In relationships, at work, in college, in sports, in nutrition, in recreation and so on. Willpower is nedded everywhere It is a determining factor in all areas of life. Without exception. Many of you, perhaps starting to read books or watch videos on Youtube think that discipline is something negative, something complicated. You probably think that discipline is some kind of story about prohibitions and restrictions. There are two states of basic motivation in which you can live your ● The first state is called from under the kick - this is when your parents force you to do something. And you can become disciplined as a result of these actions. You can really wake up every morning, bring them this or that, you can do your homework, and so on. But this is more like hard labor since motivation is born from the outside. Parents give you a ready-made solution that you have to do, otherwise, you won't get a computer, otherwise, there will be problems. First, this is hard labor for the parents, and then hard labor for the teachers at school, then for the teachers at the university, then hard labor for the sergeant major in the army, and then hard labor for money, and when the circle is closed, then hard labor for their own children will begin. And all this is done from under the kick. This is also called debt. Have you noticed that parents have been convincing us since childhood that we have a lot of debts? "Here we gave birth to you, so you must." Then you owe to school, then to university, then to state, then to employer, and you owe something to someone all the time. This is the scarcity position. Awful position, right? If you live in short supply and all the time you owe something to someone, then you will act out of the kick. You will need some kind of external motivation all the time. External motivation is duty. You have to. It is impossible to develop self-discipline on such motivation. You cannot generate energy for yourself. It will be hard for you to get up in the morning, go to work and you will chase after attributes. You will buy Rolex trying to look rich because there is only external motivation.● The second position is the abundance position. Abundance is when motivation is born within you. This is when you generate tasks yourself. This position does not require outside kicks. You get up in the morning, you do the exercises, you complete new tasks, and you do not need external motivation. You don't need a kick. You don't owe anything to anyone, and here discipline is born by itself. An abundance position is when you act to achieve the desired result. A deficit position is when you act to avoid an unwanted result. Do you feel the difference? In essence, the question of self-discipline is a question of basic motivation. Do you want to get some result or are you trying to avoid defeat? That's the whole difference. In this book, we will learn these fundamentals. Then we will reprogram our consciousness for the result. And finally, we will make the motivation generated within us.
