I haven’t tried any of the recipes yet, but a lot look appealing, like orange chocolate chip bread and chocolate almond bread. The book has some features that I appreciate including metric measurements. Each recipe has a beautiful color picture and each is listed in the table of contents. There is also an index. Useful hints, including how to add swirls, are at the end of the book.
I took a chance on this ebook because it was recommended to me. This is one of the better bread machine cookbooks I've seen. A few things I noticed: no need to add vital wheat gluten to the recipes, and almost all of the recipes use butter. I'm still on the hunt for a bread machine cookbook that uses different kinds of flour like oat (because I bought some) and not just plain old bread flour and whole wheat flour.
I've recently dug out my old bread machine and am excited to have space and time to actually use it! While I have another bread cookbook, it requires a lot of powdered milk and random ingredients I don't always have on hand. This book is great because it uses mostly ingredients I already have at home. I'm planning on trying a few of these recipes soon. Yum!
This book explained everything I needed to know to get started making bread in my new bread maker and it has a lot of different and delicious recipes. I have tried about 30 different recipes now and every single one has been a hit with my family. Wholeheartedly recommend!
I've had a bread maker for years but never used it. That was because I couldn't use the same re pipes I was use to. I got this book on a whim and found it really interesting. I know now why my other recipes didn't work.
Lots of amazing recipes I can't wait to try. Easy to follow & amazing photography. I really like how this cookbook is laid out. Will definitely borrow again.
This book is insane. Each recipe looks so good and I love how there's a picture for each. I'm so excited to try them all! The quality of this book is so good and definitely worth the buy!
