He’s a devastatingly handsome alpha firefighter. She’s a younger curvy beauty with a heart the size of Everest. When their souls collide on a heavenly beach… their worlds are about to change… forever. ♥
JAYDEN:
One Hundred & Eighty Seven. That’s how many lives I have personally saved during my ten years’ service as a firefighter.
Eighty six. That’s the number of single women who have tried to contact me once they are safe.
One. That’s the number of women I have ever fallen in love with.
Carrying Lucy Richardson in my arms and delivering her safely to the waiting paramedic, I know something has changed inside me. Her sensuous curves, stunning blue eyes and cute smile haven’t left my heart and soul since the fateful moment when our worlds collided.
Visiting her in the hospital ward, my cautious mind can’t silence my gut instinct.
I know she’s engaged.
I know I should walk away and never look back.
And despite somehow knowing she’s my soul mate, I know she can never find out what I’ve done…
LUCY:
Marcus Osbourne is a good, kind and decent man. But when I agreed to marry him, I knew in my heart that I was making a huge mistake. And he knew it, too.
Everything becomes so much clearer the day that Jasmine and I are trapped inside the burning Bar Neo. Rescued and carried to safety in the impossibly strong arms of Jayden Sancho, I see my future shining clearly in his dark, troubled eyes.
Sleeping in the same room I left just six years ago, I’m now back living with my parents and my aching heart longs to be in Jayden’s arms again.
On our first date, I’m hypnotised by his awesome, masculine physique and his rugged, cheeky smile.
But I hardly know anything about him.
He seems to be hiding something.
And when I introduce him to my overbearing father, Jayden’s past threatens to split my whole world apart…
Forever.
Dear awesome reader,
Welcome to book three in an eight-book series. He’s a hot alpha firefighter who ‘measures up’ in all departments. She’s a cute girl with curves to die for. And their very different worlds are about to collide, creating a volcanic romance and new life that can never be undone. Despite the course of true love never running smoothly… our heroes will overcome all obstacles to fulfil their destiny in spending the rest of their lives together.
Buckle up for a spicy romance with a HEA. This medium-length novella can be enjoyed as a standalone tale, but why stop there? Beginning with the devilishly handsome Caesar and all set in the idyllic, heavenly seaside town of Parfield, each of our heroes and heroines are all intimately connected.
In Parfield… everyone knows everyone and true love will ALWAYS find a way.

Sophie Sparks has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Lucy and Jayden. Lucy and Jayden (Jay). Jayden is the one who pulled Lucy from the fire at the bar she worked at. There is an instant connection between them. They start seeing each other. Lucy has Jayden come over when her parents are gone and they are fooling around in her room when her parents come back home. Lucy takes Jay downstairs to introduce him. When her father, Trevor sees him, he gets mad. He tells Lucy that Jayden's name is not his real name. Trevor also tells her that he killed a man sixteen years earlier in cold blood and went to prison for it. Trevor tells Jay to stay away from his daughter and to leave. Lucy goes to see if what her father had said was true and it is. She sends Jay a message asking him to meet her at the beach so they can talk. When Jay sees Lucy, he decides to tell her the truth about what happened. Lucy asked Jay if he was sorry for what he did? He tells her no. She asks him to tell her why but at first he tells her he can't, he made a promise to his brother he would never tell anyone. She tells him that she has never had a connection with anyone like she did with him and he would be a fool to throw that away. He tells her the reason but it takes a while for the whole story to come out. They end up talking into the early morning and fall asleep on the beach. They are woke up by the police and tell Lucy they are there to take her home. She gets mad that her father has done this. She tells the officers that they have not done anything wrong and she is not going with them. Jay tells her that it is okay and she needs to go with them. One of the officers tells Jay that he needs to stay away from Lucy. When Lucy gets home, she is ready to have it out with her father but he is not home. She has a talk with her mother and is told to go take a shower and when she is done she would have breakfast ready for her. When Lucy gets out of the shower, she hears voices and she thinks it is her father. She grabs a towel and goes downstairs to have it out with her father but it is not her father it is Jay. Jay is having coffee with her mother. Jay has decided to tell Trevor why he did what he did. After Jay tells Trevor the truth, Trevor tells him that he needs a minute and goes outside. They hear a crash and her father comes back in and tells Jay that he doesn't believe him. A few minutes later the police are there to arrest Jay for suspicion of criminal damage. Lucy sees her father talking to one of the officers and she steps out into the hallway. She hears her father tell the officer a lie about Jay. She steps out and calls her father a damn liar. Lucy tells Jay to tell them the truth. He tells her that he just tried that and looks how it turned out. The police take Jay away and Lucy tells her father to screw off. Trevor looks at his wife Helen and asks if she was going to allow Lucy to talk to him that way? Helen tells him in this case to screw off. Lucy doesn't speak to her father or mother for eight days. Jay is on the beach one morning and Trevor shows up, Jay thinks it is to cause him more trouble. Jay tells him that he loves Lucy and he would never hurt her. This is not what Trevor has to say to Jay. He tells him that there were more victims that came out after Jay's story got out. Trevor tells Jay that he dropped the charges against him. Jay has a few things that he wants Trevor to help him with after they come to an understanding. Helen calls Lucy down for dinner and when she gets there, her father is there and she tells her mother to call her when it is ready and starts to go back to her room. The doorbell rings and Lucy is asked to get it. When she answers the door, Jay is standing there. She is shocked to see him there. She wants to know why he is there. Jay walks into the house and speaks to her father and then her mother. Jay has a question that he asks Lucy. Will things work out between Lucy and Jay? Will Lucy give Jay the answer he wants? This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone,

