Ouros as fugitives. They then come into the the human world and try to blend themselves among the humans.
Despite the tragic turn of the story, I am still eager to read the last book in the The Three Sisters trilogy.

Madea and Travys are soon involved in a plot to assassinate them. They are setup as traitors and results in them all retreating to anew world.

Nice Read!
I enjoyed reading about Circe and Rheece! I also enjoyed the suspense in reading and wondering what was to happen next! This series is really explaining how things came to be and I am loving it! I can't wait to read the next book in this series and book nine in the series this book derived from! I definitely recommend this book!

love this whole series!
I felt for Madea. It was a beautiful and tragic love story. A story of three Sisters just trying to find their place in the world. I love that this story takes us back before the future sisters. So we can see where it all began! Can’t wait to read the next one

magical story for the ages
The second Tanglewood story did not disappoint, far from it.
Lots of gaps filled into the wonderful world Genevieve Jack has created and I really do love original stories.
Rhys and Circe grow into an amazing partnership and show family really is what you make it and loyalty keeps it growing strong.

So glad I have book 3 already!!
This story just keeps getting better and better!! This book was heartbreaking and joyous and I'm so glad that I already have book 3 so I can continue on this amazing journey of the 3 amazing tanglewood sisters.
