Wall Street Journal & USA Today Bestselling author, Nana Malone writes Sexy Feel-Good Romance and loves of all things romance and adventure.

That love started with a tattered romantic suspense she "borrowed" from her cousin. It was a sultry summer afternoon in Ghana, and Nana was a precocious thirteen. She's been in love with kick butt heroines ever since. With her overactive imagination, and channeling her inner Buffy, it was only a matter a time before she started creating her own characters.

"But Emma. F*cking Emma. Every time I was near her, it was like someone set my body on fire."

I really enjoyed this prequel to Bridge and Emma's story. I love the brother's bestfriend trope and can't wait to read the rest of their story!

A sizzling hot forbidding attraction that I just wanted more of. I’m from the USA so I thought this was very British, which only earned more points for me! I’m already in love with Bridge and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in this series. I really enjoyed the writing and highly recommend this novella.

Bridge Edgerton and Emma Verma's story is the one I have been looking forward to so badly and finally it is here. This little spicy and heart pounding prequel called Bridge of Love proves again why I am so ridiculously excited about them. Best friend's sister. Secret society. An alpha hero to drool over and swoon over. A fierce and sassy heroine. Nana Malone takes us to the very beginning of this emotional, action packed and sizzling hot story. And I am dying here for more!

Bridge has come from a modest background and got admission in Eaton for his rich and powerful father who never acknowledged his existence. This education and a chance to be in the secret society called Elite with his best mates can change his life forever. Emma is his friend Toby's sister and off limits. She is wild and rebellious and they have this hate-atrraction thing going on. When Toby asks him to escort her to a concert..will it expose his feelings? I loved the brooding edgy darkish aura of Bridge and Emma just pushes him all the time. The chemistry is on point and I cannot wait for the next part.

Emma has been driving Bridger (Bridge) crazy as long as he's known her. First she was just plain annoying, trying to always get her brother Toby (Bridge's best mate) and his attention when they were younger, now she's annoying in a whole other way. A whole other, forbidden kind of way. So when Toby begs him to do him a favor - watch over Emma and her friends while they go to some kind of concert, Bridge knows he should say no. But he can't say no to Toby. But what happens when his control snaps and he does something he shouldn't? Something he's been dying to do for ages now. Something that involves their lips on each other...

What a great intro to Emma and Bridge's story! Seriously hot, ramping up my curiosity until now I'm dying for the whole trilogy!

My goodness!!! In this prequel to Bridge and Emma’s story you get to finally learn the backstory to their intensity toward each other and let me tell you it’s hot, hot, hot. In true Nana fashion, she has expertly woven Bridge and Emma together in preparation for Bridge’s trilogy. I am already dreading waiting for the conclusion, but am entirely confident that it will be full of surprise, heat, secrets, and humor. I mean you can’t really get to know another London Lord without expecting the others to make their mark in the story and add some intensity and comedic interludes. Since the introduction of the London Lords through Ben’s story you get a taste of Bridge and Emma having some secret between them. Now we get to find out. EEK. I’m desperately awaiting the next book in the series. Big Growly Alpha takes on Feisty Best Mates Little Sis. Can we say CHEMISTRY?

Bridge of Love is a prequel to London Bridge by Nana Malone.
I've read a few Alpha hero romances and they can easily go south for me but I'm glad this one didn't.

This is a best friends sister romance, so it gives you that inner back and forth struggle in our hero Bridge. From what we learn about Emma she's a bit of a wild child and that created some fun banter with Bridge that I'm sure will play a part in the next book! This one also has a bit of a secret society aspect and I look forward to finding out more!

This being my first Malone book I wasn't sure what to expect but I really enjoyed this novella! I can't wait to learn more about the characters and it's great that I don't have to wait long since London Bridge is out in a few weeks!
I can't wait to read it! 💖

WOW! Just wow. This is just what a prequel should be. It draws you in and leaves you desperate for more.

Emma and Bridge are fire and ice, yin and yang, two sides of the same coin…but are they really? Well this is the big question? The heat and tension between these two is palpable. Let’s put it this way I was so distraught that it was over when I was done. I wanted more, so much more. All I could think about was this is just the appetizer to the main course. I’m already ravenous for more. Aside from all this, as if this wasn’t enough, there’s another story happening. A mystery to be solved. It’s a BIG one.

I don’t want to spoil it so I won’t. You deserve to be as hungry for more as I am.

