An Enemies to Lovers Surprise Baby Age Gap Romance
Rose They say you’ll have the time of your life at university, but it was the handsome stranger in a local bar who gave me mine. Our connection was instantaneous, our conversation littered with inappropriate teasing. And his kiss. Blew. My. Mind. Going home with him was never in doubt. The next day, he promised to call, but I never heard from him again. Trying not to feel rejected, I decided to look at my one night stand as an experience fitting of college life. The unexpected baby wasn’t part of the deal though. I wasn’t down for that particular experience. I’m a final year student and the timing is awful. But despite delivering babies for a living he’s not happy about the pregnancy, making accusations and assumptions every time we meet. He treats me as if I'm his enemy.
Callum The green-eyed girl from the bar is standing in my hospital, looking at an ultrasound scan in her hands. I hoped to see her again, to relive our incredible night, but not like this. Not with my world exploding, my worst fears realised. I’ve knocked up a stranger. When I confront her about the baby, things go from bad to worse. I’m unable to say a thing right, upsetting Rose every chance I get. Despite being blindsided by the news, I want to be involved in the pregnancy. After all, I’m an obstetrician, and babies and women’s bodies are my speciality. And even though I’ve never felt possessive about a woman before, it’s not long before strong, protective tendencies build inside me. I can't stay away from her. She’s carrying my child. I’m going to be a father. That connection we had months ago, reignites. We get closer. Too close. And I have no idea where we go from here.
I really want to love this book and give it 5 stars but because there are scenes that I don’t like, I can’t give it 5 stars. But close! I wish this book could be better😅
I LOVE THAT THE HEROINE HAVE SOOOO MANY GUYS LIKE HER, LIKE REALLY LIKES HER AND EVEN LOVES HER AND ALWAYS FLIRT WITH HER. I DON’T ALWAYS SEE THAT FROM BOOKS THAT THE HEROINE HAVE SO MANY GUYS LIKES HER AND FLIRTS WITH HER, ITS ALWAYS THE HERO🙄 NOT THIS ONE. THIS BOOK IS BETTER WITH THE HEROINE HAVE MANY GUYS CHASING HER AND FLIRTING WITH HER EVEN IN FRONT OF THE HERO HIMSELF😂😂😂😍😍😍 THATS THE BEST PART! Hahahahahaha
The heroine is sooo beautiful😏😏😏😏
Their chemistry is low though, the hero always denies his feelings towards the heroine so it made the chemistry is low and not romantic enough…. At least for me… The whole journey about their relationship, both are focus with the heroine’s pregnancy… At first the hero didn’t like it but he eventually grow some love to the heroine having his baby and knowing deep down is the right thing to do. The hero been through a lot growing up in his personal life so it made his mental health and perspective about relationship and even love, is very bad. He doesn’t believe in love and doesn’t believe in relationship…
They’re start the relationship by just being good friends that have a baby together and slowly in a commitment relationship. Slowly….
‼️‼️‼️UNFORTUNATELY the hero is a manwhor*. Before he meet the heroine, he fcks with someone else like a week ago before meeting the heroine.
But after he is with the heroine when he learned she was pregnant with his baby, he never goes to anyone else even when they weren’t exactly in a relationship.
“There’s been no one since I learnt about the pregnancy.”
‼️‼️‼️NO VIRGINS.
‼️‼️‼️TRIGGER: Violence and bad parenthood.
‼️‼️‼️AGE GAP. 10 YEARS. The hero is 30 and the heroine is 20.
‼️‼️‼️LOVE IN FIRST SIGHT. Electricity touch.
“Across the short distance, our eyes connect, and I feel like I’ve been punched in the solar plexus. A slap across my cheek to boot.” The hero said.
“My mouth curves into a slow smile. I like her name.It suits her sultry looks and exotic beauty.”
‼️‼️‼️THE HEROINE IS AN AMAZING WOMAN. SHE IS STRONG, FRIENDLY, KIND AND GOOD PERSON. SHE IS A SASSY ONE FOR SURE… THE HEROINE IS A SMART WOMAN.
