This was a FREE book that I got that was offered by Amazon. It takes place in Palm Isles, Florida.

The title 12 is mysterious in itself, so… What Would You Do With the Last 12 Hours of Your Life?

I was first pretty put off by all of the characters that I was introduced to in a very short period of time. My CRS syndrome usually leads me away from these type of plots. BUT, the author did a fantastic job of putting them straight in my mind in a fast time period. But, this certainly isn’t a book that you want to start reading, put down for a week, and come back to. Yes, you’d be like… who is who?

As the book progresses, you have a pretty good idea of how this is going to end, especially with the Prologue given to you in the beginning. No, you don’t know the details, like WHO.

Good book, wish there was a Audiobook, but I think that would’ve been difficult to pull off with all of the characters.

If you like books about bullies, child abusers, possessive men (and women), drug addicts, white supremacy and of coarse. 1 dog, this book is for you.

I have to warn you that the 1 character is many things including a very prolific racist, so if the ‘n’ word bothers you, than this book isn’t for you. There is one Chapter in there that gets pretty darn prolific with prejudice words.

Nolan King offers his books FREE on Amazon, so I I will certainly be reading many more.

One of the most unusual books and stories I have read in a long time.
Will keep these 2 authors in mind .

I would loved to have been with the authors when they created their concept board! So many intricacies and intertwining of lives, but in NO way difficult to follow. I found myself wanting each and every person to have a ‘happily ever after’ ending. Alas, not to be. One particular section had me confused. Abe is pulled over, but no mention as to why. Also, there was no follow up with Abe’s actions with McKenna. Did the police investigate Abe and the contents of his van and computer? Did Maggie ever find out? If the doll was so important to her daughter, did Maggie wonder what happened to it?
I was very pleased to have epilogue information on all the survivors since I feel that is often omitted and the reader is left wondering.

This was a very different kind of book. That one I usually read but it was sent to me and I decided to try it. There are many trigger warnings in this book because of violence, abuse, death, blood, and very abusive situations. The store is about a diner in Florida we’re a very terrible carnage of death takes place and then the book goes back 12 hours later to follow the lives of 12 people whose decisions with ultimately change their lives in one way or another. I recommend this book for those who do not mind violence, blood, and death

My first read of the year and what a fantastic start! The bar has been set high for my 2022 future reads. Excellently crafted characters and an amazing heart pounding story. An emotional ride and a well written gripping read.

Great book. The authors took an unusual approach with this story and I was hooked after the first few pages. The story was compelling and the characters were endearing. You know how the story is going to end but you don’t know exactly who is going to survive.

A total page turner! I couldn't wait to see what happened next. A captivating idea with a Fascinating look into the minds of some everyday people, as well as some very disturbed folks. This book had me engaged until the very end. I highly recommend it!

This is a phenomenal story taking place over a 12 hour period, told from the viewpoint of 12 different people. I don't normally give reviews, but this book deserves it.

A gunman enters a diner in Palm Isles, Florida and commits the worst massacres in the history of this town. The story follows 12 people, their activities starting 12 hours before the shooting up until the actual shooting and how they all ended up at the diner.