So read this book, digest what you can and prepare yourself to delve in for the meat and potatoes to come. I can’t wait!

This prequel to Emma and Bridge's story was a great appetizer! I personally can't wait for the main event! Emma and Bridge have appeared in other books (you don't need to read the others to get this one but you should anyway because they are awesome) and I always wanted to learn about their history. I love the verbal sparring, their chemistry is FIRE hot, and there's the mystery/suspense to counter all the feels. Well balanced, well written, this author consistently out does herself. Perfectly done prequel, bring on Bridge I am READY lol

This is a wonderful start to a new storyline with defined main characters who have great attraction and chemistry but a reluctance to act upon it. There is some drama, danger, sassiness, and a brother close to both who is working on something important. I loved this entertaining, engaging, and well-paced read, I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

The phrase “small but mighty” comes to mind to describe this book. It’s packed with a whole heck of a lot! If you have been reading all the London Lords books this will explain so much! Do you HAVE to read the other London Lords books first? No. But SHOULD you? YES! You definitely won’t be sorry. A must read!

This prequel offers up a taste of Bridge and Emma's upcoming romance and oh, what a tempting taste it was!! I am left eagerly anticipating and fiercely craving more!!! You can practically physically touch the tension burning between this duo and the sparks that are coming off them, well, let's just say the polar ice caps are in more danger than ever! I simply cannot wait to dive into this series.

One of the best prequel novellas I have read in a long time!

I have been looking forward to finding out Emma and Bridge’s connection since this new generation of London Lords came to be. This novella is enough of a tease, and I am not sure how I will be to wait for London Bridge. The chemistry between these two is intense. You already get the sense of suspense and danger lurking. I need this trilogy now!!!!

I knew I would love Bridge, I just knew it, I just didn’t know how much I would end up loving him. This is an amazing start to what I’m positive will be an epic trilogy. I really loved the extra bit of insight on Toby and just seeing some of him in this novella. I can not wait to see what happens in London Bridge!

BRIDGE OF LOVE is the prequel novella in Nana Malone’s contemporary, adult SPEAK NO EVIL romantic suspense series, part of the multi- interconnected series with the author’s Hear No Evil, and See No Evil series focusing on three friends Ben Covington, Easton Hale, and Bridge Edgerton, known as the London Lords, and all members of The Elite-the uber rich and powerful of Eton Academy in London England. BRDIGE OF LOVE introduces the back story of Bridge Edgerton, and Emma Varma.

SOME BACKGROUND: Approximately ten years earlier, during their initiation into the group known as The Elite, Ben Covington, Easton Hale, and Bridge Edgerton lost their best friend and fellow Elite pledge Toby Varma as things quickly spiralled out of control. Seeking revenge against the people and families they held responsible for Toby’s death, Ben, East and Bridge walk a fine line between right and wrong in an effort to take down everyone involved. These are their stories.

Told from three first person perspectives (Emma, Bridge and Toby) BRIDGE OF LOVE reveals some of the back story and developing feelings between Bridge Edgerton, and his best friend’s younger sister Emma Varma. Emma Varma attends an all girls’ school, while her brother and his friends attend prestigious Eton College but Emma is a bit of a wild child, and her brother Toby worries about his sister’s partying ways. Begging his best friend Bridge Edgerton to keep an eye on his younger sister at a local concert, Toby had no idea he was about to inadvertently play matchmaker for two people who will be destroyed by Toby’s death.

BRIDGE OF LOVE is an introductory short story of family and relationships, friendships and desperation focusing on Emma and Bridge, and the lead up to what happened to Toby and why. The premise is intriguing; the characters are familiar. BRIDGE OF LOVE is a tease, leaving the reader wanting to know more.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. Prequel to the next London Lord series. Bridge Edgerton is the next in line. This book takes place while the Lords are still in Eton and before pledging “The Elite”. Readers will get a glimpse of Toby that none of the other books in the series have provided. Toby’s sister, Emma, is the bane of Bridge’s existence and he may just be in love with her. He must deny himself because he cannot go there with his best mate’s little sister. Apparently, Emma has a habit of running right into danger. She is fearless and goes after what she wants. On top of all that, she is gorgeous.

Toby has fallen into a big pile of something which is forcing him to stay at school instead of escorting Emma to a concert. Bridge drew the short straw being that he was the only one going home for the holiday.

