Tambourine Man".

Bob Dylan (born Robert Allen Zimmerman) is an American singer-songwriter, author, musician, poet, and, of late, disc jockey who has been a major figure in popular music for five decades. Much of Dylan's most celebrated work dates from the 1960s, when he became an informal chronicler and a reluctant figurehead of American unrest. A number of his songs, such as "Blowin' in the Wind" and "The Times They Are a-Changin'", became anthems of the anti-war and civil rights movements. His most recent studio album, Modern Times, released on August 29, 2006, entered the U.S. album charts at #1, making him, at age sixty five, the oldest living person to top those charts.

Bob Dylan won the Nobel Prize in Literature (2016).

A nice little coffee table book. Pity that so many fantastic songs like Sara, Black Diamond Bay, Lily, Rosemary, and the Jack of Hearts, to name a few, were omitted. Although, I think it may be a copyright issue.

I get the feeling that when discussing the songs and the epilogue, meaning and nuance may be lost when translating from German to English.

Reading “ LYRICS 1961-2012” written by Bob Dylan from Amazon KINDLEunlimited with the song playing in the background
was reading a poetry book to the tempo of the music!
The Noble committee for literature came to this conclusion before awarding Mr Bob Dylan his Noble Prize for Literature by before attending high school in 196
I believe I developed the my appreciation for Folk-Rock ballads before attending high school in 1963 , years later I continue to be avid listener
When listening to a Bob Dylan song individually it has same vibes it always makes!
Reading “ LYRICS” was impossible to put down. I was reminded of poetry without the rigidity of iambic pentameter from.
Soundtrack music made the lyrics flow and feel fresh, relaxed, relatable and unforgettable!
Highly recommend reading this book while listening to the music in background
A NOBLE experience I guarantee you will enjoy and such a FINE MEMORY
