As the world began to deteriorate from polution and natural disasters, Arkoma was built as one of the last cities, but as the Surface of the world became more and more unfit to live in, the wealthy within Arkoma tunneled into the ground, and created the Undercity. The only problem? They didn't dig quite deep enough.