THE HEROINE KNOWS HOW TO PLAY THE CELLO AND SHE IS A BRILLIANT AT IT. Even when she knows how to play it, she is not arrogant about it. The hero have to find out about it by himself, the heroine didn’t told him.
The hero even got so hard when the heroine was talking to him at the first time because how smart and funny the heroine is 😛😛😛
“I’m. Rock. Fcking. Hard. I have never been so hard in my entire life from a conversation that doesn’t involve the most explicit words in the English language, ones I like to say quite regularly.”
The heroine knows how to push the hero’s bottoms if he start being a asshol3 to her first.
“Christ, he’s not expecting me to marry you, is he?” “No, don’t worry.” “Shit, I’m sorry. That came out all wrong.” “It’s fine. Who says I’d want to marry you?”
😏😏😏😏
The heroine even though she’s very beautiful and guys go crazy for her, she is very selective and she’s not a wh*re.
‼️‼️‼️THE HERO IS OTT POSSESSIVE PROTECTIVE ALPHA MALE. YES. OVER THE TOP.
The hero can’t stop thinking about the heroine have their first night together🥺🥺🥺🥺
The hero is a obstetrics and gynecology.
The hero always says to the heroine YOU ARE MINE. MINE. MINE.
‼️‼️‼️IT HAS PUSHING AWAY FROM THE HERO A LOT. THE HEROINE ONLY PUSH THE HERO AWAY WHEN OBVIOUSLY HE WAS BEING SUCH AN ASS AND RUDE. But the heroine never push the hero away too much like the hero did to her.
‼️‼️‼️THE HEROINE IS 20 YEARS OLD AND THE HERO IS 30 YEARS OLD. 10 YEAR AGE GAP.
‼️‼️‼️LOCATION: ENGLAND.
‼️‼️‼️SOOOOOOO MANY JEALOUS SCENES FROM THE HERO. And very little from the heroine.
I lost count on how many times the hero is so jealous because the heroine have many guys flirting with her or ask her name or ask her out, even when she’s pregnant already 😛😛😛 thats my fave part 🤣
“I must have seen three or four guys try and chat her up before she walked up to you.”
“It’s possible I have a problem with jealousy and trust, though I’m also cross that Rose is seen as a romantic prospect by other men. By people who aren’t me. Unlike me, they have no claim on her, and if thats not clear to Rose then I’ll have to make sure she understands this dynamic quickly.”
“Guys are always hitting on Rose. Its hard for her.”
And many more😛😛😛
‼️‼️‼️NO CHEATING
‼️‼️‼️IT HAS SEPARATION FOR TWO TIMES. BOTH ARE LOYAL and never have other relationships with anyone else when they were separated for weeks only. The second time they were separated, the heroine have someone from her past who is her ex boyfriend helping her but only helping her like getting her food ect. The heroine was heavily pregnant at that time so i’m glad that the heroine have that person who is helping her… That ex boyfriend only helping her like that, he never went out of line. THE MAIN REASON WHY THEY WERE SEPARATED IS BECAUSE OF THE HERO 😂
‼️‼️‼️IT HAS DRAMA WITH OW AND OM. But not too annoying and not too much…
‼️‼️‼️VERY HOT SMUT SCENES OF COURSE…
‼️‼️‼️HAPPY ENDING.