This book will have readers begging for more from these two. The off the charts chemistry between these to has to grow. I can’t wait to watch the fireworks. I also enjoyed getting to know Toby better. Seeing all of the London Lords younger and ambitious before they became the infamous London Lords. This series is going to be an epic ride and I plan to be here for every twist and turn.

Bridge is Emma’s brothers best mate. He has known Emma since she was a girl and has a clear understanding that he is to never cross the line with her. She has become more daring and adventurous as she has gotten older. Pushing the boundaries and not being very smart. Her brother was supposed to go to a concert with her to keep in her line but he wasn’t able to go. Now Bridge is stuck keeping an eye on her during the concert for his best mate. Emma is trouble with a capital T and she is doing everything she can to get Bridge to react and pay her some attention. She ends up going to the bathroom with a jerk and Bridge follows them. Once Bridge picks the lock and finds the guy forcing himself on Emma he looses it. He beats the crap out of him and then escapes before the cops arrive with Emma. He is going to put Emma in a taxi and leave. Before is can she keeps pushing him to show her how he really feels. Once she has pushed too far he explodes and kisses her. She is then out into the taxi and it will be years before they meet again. This is a prequel to Bridge and Emma’s story. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Bridge of Love was a delicious little prequel to the London Bridge trilogy coming up soon by talented Nana Malone❤️ Emma and Bridge are probably going to be a hot little taboo couple, Emma being the little sister to Bridge’s best friend in the world, and what a couple they would turn out to be! She is feisty, stubborn and devilish while Bridge is the calm, cool and collected (most the time) and values his friendship more than most. In this little prequel, they argue, banter and insult while burning with the heat of thousand suns. Thankfully, the first book of the trilogy is just around the corner 🙏🏻 so I don’t have to wait to long to dive headfirst…

Well now that's what you call a tease!
For me personally this read more as a long prologue more than a novella as it didn't give much away in the slightest but makes readers excited to come. I wanted more of what was hinted at but taken away before we could blink
My favourite bit was something I can't mention as it would be a spoiler, but I am hoping the first full book gives us answers and not just future stuff as much as I can't wait to catch up with all the characters we've fallen in love with.
So glad we don't have long to wait.

𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: ☆☆☆☆ 4.5/5

This was a super super super short prequel to the Speak No Evil Trilogy. And I have to say that I am intrigued to say the least. I liked the different POV’s and how such a short story was laced with so much mystery. It made me very curious about this world and this series… a great teaser! The writing was pleased and the words flowed nicely. Good introduction to this new to me author.

I have been dying to find out the story between Bridge and Emma for soooo long! This is a prequel to their story and why they hate each other. It is just a little taste of more yet to come. I like my heroines feisty, strong, and independent. Emma definitely hits all those categories. My hero needs to be strong, caring, and protective. All the London Lords act this way, but I'm so excited to see what more Bridge will bring to the story.

Introduction novella to Bridge’s story. It makes a lot more sense now the restrained sexual tension Emma and Bridge have had throughout the London Lords series. Perfect little introduction to this trilogy of the London Lords. (Assuming it will follow suit and be a trilogy). Also loved that we got to see a little of Toby’s story too of what could have happened.

Wonderful prequel novella to Bridge’s story!!

It was great to find out the beginning of Bridge and Emma’s story. It also brought some light on what happened to Toby. I can’t wait to see what happens going forward with these two characters. Also, the London Lords and their antics and action. The angst and sexual attraction is off the charts. The trilogy should be epic!

I've had a crush on Bridge since the first London Lord book. This short prequel begins to answer why! The story is short but it's a great window into the past relationship between Bridge and Emma. The chemistry was hot then and so explains their interactions now. I loved this insight into their relationship. I can hardly wait for more. I received an advance copy and am voluntarily leaving a review.

AHHHHHHHH this was the story I've been waiting for since Nana gave us "Big Ben!"

In Bridge of Love Nana is giving us the backstory we have been craving, I love that we get a glimpse of Toby and that we are getting a bit more pieces to add to the mystery of his death.

I can't wait for the full length book, because I know that it will be intense, if Bridge of Love is just a sample then I'm not sure I'm ready for the main course.

Bridge of Love is just a teaser to what is in store for us with Bridge and Emma’s story. They had chemistry and a connection even when they were younger, but lines were not meant to be crossed, yet they crossed them anyway.
Many of us have been waiting on Bridge’s story and now we will finally get the rest of it in the upcoming book, London Bridge and I for one, can’t wait!