Jayden has saved many people during his career as a firefighter and a good number of those have been very grateful. Until now he never fell in love with a single one. When he rescued Lucy and carried her to a waiting paramedic he knew straight away that she had changed him. Seeing her beautiful face stirred his heart and awakened something in his soul. He is aware she is engaged and this should convince him to let her go but he knows this is his soulmate. Lucy knows her engagement is a mistake and that her heart is not really in it. When she is rescued from the fire it is cemented in her mind that this man should be in her future. Moving back in with her parents, her body may be there but her heart aches to be with Jayden. Their first date has her charmed by his looks and smile but she knows so little about him. She senses there is something he hides and introducing him to her father reveals his past that could divide them completely.
I have loved this series from the first book and it is always a delight to see the author's inner creativeness in these romance stories. This was wonderfully written and I felt for both of the characters from the start. I have never been so gripped by a firefighter book in my life and this man is so much like a fantasy. The author always has the skill to weave such an emotional rollercoaster that instantly pulls you into this world.

This is the 3rd book in the Firefighters With Hearts series featuring the emotional story of overcoming your past and how there are consequences for your actions or inaction between Jayden and Lucy. Lucy meets Jayden when there's a fire at her job and Jayden is the firefighter who saves her. Jayden and Lucy have an instant connection even though she's engaged to another man that she's not in love with. Lucy feels things for Jayden that she never felt for her fiancée so she knows that she has to end the engagement. Once she breaks things off Lucy and Jayden begin dating and she finds out that Jayden may not be the man she thinks he is due to his complicated past. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this emotional story of overcoming your past and how there are consequences for your actions and inaction to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

This was a short story but there was so much heartbreak and finally joy. The secrets that Jay is trying to tell Lucy is difficult for him to say. He made a promise to his brother Leon not to tell a soul. Lucy's father brings everything to the four front by spilling the beans before Jayden gets a chance to tell Lucy. I can fully relate to this story as my daughter was in the wrong place at the wrong time and is still paying for something she didn't do. No there is no forgiveness from Society when a 16 year old make a mistake. There is only hard knocks and disappointment. Thank you for giving Jay and Lucy the joy they deserve. Thank you for showing us the real Jay and not the criminal. I cried when I read this book. I cry for my daughter every time she tries to get a better job. It was really touching. They Love, there is steam, drama, and finally a happy ending. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Lucy was engaged to a very nice man. Her parents loved him. But she didn’t. However, she was willing to marry him until there was a fire at the bar she worked at. Firefighter Jayden carried her out of the burning building, and all the feelings she never felt for her fiancé exploded as this man rescued her.
She and Jayden finally began to date. But Jayden has a terrible secret he keeps hidden, and taking Lucy home, her father recognizes him. He forbids her from ever seeing him again. When Jayden tries to tell her the truth, her father lies about him and gets him arrested. Will the truth ever come out? Will Lucy and Jayden have their chance to be together?
There is much more going on here as the couple struggles for acceptance. Grab your copy and see if they find a HEA.
Jayden has a past he keeps secret. Lucy is his soulmate. This is the bare bones premise of a FABULOUS love story. I respected the devotion Jayden has for those he loves. The author has the ability to make characters come to life, and the story appears so real. I was into this book from the first page, and had to know the outcome before I could do anything else. All the characters had significant depth, and the storyline was superb. I never want to give away anything, because I think you, as the reader deserve to discover each emotion, secret, and narrative of this AWESOME story, as well as the HEA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book, it is a stand-alone in the “Firefighters With Hearts” series, and has no cliffhangers.

