Born at the request of the military-science backed firearms training for real world results.
Combine 2000 years of martial arts wisdom with cutting edge neuroscience, and sports psychology and you get a better way to train.
Using real world context, accelerated learning techniques, and performance neurology, slashes the time it takes to build real world, life-saving gun skills.
This book will show you how.
And more than 1,500 shooters of all abilities have already tested it and proven it effective.
Here’s just some of what you’ll learn
How inexperienced shooters are out-performing lifelong serious, tactical shooters in advanced, dynamic shooting after only a few hours of training done a few minutes at a time over the course of a few weeks.A simple 3-5 minute drill sequence that has caused a 20% AVERAGE improvement in speed and accuracy in over 1,000 shooters. How our shooters are using a simple technique to help them retain 40% more skill every single day they train, regardless of whether they’re training at home, at the range, or in a formal class. How to train LESS, but see a 2-4 TIMES IMPROVEMENT in rapid decision making in real world conditionsHow shooters using this training are able to shoot better on the move than most shooters can shoot flat footed! How to bridge the gap between static range training and 360 degree force-on-force and other reality based training-at home, on a budgetHow to shoot based on changing visual input (like real life) instead of doing Pavlovian dog-like training to a buzzer or whistle that doesn’t carry over to real lifeAnd how lifelong shooters blasting through plateaus that they thought were impossible because of age, injuries, and mobilityAll by doing just a few minutes of training at a time…a few times a week…, most of which you can do at home!
Used by military special operations, tactical law enforcement, USPSA, IDPA, and 3-gun shooters, concealed carry permit holders, responsibly armed Americans who want to protect themselves from home invaders, new shooters, and anyone who wants to shoot like a Navy SEAL or hardwire elite skill in minimum time.
So much great information! I am particularly taken with the science behind the training methodology. Through easy to understand chapters that build upon each other, Ox provides the examples, the references, and the ties back to why the teaching point is important for real world gunfight training. I finished reading the book, practiced the included drills, and have now sufficiently primed the pump to accelerate my learning. I’m excited to dive into my practice sessions & measure my improvement!
Great information but I have mixed opinions. I want to learn from this author but the book doesn’t get me there. The book discusses broad principles of his system for the reader to use to develop your training routine but if you really want the author’s routine you have to sign up for a video course. And the links want your email address. It really is great information but too much marketing.
Good book with a lot of good advice. However, he is constantly referring to his other web sites pitching his training. Very unfortunate cuz claims there are "free" bonuses but all go to buying his videos. I think there is a lot to learn here, just wish less of a sales pitch.
