BATTLE
I grew up knowing the man who fathered me walked away without waiting for the stick to turn pink. I even had to accept that I had a big brother I never knew, which was fine with me. My mum raised me the best way she knew, and it wasn’t her fault life tossed crap at good people.
Battling my way through a career in the Navy when the curveball hit—medical discharge. I ambled aimlessly into life in a 1% MC. For a few years, I enjoyed the lifestyle of booze and a different woman every night. Soon, I was rethinking decisions made when a call from my brother’s former commanding officer changed my direction. Being a member of the Wounded Souls’ new chapter gave me another direction and path in life. A path that led me straight to a blonde mini cyclone, full of sass and secrets.

Maybe I was expecting too much but this just didn't work for me. Something was missing when it came to the connection and relationship development of the MCs.

Battle wasn't sure what it was about Thayer when he first met her, but she quickly became his obsession. Thayer has skeletons though, Battle sees that and decides it is time to make his intent clear. He wants Thayer as his old lady, his heart, his reason but the sassy woman doesn't seem to understand that. It is time to lay it all out but what happens when her past comes back to interfere?
This was really good, ties into the original series with Battle who is related to one of the original members. A lot goes on that I don't want to divulge, Thayer is hilarious and I love the endearments she has for battle. Great story.

OH MY HEART!
I LOVED THIS BOOK! Battle had my heart even before I started the book just by being Darth's brother. Battle has alot of his big brothers traits. He's a total bad@ss alpha biker built like a brick sh*thouse. He's hard and growly on the outside but soft and sweet on the inside when he has to be especially for the people he loves. Little Max definitely has his heart wrapped up. Lol. Little Max is cuteness overload. Thayer is a sassy little spitfire with a secret she's desperate to keep hidden especially from Battle. When it comes to Thayer/aka/Spanky, I love this nickname better than tats. The more Battle starts to open up the more I fell head over heels in love with him. When he starts declaring his feelings for Spanky I have to admit at times I thought he sounded alittle too mushy for being such a bad@ss but then it kinda made him even more lovable also. I absolutely love Thayer's character, she kept me cracking up. She's a force to be reckoned with all wrapped up in a pint sized package. Every time little Max made an appearance my heart just melted. When Battle talks to Shiloh it tore me up. Darth was such a special character in the Wounded Souls series. His loss is still felt. This book has all the feels. At times I was on emotional overload and I loved every minute of it. When Spanky's parents come in to it I thought WTF?, but when the guys stand up to her father I was like HELL YEAH!!! Especially when Kojak jumps in and puts him in his place. I cannot wait for his book, he's definitely got secrets. There's just one thing I missed in this book and that's the intense suspense and the excitement was kinda mild compared to Leah's other books but that could be because this book was alot more about a man and woman learning how to love and be loved then add in the smokin hot sex. Battle is so kind and considerate and nurturing to Spanky it was so heartwarming but when his alpha side comes out it was off the charts set your panties on fire hot! I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THIS SERIES TO EVERYONE!

I have been waiting for this story since I started the first book in this series. I was absolutely hooked. Man everything in this book just made me fall in love with these men, this series, and this author 😊

But behind that sassiness and happiness and ‘don’t care’ attitude lies so much pain and hurt that it would take someone special to get her to see her worth.
My man Battle was just that one. He was bossy, sexy, alpha overload and even though in the beginning he didn’t want to admit it he was head over heels for her. But he also knew that there was things about her that he didn’t know, but he had all the time in the world for his woman and to get to know her.
I loved how Battle won over Thayer. He did it so stealthily that she didn’t even see it coming. I love it. But once he made his intentions clear and showed her that he was all in. He was just so freaking amazing, everyone should have a Battle, lol… Thayer I loved her so much, she was my kind of girl. Its hard living with something that you think no one will understand, but once you have the right person in your corner you cant go wrong. This one was an amazing story, and you will fall in love with this couple, their story and their happily ever after. I am so stoked for Kojak’s story 😊

I will forever love a man who not only goes above and beyond for the woman he loves but for the simple fact he accepts her as is, warts and all. And when he loves , he loves hard . Even if that man is fictional he will always have a place in my heart ❤️. I have a new appreciation for koala hugs , tattoos and a never ending supply of Sass 🤣.
I have waited for this book from Leah Sharelle for what seems like forever lol. When I first found out that Battle was Darth's brother I was SHOOK I tell you SHOOK I say ! . And I knew that his book was going to be one I will read and read again and again .
Thayer bless her heart ❤️ is one of my most favorite characters her love for Battle and sweet Max her sassy nature and her beauty even if she didn't see it in herself is magical, and the way Leah wrote her bringing her to life for Battle is a true testiment to the way Leah Can capture a moment and bringing it to life so her readers can emerse themselves in the story is absolutely breathtaking .
I highly recommend all of Leah Sharelle books but this one is magnificent. Touching on emotional abuse and other themes that are quite frankly hard to wrap your head around if you don't know or have had no contact with someone who needs to bleed to feel . Leah always tackles these issues with kindness and respect, her subject matter is always well and truly researched. So facts are given to the utmost accuracy . Which makes Leah one of my most favorite authors