The author has written an amazingly beautiful story about Jayden and Lucy. Loved it from the start and stayed up late to finish reading it. The story is filled with secrets, pain, lies and finding love and their were times I had tears in my eyes for Jayden. I found myself wishing that they would find a happy ever after as they truly had a deep love for each other. I recommend reading their story to find out for yourself if they have a happy ever after ending to their story. I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Jayden is the great guy in this book of the Alpha Firefighter series. This is his love story with Lucy. He saves her from a fire and they have an attraction that is hard to deny. Lucy has found her soulmate but he is not her fiance. These two have several obstacles in their way to happiness. This story, although short, is well written and full of emotions. I enjoyed their love story

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this quick story about Jayden/Jamie and Lucy. Jaime Sancho is a young man when a bad thing happens. After serving his time he becomes a fireman and redefines himself as Jayden. He meets Lucy at Bar Neo, where she bartends. She's currently in a relationship that is going no where. But after Jayden saves her and Jazzy from a fire, she sees him differently. Jayden is holding a secret from his past that might destroy them before they really begin. Great HEA.
Lucy met Jayden when there was a fire at her place if employment and he was the fire fighter to save her. She is engaged to a man she doesn’t love and Jayden brings out feelings in her that her fiancée doesn’t. After she realizes she can’t marry her fiancée and breaks this off, she and Jayden start to date. He has a past that comes between them. Will they work things out and find their happy ending?

Past meet present and future. He helped rescue Lucy from a fire. Attraction is definitely there. But the emotional roller coaster of emotions that comes with it can make you mad then make you with for resolutions. Good intense read. Fighting for what your wants are little or giant, they need to not make this a cliffhanger.

This is the third book in the Alpha Firefighters series. It can be read as a standalone story, this is a new author for me and I really enjoyed this story. Well-written and quick to read, the fast-paced plot is intriguing and emotional. I liked both Jayden and Lucy. Strong likable characters.
Enjoyable read. 3rd book in the series, can be read as a standalone but best in sequence.
Following rescuing Lucy from a burning bar, he takes her on a date. But his past catches up with him when he meets someone he thought he'd never see again and their connection with Lucy.

A captivating book three in the Alpha Firefighter series! It is engaging, relatable, emotionally deep, witty, heartbreaking, and well written with drama, ups and downs, twists and turns, and more. The characters are likeable and sweet with undeniable chemistry between them. Definitely recommended!

Great story. Jayden really liked Lucy from the first time her saw her. He had secrets from his past and only shared them with her when hope of a relationship with her seemed non existent. Lucy had faith in Jayden and with help for her mom, was able to get the whole story. Sweet with a little steam.

I really enjoyed the story 'Jaden' by Sophie Sparks. It was a good storyline and a very interesting tale. The characters were great, and it was easy to feel the emotions of the two lovers battling huge obstacles. But even against enormous odds they were determined to be together.

Jayden has a past. He even legally changed his first name because of it. He's content saving lives as a firefighter, or he was until he saved Lucy. Now his past is coming back to light, and he could lose his job as a firefighter, but she's worth it.
This book lightly touches molestation, drug addiction, death, and prison.

The 3rd book in the series and I think it is my favorite so far. It's a bad boy/good girl story, sort of. I have a soft spot for these types of stories. The characters create intense emotion for me, without high drama, which I appreciate.

These firefighters are all alpha males when it comes to saving and protecting others. But the woman he falls for has a mind of her own and is giving him a five alarm fire when it comes to emotions. One awesome series so far.

Lucy meets Jayden when he saves her from a fire. Jayden can’t forget Lucy since he first sees her through the flames in the bar where she works. Jayden’s big secret nearly costs him his relationship with Lucy. This story is emotional and heartwarming. I really liked Jayden with his baggage and all. This was my first book read from this author and I really enjoyed it. This book had me entrapped all throughout. Suspense, Insta love, anger, promised secrets , second chance to prove ones self, forever love, heartache and pain... this book had it all and it was really great.
I absolutely loved reading Jayden's story! I was hoping his story would be coming soon and it definitely did not disappoint. There were twists and turns and he and Lucy had a beautiful and well-deserved HEA.

Second chance at life. Not everyone lives a simple life. The characters in this book seem to have a simple life but the are layers to their story. It has some predictable elements and some interesting twists but is an enjoyable quick tale to read.
