I absolutely loved Killian and Parker. I did not want this short story to end, but I could not stop reading and needed to reach the end. These two are absolutely adorable and I love the banter and teasing. Both attracted to eachother but scared to make a move. But Killian is done sitting back and waiting, he will make his move.
Christmas wishes do come true.

"My Christmas Wish List: one crazy cute nerdy bookworm."

Parker is the first book in the new Cranberry Corner series and it is a sweet and very fun story. It is about Parker Knowles and Killian McKay, two people who get under each others skin without even saying a word. Parker owns a new and used bookstore in the small town of Cranberry Corner. Ever Christmas she has "My Christmas Wish List" where readers can come in a make a list of the books they would like. Then other people can come in and buy one of the readers choices, gift wrapping even included. Parker is the girl who is everyone's friend and little sister, but never girlfriend. So instead of a love life she has a naughty book reading habit and a very large battery habit for her BOB's. Killian has liked Parker as more than a friend for a long time. But his redheaded Irishman just can't seem to keep his mouth shut when he is around her and makes a sport of annoying Parker with every sentence he speaks. But this Christmas he is determined to show her another side of him and make her his, with the help of a dating book. But things go from bad to worse and then back again when he just can't keep his mouth shut. Add in his inability to wrap a gift, even though he volunteers to be a wrapper at the store, a box of very dirty naughty books, an elf with bells on her shoes and a reindeer headband with even more bells and these two are ringing each others bells in more ways than one. Let's just say you will never look at a book shops kids reading corner the same way again!

I really loved this quick, witty, humorous, entertaining and very sizzling hot smexy story. The story-line was engaging and the characters are wonderful. Plus there is a tie in with the Kindlewood Coffee Klatch series which was nicely done. I am really looking forward to reading the rest of the books in this series

'Parker' by Piper Cook is the first book in her new series Cranberry Corner and tells the story of Parker, owner of the Nerdy Bookworm, and Killian, secret nerd with a smart mouth. Parker and Killian have a sassy repertoire with each other but secretly they are both attracted to the other. Killian is trying to figure out a way to get Parker to go out with him. Parker wishes that Killian would stop treating her like his little sister and see her as an attractive, sexy woman. Maybe if they stopped trying to top each other with one liners they could have a real conversation about their mutual attraction.

Ms. Cook has kicked her new series off with a charming, funny story. Although this book is short it is well written with great characters, witty dialogue, and an interesting plot. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone who likes a quick but satisfying read with their glass of wine.

The first novella in Piper Cook's new Cranberry Corner series is Parker. Parker is a self-processed nerdy bookworm and Killian knows how to push every one of her buttons. He has no idea how to admit to her that he wants her, but when she asks the community for volunteers to help wrap presents in her bookstore through the holidays, Killian quickly offers his (non-existent) skills. Can the two complete opposites ever stop sniping at one another long enough to tell the other how they feel? This is a super sweet, steamy short romance with so much entertaining banter and chemistry between Killian and Parker that you won't be able to put this novella down.

Parker own's the "Nerdy Bookworm" and with it being Christmas time she was posting an announcement that she was collecting wish lists for customers for any that wished to complete one. She received a text from someone that the only thing on their wish list was her. She had no idea who could have sent it. Soon afterwards Killian McKay stopped by the bookstore. He was one man that could get her blood moving, but as far as she knew he only saw her as someone to exchange barbs with. Killian was trying everything to get Parker to see him for the man he was inside not the one always trading insults with her. Enjoy this uniquely humorous holiday romance.

Killian has loved Parker since he met her, but he has one problem he cannot act normal around her, he just has to push her buttons. He lets her goad him at every turn, he is determined not to rise to the bait.

Parker's Nerdy Bookworm book store is named after her, but she really wants a guy for herself. Killian is so hot but probably only sees her like a sister like all of the guys. He always pushing her buttons, but lately there is innuendo in his words.

This a sweet and steamy read, these two never give any quarter, it will never be a dull moment.

Banter to Love! This is about Piper and Killian. Piper is the owner of The Nerdy Bookworm and she and Killian have always been at each other with sarcasm and sass. Killian is determined that she will be his Christmas gift, but is she willing to be it? These two are friendly but love to push each other’s buttons and before they mess this up one of them takes the initiative to lay it out on the line and not walk away! This is a short but very funny and loving story.

Parker is the beginning of a fun, sassy series that is perfect for the holidays. Parker owns a bookstore, and love what she does and the town.... All except one person. Killian has notice Parker from the moment he saw her. She bring out the cocky side of him, and often the go head to head.

This was delightful fast story that had heated banter, hot passion and a deep understanding as Killian finally expressed his true desires. I love this quick tale it hit all the mark and left you wanting more.

The author has given us a wonderful story that pulls us into the lives of Parker and Killian and does not let go. Parker is the girl that everyone treats like a little sister but she wants a man of her own. Killian is awkward with women and does not know how to get Parker to be his. I loved Parker and Killian's story it was wonderful! The way that they were always teasing each other, their banter, the great chemistry even though they won't admit that they're attracted to each other. You really need to read this adorable story. I definitely recommend it.

This is the first story of the Cranberry Corner series. I loved how Parker and Killian interacted with each other. So sweet and kind of awkward 🤣🤣🤣 They both had a crush on each other but both were hesitant to act. Their banter was funny and cute and in the end their attraction won and they got their HEA 😍😍😍😍

This was a quick steamy holiday read. It was a fantastic short holiday story with steam and a perfect illustration of what happens when you put your foot in your mouth at times. The plot was great and worked very well with the characters. I enjoyed this quick holiday read.

A good and fast love story

I enjoy the fast and furious love stories. Killian and Parker actually have known each other for a while. Plus lusted after each other but didn't know how to draw it into something more. Then Killian makes his move... Fast and furious. :). On to Kinsey's story. Written by Cindy :)
