Allie Burton has always been a reader and writer. She wrote her first novel at the age of twelve when she was stranded at a hospital by a snowstorm. Receiving her first romance from her grandmother, she fell in love with the genre. As an adult, she read young adult books with her own teens and was excited to find something fresh and new. Now, she writes both.

Having so many jobs as a teen and adult became great research material for the stories she writes. She has been everything from a bike police officer to a professional mascot escort to an advertising executive. She has lived on three continents and in four states and has studied art, fashion design, and marine biology.

Allie is a member of several writing organizations. She splits her time between Arizona and Colorado where she skis, golfs, and bikes.

What a wild rode of an adventure is this fifth installment of the Twisted Fairytales series. I love Destiny's character more in every story and this was no exception. From the kidnapping, to finding her grandfather, to her powers, and the choice placed before her, this is one book you don't want to stop reading till the end.

I absolutely adore this series and was left hanging after the previous book wondering what the hell had happened to Destiny our Banshee. In this latest addition we find out but all is not what is seems. It’s a fast paced magical read that is full of action, secrets, mystery and so so much more and I have to say I read this all in one sitting, it is truly that good! Fantastic characters, exciting storyline, we greet old friends and say hi to new ones and hope that love prevails or will it, after all this is a twisted fairytale!!

I absolutely love coming back to this world!! I love this take on the classic Snow White with a total twist!! I adored the journey Snow had to go on and all her fight and sass! I mean Snow as a banshee wow what an idea! I can't wait for book 3 to see how this all ends!!

Destiny was just coming into her own back at the palace when she gets kidnapped...by banshees. Which is surprising considering that her grandfather told her they were the only banshees left. It seemed like she wasn't thinking through a lot of the experiences she had. One felt like telling her to follow the clues from her premonitions and the actions taken against her. In the end everyone helped to save the day with minimal bloodshed, and that was a win. I'd like to see what her coven teaches her.

Good storytelling. Less internal dialogue and more action this time, which is good. The story is well told and evolves well. Destiny is not the brightest girl. She really doesn’t put her foot down enough and rolls with things she shouldn’t. But the characters are engaging and it’s a good read. Happy to see characters from the previous book.