Married and have beautiful kids…
👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽Thank you so much for reading my review❤️❤️ For you who loves my review and follow it, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I did not get paid or be told to do a review on a book. I’m here just to write review about a book so i can remember it. Its my honest opinion😚 I didn’t know at first people will find me and follow me and trust me to be honest, I was surprised myself to look at the notifications from people who reach out to me😆 So everything i write down here on a review is based on my personal opinion and based on my true writing. I DID NOT COPY SOMEONE’S REVIEW OR WRITING SKILL because at first when i was using this app for one year i didn’t know how to scroll down on a book and see the reviews from others😂😅🤣 I know, silly me but hey I finally learned my lesson 😛😛😛 Thats why when people assume i copy someone’s review i was like what? Because at first i didn’t know how to use this app properly and i didn’t know how to open someone’s review because for a year i never follow someone or add friends or someone😂😂😂🤣 (I’m laughing so hard) 🤪 AND I NEVER COPY SOMEONE’S REVIEW EVER. IF I WRITE SOMETHING WRONG OR DOESN’T MAKE SENSE PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND BE NICE OKAY. 👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽✋🏽✋🏽
I have a disclaimer down bellow if you have negative thoughts about my review😙😙😙
🌐🌐🌐➡️↘️⬇️➡️This is my own personal thoughts and opinion about the book so if thats not sit right with you or you feel I’m not being fair blablabla, please know that everybody in this world have their own different things that they like and don’t like. It may not be the same thing with you but thats okay because i am my own person and you cannot control me or tell me what to do. For example; i put ketchup (tomato sauce) on my fried chicken. You think that’s disgusting? For me its not and i’ve been eating it like that for many many years. You tell me to put another sauce and see if i like that better? I already did many many times in years but i still like the way i like it. It’s called differences between me and you and billions people in this world😊 be open minded😙 I respect people’s opinions about my opinions but in the end of the day if i say I don’t like it or i do like it, its up to me and its on me. And in the end of the day i always liked and show my respect to books and people’s opinions on books whenever that book is good or not good in my opinion 😊 Respect people’s opinions guys😙😙 I don’t want to write this down because its not really my thing to do it. To like address something like this when obviously i know the people who’s been reading my reviews many times and all the time, they are smart enough to understand and respect other people’s opinions no matter what their opinions on book or their point of view 😙😙 am i right? 💕 also there are people even though i already write “this book is different because i have my own taste of book” those people still comment my taste is this and that when HELLO… everybody have their own thoughts on books and what they want to read… why i read it then? I read it and give it a review because i have to read a book to give it a review… why not read the description book to understand before I’m going to read it? Hello just in case you haven’t notice, description books can be tricky because they write this amazing things about a book but turns out the story is so toxic. Maybe for me its toxic but not for you? YES HELLO THATS WHY US HUMAN BEING HAVE OUR DIFFERENCES, WHAT I LIKE IT DOESN’T MEAN YOU WILL LIKE IT AND EITHER WAY TOO. why i still write the review then if i just don’t like a book? Because I CAN and i want to, you cannot tell me what to do and not what to do🤪 if you still wants to be negative and be karens about my review on book after all of what i just write, i will never acknowledge you and simply ignore you because its not that hard🙏 I won’t respond to negativity comments🙏🏼🙏🏼 DON’T ASK ME AGAIN ABOUT WHY NOT RESPONDING TO YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENTS BECAUSE I ALREADY SAY IT HERE AND I WON’T BE EXPLAINING AGAIN BECAUSE WE’RE NOT CHILDREN SO ITS NOT HARD FOR YOU AN ADULT TO UNDERSTAND😌😌 YES MY REVIEW IS LONG BUT YOU READ IT ANYWAY AND ITS FINE ACTUALLY I CAN WRITE AS LONG AS I LIKE😎 YES MY GRAMMAR IS BAD SOMETIMES AND MAYBE ALL THE TIME BUT LUCKILY MANY PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I’M SAYING🤪 ⬅️↖️↕️⬅️↩️⤴️
I don’t know how I found myself in want of the unexpected pregnancy trope, but it’s all I’ve been reading lately and I am not disappointed, lol.
Through the complicated affairs of Rosalia and Callum’s one-night-stand, Autumn Miller delivers a heavy dose of angst, toxic family dynamics, trust issues, and possession, each smoothed over by the steam and teasing romance brewing at its center.
