Hayley Carter didn’t expect to fall in love when she went to college, but then again, she never meant to find such a charismatic professor, either. After resigning his position at the college, Reed Walker just wanted to go home to Dark Moon Falls and try to forget the fiery redhead who had captured his heart. However, his wolf won’t let him put her out of his mind. Just when he thought he had escaped the whispers of “dirty old man” and the nasty looks, she knocks on his door.

True love leaps every hurdle, but can Hayley convince Reed that their age difference is what makes them a perfect pair before someone from her past rips them apart?

REED by Robbie Cox is another installment in the Dark Moon Falls series. As usual, the characters are strong, caring and well written. This is a fast paced, easy to follow story with a little steam on the side, all while addressing issues of domestic abuse. 

This storyline will give you insights to physical and mental abuse. You will find yourself entertained by some of the situations and horrified by others. This story is filled with plenty of twists, turns, and fights. 

When Hayley Carter met her college professor, she suddenly realized that she would never be happy with the man she was supposed to marry, so she broke up with him and slowly fell in love with her professor.

Chance won't let Hayley go, she is his and no one takes what's his!

Reed Walker knew Hayley was his Mate when she first walked into his classroom.  His wolf said so. Reed soon realizes he loves her, but he's twice her age, he won't want to saddle her with an old man in just a few years. 

This author always writes about such interesting characters. This story is fast paced and gets you right in the middle of things quickly.

This is another fab read by this author and a great addition to the series. The noble, but silly, notion of giving up his fated mate was put to bed when Hayley tracked him down to get what she knew was hers - his love. You'd think that was enough angst to deal with, but no, we have more drama to keep things hopping ;) Great characters, danger, action and romance make this an engaging read and a real page turner. Good fun!

I received Dark Moon Falls: Reed by Robbie Cox through BookFunnel. In this book Reed is fighting his feelings because of age differences, Hayley follows him to Dark Moon Falls. Will true love win and will they manage to stop the plans of Hayley's Ex? I enjoyed reading this book and recommend. This book is available on Amazon

I really enjoyed this story about Reed, a wolf shifter and college professor, and Hayley, his much younger student. They have a deep attraction to each other but don't act on it other than developing a friendship. Hayley knows how she feels, though, and what she wants and decides to go after it while Reed thinks he is much too old for her even though his wolf thinks otherwise. While the main characters find their way to each other, there are obstacles from their past. This book has just the right amount of romance and action to satisfy. And side characters that are realistically portrayed and will either make you laugh or wish you could teach them a lesson.

This story was so good.. The fact that Reed was willing to deny his animal to make sure Hayley had a good life was noble but stupid. There is no denying the pull of mates even if one is a human.. This story was exciting and emotional and I did not want to put it doen..

I really liked this story about another shifter in the Dark Moon Falls series. I started reading it in the volume 3 series compilation and finished it in the stand alone. I can continue with the compilation and meet all of the other shifters in that part of the series.

Hayley Carter is hot for teacher but though she can sense his interest he won’t cross the line. Teaching is wolf shifter Reed Walker’s life until Hayley’s ex spreads rumors that Reed had been inappropriate with a student causing Reed to retire early.
This is a sweet story featuring an older man and a younger woman. There is love, angst and danger. I savored this story and recommend it.

Professor - student story but a mutual interest and professor trying to save the students reputation by bowing out of the story... only the student decides nope she needs more. More answers and more control of her own life. A jack-hole of an ex chasing her down, threatening, kidnapping and more threats... not a good guy. Bad ex has a team of thugs doing his dirty work and making life miserable for student. Student decides to track down professor to ask for answers, for her own peace of mind, and things swing way out of hand! Professor wolf and his wolf pack help get the kidnapped girl, and win the day for the professor and student. Student is a strong young woman and professor is a strong wolf but a bit "slow on the uptake" according to dad. A happily ever after ending and an intro (to me) to the world of Dark Moon Falls. Looking forward to reading more about this town and it's inhabitants! Enjoy the family drama, the love story and the ex drama!

REED is the twenty-first book in the multi-author Dark Moon Falls series. Each is a stand-alone Paranormal romance.

I enjoyed this story of Hayley, a college student, and her fated mate professor who is a wolf-shifter. I love how Reed tries to be noble (insert eye-roll) and essentially ignores his wolf all because of their ages. Hailey’s ex adds the real drama to the story and makes Reed step up to the plate and claim what he knows deep down he wanted all along (YEAH!)