This third book in the Wounded Souls MC Queenscliff chapter is absolutely incredible, I was absorbed by the storyline straight away and literally couldn’t put it down.
Battle is such a fantastic character, a bit of an enigma to others yet in this story we find out he is really quite straightforward. His character build up is terrific, it truly helped make this story because it started in the first book, His Dream. Now Thayer, oh boy, is she a goer! I absolutely loved her in the Wounded Sons book, Cole, where we first met her and as her character profile has been built she has only become more of a fun character you want to know better. In this story you certainly do! Together Battle and Thayer are explosive!
There are some serious issues explored in this story, as this author often does, she isn’t one to shy away from difficult topics and I applaud her for that. This story handles things in a smooth and caring manner but very realistic too.
I am absolutely positive the ‘baddies’ in the story need a good kick in the behind. 😄 I was wondering if we’ve heard the last of them? This is another one of this author’s fortes,her suspense writing is first rate when she does, I hope she adds more in her future stories.
Another winner that I can totally recommend for everyone but just as a tiny warning, have a tissue handy for a couple of scenes. 😉

This is the third book in this incredible story and is Vance / Battle and Thayer’s journey. Battle is an enigma, who was brought up by his mother, and finds out much later that he has an older brother whom he never met, and when his career in the Navy ended with a medical discharge, he drifted through life until he has a change of heart and he contacts his brother’s commanding officer, and from there he is brought into the Wounded Souls, which changes the direction in which his life was taking him. Thayer is opinionated, sassy, carrying secrets, and thanks to her family she feels unloved, but thankfully she left that life behind her. Battle barges into Thayer’s life and he takes over and looks after her, while worming his way into her heart. Oh, my word, Battle is just as stubborn and lovable as his brother was! This is a beautifully written story which is an emotional roller coaster, with drama, twists, suspense, danger, family, loyalty, and love, which leads to an entertaining and riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I always highly recommend.

Well here we go lets dive into the wounded souls: queenscliffe chapter book three, I can honestly say that I was looking forward to this one the most. Battle has intrigued me from the start and oh my Thayer she is my spirit human I adored her and her crazy ways in previous books.
Battle is a Strong Alpha male and Thayer is a sassy liitle thing and that is all I am gonna say about that. No spoilers, no heads up. This book is a book you have to go into without any idea if or how you are going to feel, but you are gonna feel (Tissues a possible requirement )
I would absolutely recommend this book and author to anyone who loves an epic love with an amazing storyline. I can not praise this author enough a the beauty she weaves with her words, also she manages to find the perfect cover models to reflect her charecters. I hope you love this as much as I have. It is definitely a book you want to sink into but you also never want it to end. Happy Reading ♡

Thayer and Vance "Battle", this is the story I have been craving. Thayer has been told she isn't worthy since birth. Battle never had the support a young man needs to feel worthy. Together they are two lost souls searching for each other. I loved this story and how not only Thayer but Battle's growth throughout the story just moved my heart. Thayer is a sweet character who hides her pain behind her sass. This story was so great and the writing was incredible. Wow and Thayer's parents are pieces of work! I highly recommend this story which can be read as a standalone but I would suggest starting with book one: His Dream and then move onto book two: His Eternity. This is one series and author you don't want to miss. She is simply incredible.

What a full circle story! The first book I read from Leah was involving Battle’s brother, so it was full circle for me to read his brother’s story this time around. When his career in the Navy ended, Battle seemed somewhat lost on what to do next, but thankfully his brother’s MC took him under their wing and showed him how his brother once was and had built before his death. Thayer has had a rough childhood and has focused on spending her life as an adult doing and involving things she loves. When her and Battle finally stop fighting their feelings and decide to take things to the next level, Thayer’s past comes back to haunt her and we see some really vulnerable situations for her, but we also see how Battle handles it and helps her cope. I could feel the love between them coming off of the pages, and it was such a sweet read. I can’t wait for the next in the MC series!

I feel like I have been a little healed with this book and that I got a piece of Darth back. Just typing that chokes me up. I know, I get it. They are fictional characters. But for those of us that have been with Leah from day one these characters are like family so anytime we lose one it hurts. I felt it when Battle was angry with Shiloh over Darth’s sacrifice before he knew fully what happened. I understood where he was coming from because I ranted at Leah through every book afterwards.
Battle and Thayer getting their HEA feels like a victory for Darth and Vegas. Don’t get me wrong. Battle and Thayer are their own brand of crazy. You will fall in love with their story though.
I want more of them in the future! A novella Leah! Let us see little Darth and Vegas’s running around.