Despite the red flags presented in Callum’s possession and assumptions made without allowing Rosalia to speak, the struggles and the growth that they both underwent - together and as individuals - were well laid and, mostly, my like won out for Callum’s character. The toxic waters from which both arose have done a number on their characters and subsequently their relationship now, but the manner in which Miller has navigated this and allowed them to work through it together was a testament to the strong character development at work. Despite the weight of their respective family downfalls, Callum and Rosalia waded beyond these murky depths and established a strong and trustworthy foundation for their new family which I loved to see.
There was no shortage of angst or drama as this plot unraveled, feelings of betrayal and hurt dancing seductively around desire and temptation. Even when I wanted to hate Callum and close out of the book to escape his behaviors, it was that wonder, that curiosity, Miller had instilled that kept me going, desperate to see things turnaround for these two. And turnaround they did! Theirs was a happy ever after fitting for the sparks that first ignited it.
Stranger Love is perfect for fans of age-gap, unexpected pregnancy, and the grumpy x sunshine/enemies to lovers tropes.
I received a complimentary e-copy of this book, thanks to BookSirens and the author, and am leaving this review voluntarily.
Oh my, the romantic roller-coaster of this story left me wrung out! Final year uni student, Rose is ghosted by her long-term crush after a one-night stand with him. Her friends take her to a night club to get over her disappointment where she meets sexy ob/gyn doctor, Callum. After an erotic kiss and an even steamier night with him, Rose returns to her studies. A domestic mishap leads to Callum losing Rose’s number so the pair’s relationship seems to have stalled there. Fast forward several weeks later and Callum bumps into Rose at his hospital where she is having her first scan for an unexpected pregnancy. I loved that the reader is taken through the many ups and downs of their relationship – from horrible lows (Callum believes she has deliberately tried to trap him) to sigh-worthy highs as you appreciate Callum’s feelings towards his unborn child. Throw in Rose’s horrible mother and sister, and Callum’s unpleasant father and you are drawn into the tale of if their relationship can succeed against all the odds. A great read and I will definitely be checking out other novels by this author.
I think this is the first steamy romance I’ve read in a long time, and it was so good! Swipe for the book description (key tropes: age gap, enemies to lovers, surprise baby)
This book had me going on a rollercoaster of a emotions, I was genuinely hooked! I think I only started Stranger Love on Monday, so to finish it in under a week is impressive for me, and it says a lot about how invested I got in the characters and the storyline (thanks to AM’s writing!)
I’ve never read a book with a surprise baby trope before but I found I actually really enjoyed that connection between the main characters, it added a really interesting dynamic to how their relationship built over time. I have to say AM wrote this really well, and I especially loved the emphasis on linguistics, word choice & meaning throughout the book as it tied in so well to how the characters felt towards each other and defining their relationship.
Rose was definitely my favourite of the two main characters, as sometimes I felt Callum’s control/possessiveness was too much of a red flag and I didn’t really like how that was almost romanticised by Rose (though she didn’t let herself be pushed around completely at least) - it does get discussed between them though which I appreciated, rather than simply taking Callum’s need for control and to own Rose as the norm (or even healthy). That being said though, I thought his character development was a highlight of the book, and I’d love to read more about Rose and Callum post-ending because their chemistry was intoxicating (should also note that this is a very steamy book by the way🌶🌶)
Thanks @lovebookstours for having me on the book tour for this one, it was such a good read!
Fate has a strange way of bringing two people together!
Rose and Callum's one night stand is a hook-up for life after she becomes pregnant instantly thrusting them into enemy territory. Nearly 10 years her senior, Callum's possessive nature begins to be drawn forth as she's carrying his child especially considering he's an OBGYN.
Together, they lean into what attracted them to each other that fateful evening many months ago to move from enemies to friends to lovers. A happily ever after awaits these soon to be parents.
This book was reminiscent of a popular series from many years ago - same story different characters name. It was just an average romance novel for me.
Thank you Autumn Miller, LoveBooksTours and IGbooktours for the complimentary copy.
Now that was a new author for me and I really liked!
I happen to love books with the thematic of surprise babies and this one was a beautifully written one!
The way that the characters developed and the feelings as well was very natural and very well written. I can’t wait to see what’s new from this author!