This is a great, character-driven story and a loved it! I only wish I had more of the books from the series.

I loved this paranormal romance story. I have enjoyed this author from the first book I have picked up and this one is no differrent. It is one of my favorites. I enjoy her writing skills as well as her attention to details. I am pulled into the story from the beginning. Her characters are not only relateable but also steamy and creative. I loved what they bring to the story and how they keep me wanting to know more. This is a fast paced story that is full of romance but also has action. This is an engaging story that was hard to put down. This is a story about Reed and Hayley. A story of age difference romance where the past comes to the present and puts their relationship in fates hands. I enjoyed the growth and chemistry of these two. They are great strong characters that just made the story entertaining to read. I highly recommend this book and this author.

This story is sexy and short. A faced paced story. Hayley and Reed are just too cute. I would love to read more about these two. This story can be read as a standalone but in my opinion all the Dark Moon Falls stories should be read.

Reed is a college professor who falls for one of his students, Hayley. Even though Hayley is clearly younger than Reed she falls for him as well. Sounds simple enough right? Not so much when other people are involved. People like Chase, who personally, I would have made a little crazier to add to the urgency and fear. It seems like we just got the tip of the iceberg with his crazy.

Cox continues to write his entertaining stories and making us love Dark Moon Falls and all its residents even more, with each new adventure.

Reed was leaving the college to try and stop the rumors about him and Hayley.
Wolf shifter Reed Walker resigns from the college after rumors circulate about him and student Hayley Carter. His wolf thinks she is his mate but so far he had resisted temptation and he hopes leaving will will allow her to finish her studies. Hayley had broke her engagement when meeting Reed made her realize how badly her ex had treated her but Reed resisted getting involved considering himself too old for her. When he resigns she drops out of college intending to follow him but her ex is having her followed trying to get her to go back to him.

Professor Reed and student Hayley met in class and she decides to break off from her boyfriend Chance, but he is abusive and controlling and will not let her go. When Reed and Hayley start to talk and get to know one another, Chance floats rumors and gets Reed to resign and leave his career. Hayley tracks Reed down where he went back to his wolf pack, but severe trouble is on the way. The characters are terrific, with great backstories and intense feelings and emotions. The storyline has drama, suspense, surprises, steam and so much more. I was hooked from the start and could not stop reading the book. Loved Reed and Hayleys chemistry and banter. The ending was great.

A quick, sexy age gap story.
Reed is a professor and quits his job he loves because of rumors of a relationship between him and his student Hayley. He wanted the rumors to be true but couldn't get past the age gap. He heads back home to Dark Moon Falls and his brother doesn't want him there ( you'll definitely need to read this story for that explanation). Hayley wanted the rumors to be true too and follows Reed back to Dark Moon Falls to get some closer. I loved the chemistry between Reed and Hayley and I loved Reed's dad. Some twist and turns and a pain in the ass ex boyfriend makes this story.

This is a short fast paced book with strong characters and an emotional story line. The author does a great job building the story and pulled me in with all the twists and turns along the way. He brings an older man/younger woman romance,adds in some danger and a little steam and deals with the issue of domestic abuse. There's enough drama to keep you turning the pages. It's well written and is an interesting read.

This is the first book I’ve picked up in the Dark Moon Falls Series but I understood and followed it completely. Reed made a decision to deny his animal for Hayley’s sake, that was really foolish but noble in a sense. Reed is forced to retire early from his teaching position in order to save Hayley‘s reputation but she’s not having any of that. Hayley is saddled with a determined ex that is out to make her life miserable. This book had it all, suspense, drama, angst, hot for teacher/student relationship and a wolf that is slow on the uptake with regards to his own feelings.

Reed is a wolf shifter and a Professor where Hayley is a student. Because of untrue rumors, he resigns. Hayley leaves college to find him for answers. Reed is over twice her age and even if his wolf is sure she is their mate, he resists. Add a crazy ex boyfriend and his stupid minions with a jealous brother and you get a good story with strong and engaging characters with great world building. Good read!

Another great addition to this series Dark Moon Falls. This is the story of Reed the older alpha male and Hayley the younger woman that captures his heart. The story will keep you interested to see what will happen next with these two. Their chemistry is sizzling. A great read, I am looking forward to read more.

This is another good "Dark Moon Falls" story. It is fast paced and captivating. This story is about Hayley and Reed . He is a lot older her but they are fated mates. After things go bad he runs back to Dark Moon Falls. Fortunately, she comes after him. This is a good read with suspense, danger, angst, drama and good twists.