Five huge stars for this!! I cannot put into words how I feel about this book! Well I am going to try for the sake of this review!
My heart!! Battle is so much like his brother, in more ways than his looks (if you don't know who his brother is, you need to read the others!) Just saying!

His Reason draws you into the story and holds your heart and soul captive. Battle and Thayer’s story is at times heartbreaking and highly emotional. As Thayer’s dark secret is revealed it will take a gruff biker with a humongous heart to show this sassy woman just how much she is loved and worth. An action packed story that is intense, poignant and filled with a passion that is soul stirring. A story that is not only filled with love but also deals with realistic problems in a caring and touching manner. An absolutely beautiful love story that steals your heart right from the start.

Sigh, I need a Battle in my life. I'm so in love with this guy. Thayer is just plain awesome. She seriously kicks butt. I love Battle's relationship with everyone, he comes across as a big gruff, but is really so marshmallowy. Did I mention that Thayer is awesome? They are just perfect for each other. Ahhh, I love this book!!!

Wow!!! Leah has written another great book that has you needing more. Thaya and Battle are so perfect for each other. Both knowing what it feels like to not be wanted. Battle is there for Thaya to help her with “her demons” and Thaya shows Battle what it feels like to be unconditionally loved by someone. I highly recommend reading this book.

Good story
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of him constantly saying he's in love with her and how great she is over and over and over again, and the description of the h doesn't fit the girl on the cover. Finally a story about a skinny girl and the cover doesn't have a skinny girl on it. So disappointed. Otherwise the story line is great.

Loved reading more of the wounded souls. First I loved the appearance of Darf and Julie. While they are ghosts now I loved the added story to Battle from Shiloh about Darf.
Now Battle was definitely just like his brother, he barked, growled, bossed and I loved him like i did Darf. And Battle met his match with Thayer. Tiny sassy and broken. This was another great book!
Loved reading more of the wounded souls. First I loved the appearance of Darf and Julie. While they are ghosts now I loved the added story to Battle from Shiloh about Darf.
Now Battle was definitely just like his brother, he barked, growled, bossed and I loved him like i did Darf. And Battle met his match with Thayer. Tiny sassy and broken. This was another great book!

As much as I loved them and their story. I felt that their story had fallen short what could if been so much better. They had so much going on but not enough put into their story that would have made it so much better.

Thayer had such a tragic history, no love from her parents which turned into a bad habit to cope, and she did not want Battle to know. Battle had a lot of patience when it came to Thayer, especially as they became closer and told each other their secrets. He was so protective and loving despite what he found out. I loved the support of the MC and was glad that Thayer finally saw it for what it was. I recommend this story as I enjoyed it and look forward to more of this MC.

How did this story almost slipp by me? Have been waiting for Thayer and Battle and it was definitly worth the wait. Action, angst all a really good read as usual. Keep it up, ms. Sharelle

His Reason the newest book in The Wounded Souls Series, this is Battle and Thayer’s story. A full on action packed read, Thayer is such a hand full. I loved this book so much, never a full moment from start to finish.

Incredible
Battle and Thayer have outt of this world chemistry. I love her sass and seeing her become a stronger women with Battle by her side. Battle is moody, gruff and a lot like his older brother, yet underneath it all he's a teddy bear when it comes Thayer. There were so many great moments through out their story, I laughed, I cried, I smiled. I loved that he and Shilo were able to finally talk and the emotions holy smokes I was expecting it. This is an amazing series that I highly recommend and I can't wait to see what happens next!

I have been waiting on Battle and Thayer’s story since they first met or maybe I should say since they first bumped heads and I must say Ms. Sharelle did not disappoint me with their storyline. I laughed, smiled and sighed throughout the book. Their off the wall banter is simply amazing and kept me thoroughly entertained throughout.
If you’ve kept up with the series you know we found out, via a bomb shell, that Battle is Darth’s brother. In his story we get the back story of how Battle found out about Darth and his reactions that have formed him into the hard man he is today. His one weakness is Thayer, a spitfire of a woman who challenges him at every turn. A woman who has secrets he plans to uncover and a heart he plans to capture as his own. As for Thayer, she definitely hasn’t had an easy life. Her troubles and secrets are hers to bear and she uses her flamboyant actions and words to cover her pain. But her weak spot is Battle, a man who makes her want things she knows she’ll never have. Afterall, who would want a messed up wreck like her.
This is an emotional, suspenseful, action packed MC romance. Battle and Thayer’s story is one I won’t soon forget and will be worth reading time and time again. It’s a great addition to what this reader considers an outstanding series (both the original Wounded Souls and the Queenscliff Chapter spinoff). 2 Thumbs Up and 5+ Stars