Autumn Miller’s writing is one of my greatest discoveries in 2021 and Stranger Love is my favourites to date! Autumn creates wonderfully hot, yet complex heroes and strong, independence heroines with the hottest chemistry, and Rose and Callum were everything!
So what’s it about? When student Rose meets doctor Callum in a bar, their chemistry is undeniable. But after an epic night together, Rose gets more than she bargained for when she becomes pregnant. Callum wants to support Rose and the baby physically, whilst remaining emotionally detached from Rose, but the more time he spends with her, the more his resolve crumbles …
Stranger Love is an epic enemies to lovers tale about life’s unexpected twists and turns, trust, facing ones fears and leaving the past behind.
The author does a brilliant job of creating believable and relatable characters. Rose is amazing - despite her life being completely derailed by her unexpected pregnancy, she stays positive and practical and is understanding and patient with Callum when he initially freaks out and reacts badly. Despite being ten years younger, Rose has a far more mature outlook on life than Callum whose actions are driven by ambition and the need to better his father.
Callum. Is. HOT! Who doesn’t love a sexy, handsome, dominant baby doctor? And his chemistry with Rose is off the charts!
The story is told from alternative POVs, which I loved as there was great contrast between what Callum said and how Rose interpreted it so it helped me to understand Callum better and sympathise with him.
Both characters have a great network of close friends, who make up for their strained familial relationships. These secondary characters were brilliantly brought to life and I particularly liked Rose’s protective friend Mabel.
If you like your romance reads super spicy, and loaded with drama, tension and passion then you need Stranger Love in your life!
Author Autumn Miller points out in the foreword that the story is set in the UK so the language will reflect that. That said, there were times when I had to pause to decipher the uses of slang or grammar that was not typical for my reading preference. This has a little bit of an age gap between the characters but the typical maturity roles seem to be reversed. Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book.
The story opens up with university student Rosalia pining over a past one night stand. She deals with the rejection and feelings of not being wanted or happy with her choices in life.
He is Callum, an OBGYN who is on the rebound from a relationship gone bad.
*Spoilers* (possible)
They meet at a bar. He sees her first and is struck by her beauty. Autumn Miller does the dialogue in the story really well. I really enjoyed the realistic conversations and back and forth between characters. Spicy scenes are well done. Its arguably the best one night stand Rosalia has ever had. She feels, “worshiped and desired, liberated and cherished”. Despite being careful, she ends up pregnant and the good Callum turns into a colossal douche canoe. At times the relationship between the two seems immature. You have an older male professional and a woman in her final year of university behaving like they are in the middle of a teen pregnancy. His domineering behavior is problematic. He is judgmental, rude, and jumps to conclusions. Rosalia ends up seeming like the more mature of the two.
There is a lot to unpack in the relationships with Rosalia and her friends, exes, and family. A lot of toxic behavior and manners that unfold gives you a lot of insight as to why Rose is the way she is. The same could be said for Callum but he really is old enough to know better. He has some seriously golden moments and then the “He is an absolute idiot” moments. Some of the peripheral characters are vile. While Rosalia has a decent father, her mother and step sister seem over the top in their behavior. There are slightly similar reflections in Callum’s family. The takeaway from this is that the author writes this so well, you become invested in what happens to them. Read to find out what happens when figure out how far an ex has gone to get one of them back in their lives. The reveal is shocking!
Around halfway through the story, the tide changes and so do the characters. Their trust in each other becomes stronger and the togetherness begins to become oneness. Callum realizes some hard truths about himself and does work to be better. The ending is a very sweet happily ever after.

'Stranger Love' by Autumn Miller is a well developed story with interesting characters, an intriguing plot which tells the story of Rose, who is in her final year of university, and Callum, who is an OB/GYN. Rose and her friends decided to go out for the night and she meets a very handsome gentleman at the bar. They had an immediate connection and some serious chemistry. After flirting a bit and sharing some hot kisses they decide to go someplace more private and enjoy each other. They each enjoyed themselves and each other throughout the night. Callum asks Rose for her number promising to ring. After a few days go by Rose realizes she has been ghosted.
A few weeks later Rose finds out she is pregnant. She goes to Royal Hospital to have an ultrasound. As she is leaving she is surprised to run into Callum dressed in scrubs with an I.D. stating he is an OB/GYN which different then what he told her. Callum was torn on how he felt when he saw Rose. At first he was happy, then he was upset because she never got a hold of him and then he was afraid she was pregnant. And she was. Callum asked if she was ever going to contact him. When she said she wasn’t sure who the father was, Callum said some awful things to her. Finishing with a demand for a paternity test.
The story is emotional, with some angst, laughs, secrets, trust issues, passion, and plenty of steam. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone who likes some drama with their romance.

I received this copy for free as an ARC reader for an honest review so here is my review.
I have to say as an age-gap romance/Enemies to lovers/baby surprise. I really enjoyed this book. I was pleasantly surprised it was actually a pretty long book at 354 pages. Most age-gaps I have read aren't that long. They seemed to be rushed, I am glad this one wasn't. I enjoyed all the friends in the story for each main character, they all got along and were there for each other. Definitely a must read if you enjoy age-gap (younger woman, older man).
A little about the book: Main leading lady is Rosalia Dias-Healy is a student who is studying Linguistic with another friend Mabel who she lives with and her other friend Evie, they are good friends. Rosalia hasn't had good luck with men and they all want her and she is picky. The last guy used her. Then she meets Callum at a bar and things heat up then stuff happens where he doesn't see her again until she is at his hospital he works at he's a Doctor in (Obstetrics & Gynaecology). Things go from bad to good, they have a lot of different options in the book and buttheads at time and sometimes things get said that shouldn't. But they burn hot and have really hot sexy scenes that will heat ya up. Even the romances between their friends and their spouses when is talked about it is a good read. There really isn't any part of the book I do not like. There is just good flow through this whole book.
I would recommend this story to anyone who loves romances.
As always Autumn Miller does what she does best. Launches your into a book that you don’t know what to expect to happen and when. Starting with Rose and learning all about her traumatic love life of not finding mr right whilst she’s in university. To then meeting Callum who works on a maternity ward. Yep unexpected. I was so caught up with the endless amount of people that were mentioned in the first chapter so I had to take a step bag and figure out who was who before continuing. Maybe had to take five minutes to calm down after the heat rose immediately of the description of ‘Scott’. So glad he was kicked to the curb. What an absolute playboy.
When Rose and Callum meet my heart races the raunchy ness makes my heart pound. I really don’t like the word ‘pussy’ though so this made me cringe slightly. That’s just a personal preference though. The writing as always by this author is easy to follow and fast paced with descriptions that make you tingle and your heart bang.
I did enjoy how the plot unfolded and although some topics for me were hard to read in terms of possessiveness I did find this an extremely addictive read. If you have read any of Autumn’s books before you’ll know how to the point she is with every detail. I absolutely adored the different perspectives seeing it from both the main characters angles their thoughts and their feelings.
Unexpected things happen, unexpected things can change people, hurt people, make people grow up and so much more. This whole intense journey had me feeling all sorts of emotions every step of the way. It wasn’t just the raunchy saucy steamy sexy times for me it was so much more. Loved it! The only negative I have is I couldn’t picture Callum in any other way that the front of the cover. But I didn’t fancy him so I wish this was left to the imagination rather than a human on the cover if that makes sense? Only a small little pet hate point for me.
A chance meeting in a local bar, mutual attraction and a memorable steamy night together are the beginning of Rose and Callum’s love story. Unfortunate events, misunderstandings, quick judgments and jealousy make the first months following their chance reunion more than a bit bumpy and angst-filled.
The storyline is compelling and covers a gamut of emotions. The characters have been impacted by dysfunctional and toxic family backgrounds which greatly influence how they act and react with each other. With time they slowly and painstakingly build a friendship and eventual relationship, but even when things look to be well situated between them they still have some things to work through and settle
The characters evolve and develop becoming better more vulnerable versions of themselves.
I struggled slightly with the very English phrasing, and more than once had no clue what the characters were talking about which was frustrating. I’ve read a number of contemporary romances based in the UK as well as having traveled through England a few times and was surprised with my confusion.
I received a free ARC from the author and Book Sirens; and I am voluntarily leaving an unbiased review.
Talk about a roller coaster of emotions. Rosie us I her final year of college and she just a terrible night after being left behind by someone she has had a crush on for a long time. They had one night together and poof he is nowhere to be seen. But like true friends they are not going to let her be down so. like true friends they are going to take her out and party. And what happens..she has a one night stand with a hot stranger. Rosie goes back to school like nothing happened except something did and now she finds herself in on OB/GYN office and who walks in....the stranger from that one hot night. ARE OU SERIOUS?!?!?!? Time to get on the rollercoaster and buckle up. Callum is a successful OB/GYN and he lost Rosie's number and can't seem to get her out of his mind, but then she walks right into his office. I mean there are characters in here that will make you just want them to stop talking because they are messing with Rosie and Callum. I can't get into it too much without spoiling ir but I did enjoy this book and :)
Well written, easy to read, nice setting, love London and british words. Young student has a one night stand, gets pregnant, and who does she run into in the hospital? yes, the potential father. Very entertaining content. Rosalia is a nice student, has been through a lot, but remains optimistic. Callum, well, he has his attractive sides, but he’s also a judgemental misogynistic, having double standards, arrogant.........He might have his reasons, but that doesn’t make it right. That is a point of criticism of the story, the man can have hundreds of girlfriends and nothing is said about that, but if the lady possibly has more experience, it is immediately refuted. Are women not allowed to have had multiple bed partners without being judged? A second point are Rosalia&;s sister and mother, they are too caricurital, it is comical to read. All in all a nice, well written entertaining story

Well worth reading. 5* This is the second book for me from this author and I am just as impressed with this novel as I was with the first one. The book is not only an easy-to-read page-turner but an emotional heavy-weight account of two people’s, Rose and Callum’s story. It follows their lives and insecurities, feelings and ideas of what their lives ought to look like according to their own expectations. However, life happens to interfere with the best-laid plans and the reader is taken on a rollercoaster of a moving, passionate chronicle of their handling an unexpected complication through blame, doubt, denial, unfailing attraction and gradual acceptance of their own feelings. I am happy to recommend this very hot, good book.

While in her final year Rose goes out one night to the local bar and has a very memorable evening from their kisses to their chemistry and connection that was made the moment they met. Then he says he'll call her and of course she never hears from him again until she sees Dr. Callum the obstetrician at the hospital when she's having her ultrasound done and Callum is not happy to see me or about my pregnancy and let's me know it. Can Callum fix the damage he did when he went off on Rose so that he can re-connect with her and be a part of his baby's life? You need to read this book to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book

Autumn Miller is a new author for me and she didn't disappoint! I loved reading this book (a LOT!). It's a bit TL Swan, Louise Bay and Karen Deen.
This book is about Rose, Rosalia, and Callum. They meet in a bar and have an instant connection. They have the night of their lives. Unfortunately they loose contact, but they meet again at the hospital Callum works as a ob/gyn. I loved how the author named the risks during the pregnancy. It makes it more real instead of a "happy"one. They both have some obstacles to pass, but will they get over the biggest one?
Loved reading this book! Going to get her other books!

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Rose is almost thru college. Callum is a successful doctor. Rose and Callum have a one night stand that leads to an unexpected pregnancy. Rose is shocked and concerned about finishing college. Callum is not very nice to her at first about it. He is an obstetrician though, and plans on being a part of everything. These two really hit it off that first night and thought of each other often. Now that they are faced with a life changing surprise, they will have to start improving their relationship. This was a one night stand that led to a happy family together

Callum and Rosalia meet at a bar and have a one night. She later finds out she is pregnant and standing in the hall afterwards with the picture, Callum walks by and finds out. He is an OB/GYN at the hospital and had not planned on that in his immediate future. The intense feelings of hurt and betrayal cross with wonder. Once it is proved that it was not a setup, things start to change for the better. The characters are great but sometimes you want to smack them upside the head to wake them up. The storyline has great backstories, drama, surprises, and then support and romance. Good to see them both grow up and take responsibility. Great dialogue and good ending.

This was absolutely the read I needed. This was a cute little accidental pregnancy romance that made my heart squeal. I loved Callum and Rose and I think that they were both really well developed and explored characters. I loved being able to see why they are the way they are and getting to see the way they changed over the course of the book. One big thing I'd like to say though, roses sister and mother SUCK BIG TIME. This was on purpose, so well done, but god I hated them. 4.5 stars overall, and you should check out this wonderful treat as soon as you can! I was invited to read a free e-ARC of Stranger Love by Autumn Miller through BookSirens. All thoughts and opinions are mine.
Read if you like: Strangers to lovers Steamy romance Surprise baby
You meet a hot guy in a bar. The chemistry is instant and magnetic. One night with him changes everything….
Hot hot hot! If you like a lot of steam, then look no further! Lots of sexy scenes and the chemistry between Rose and Callum is electrifying. You get to read from both of their perspectives which I really liked. There are a lot of romantic and adorable moments, but also lots of conflict which added a lot of depth to the story. I was hooked from the start and loved this story so much!
This is the third book of Autumn's that I have read and I think it might be my favourite! This was full of steam from the very start and the fire didn't die down. There were times Callum bordered on too controlling for me, his reasons were easily explained but it wasn't until Callum recognised his own issues that I accepted he was really just scared. They both had some pretty messed up family histories and I loved how they dealt with the other person's family trouble. Autumn writes people very well. I look forward to reading more from her in the future!
When a one night stand leads to pregnancy of course there are many questions to be answered, especially when both parents are carrying around a heavy package of bad parenting role models. Of course they want to do what is best for their child but as long as they don´t solve their own issues of distrust their mission is bound to fail. I liked the support both Rose and Callum got from their friends who helped them to finally find the right path. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
POV: First person / Dual Genre: Age Gap / One Night Stand / Surprise Baby / Enemies-to-Lovers / Alpha Hero
Callum and Rose meet on a night out, he’s older than her and she’s just had a ‘relationship’ go wrong, they have a night to remember, in more ways than one.
I really enjoyed the dynamics of Callum and Rose, the struggles they went through together and as individuals. The plot was well written and the characters were well developed, Rose was just the sweetest, and Callum was a alpha-hole turned good, I loved them together.
Stranger Love was an addictive read that I couldn’t put down with good romance, great drama and fantastic steam!
Stranger Love is not a book I would usually pick up but I was intrigued. I was really hooked on the first part of the book and loved the chemistry between Rose and Callum. I just found that towards the end of the book I wasn’t as invested in the characters, there were some really amazing scenes but also some parts that I just didn’t really like, it felt a bit repetitive. This is an age gap, enemies to lovers romance between Rose and Callum. These likeable characters and the unique plot make for an enjoyable read. What starts out as a one night stand turns into something more. It is a love story with just enough drama, angst, humor, passion, steam, and appealing secondary characters to keep the reader interested. Engaging page turner.

This book was recommended in a Facebook group and I’m so glad I read it. The author is new to me and she’s a breath of fresh air. The story was so good, realistic, made me happy, sad and swoon. Great spicy scenes. The end of the book was really good so I was surprised that the bonus chapter was even better. Just when I thought this book couldn’t get better. I’m sad the book is over, but happy I found this author.
I wasn't sure at first, and it took me a few chapters to start appreciating this book, but then I finished it in one sitting. My only negative was the over the top nastiness of the hero's father, and heroine's mother; the behaviour seemed too outrageous to be believable. But, that was a minor bugbear, and I can recommend this book.
