I think the perfect book for beginners that are looking to get into the stock market has been discovered!

Edward Ryan shares his 'World's Simplest Stock Picking Strategy' with you on what he looks at and determines his picks for companies to invest in.

The book is an easy read and is broken down in rudimentary language to where anyone, especially novice investors can easily understand.

He shares plenty of examples with some real world stories from experience on his 5 Strategies throughout the book.

I would say that my one negative opinion on the book is that it did tend to get repetitive at points. But I am not letting that sway my thoughts on how I really enjoyed this Ryan's book. But as Zig Ziglar once said, “Repetition is the mother of learning, the father of action, which makes it the architect of accomplishment.”

While there are many other books out there on the stock market, which they can get outdated quick, I think you have to throw The World's Simplest Stock Picking Strategy up there with the other great investing books!

Again, this is a perfect read for those who are clueless on how to go about investing in the stock market. I recommend it to all, even those who have a strategy down, but would consider changing some things and how they personally view the stock market themselves.

Interesting read, but very repetitive (imagine a student trying to hit word limit). All the useful ideas/concepts and so forth could have been summarized in 20-page book

It is time to build wealth with the items you already use!

It seems as though everyone became a stock trading guru over the last 2 years.

We have been living through an extremely interesting period of time with the markets.

Since the big crash in Feb/March 2020 when COVID set in, the markets have been booming generally.

Not to mention, there has been tremendous growth with Crypto and other forms of asset creation with NFTs.

Whether you are on top of the world right now or not so much, it is always best to follow a concrete strategy and not follow the next “big hype” in the markets.

Edward has spent over a decade in equity sales and proprietary trading.

He has provided investment advice to some of the world’s top asset managers and has worked closely with Wall Street’s top-ranked analysts.

Yet, with all of this amazing experience he has a very intriguing and simple stock-picking strategy.

He shares it all in his new book!

Edward’s new book: Stock Picking Strategy: How to make money investing in the companies in your life, is a very informative read.

Mainly because he urges readers to invest their hard-earned money into companies that they are already consuming!

Makes total sense, right?

Yet, most don’t leverage this strategy as much as they should.

Think of it this way…

If you are constantly buying your groceries from Kroger.

Why not, also put your money into the company stock to leverage the added value you created when you bought your groceries from the store?

Well, you should!

Edward goes ahead and shares his “Life List” of products and services he uses on a given day and the corresponding stock he owns.

I love the transparency and the angle behind Edward’s stock-picking strategy!

The book just hit its one-month anniversary!

I’d encourage you to check it out and begin building long-term wealth by investing in the companies you already buy on a regular basis!

📈 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧.

I totally agree with the author Edward W. Ryan @ that we often regrettably look back at missed opportunities (successful companies) that now, years later, appear to have been obvious. Have this thought ever occurred to you❓

The book provides you the framework for investing to catch the next great stocks. Introducing of the stock strategy and the investing philosophy supporting it. It mentions 5 steps of the investment process. Through these five easy to follow steps you’ll be guided to better your chances of success in investing in stocks, to use your own knowledge of the products and services that play a role in your life and turning it into a portfolio of stocks, with intuitive rules for managing your positions over time. It also discusses some case studies that demonstrate the strategy at work.

The most interesting and useful part of the book is it talks about investing by using your common sense (I have also read this in Peter Lynch’s book). As the author said, common sense should not be underestimated. To be confident investing your own money, the process you are following must make good sense to you. He teaches you a valuable lesson that stocks are sometimes better identified by your qualitative observation as a consumer than through financial analysis.

You’ll also get to learn about-

▪️Evaluating and ranking companies.
▪️When to buy and sell stocks.
▪️Diversification of assets.
▪️Eight sound investing principles.
and much more….

The book is very practical in its approach. It shows you how to implement these strategies and he even shows you how he uses this strategy. It’s written in an easy to understand way.

🚫 STOP looking for investing tips on social media and read this book.

When it comes to investments and asset classes, Equity (Stocks) has been one of the most consistent and biggest wealth creators.

And, then there are some stocks which consistantly outperfotm the overall equity market. People fail to identify these companies, they usually try to time the market, to discover some penny stocks, take advantage of the volatility etc, and miss out on the growth companies which are consistent compouners (like Google, Apple, FB, PayPal etc) if you stay invested over a long time frame, i.e. atleast 3-5 years.

So, the bottom line is, How do we identify those great growth companies?

This is where "The World's Simplest Stock Picking Strategy" comes in. The best performing companies are not those penny stocks hidden in some obscure newsletter but the companies you interact with on a daily/regular basis. The companies who are growing profitably and has sustained their growth and competitive edge.

After reading this book, as an individual investor, you do not need to do any rigorous analysis or research. You become your own stock picker, letting your own behavior as a customer guide your buying and selling choices.

With the simple 5 step process outlined by the author, you can easily great stocks and manage them as your choices and preferences change as a customer. After the core 5 steps there are some risk management recommendations and case studies.

The book is written in very easy language, without any technical jargon, which I liked the most. For a beginner investor and even if you an advanced investor but do not have much time to do the research, following this strategy will definitely help you build and manage a solid, stable and consistent compouner portfolio. A must read for every individual investor!

Imagine if we'd have spotted Apple's stock potential the date it was listed on Stock Exchange. We would have build enormous wealth by today.

That is the power of investing, and where there are 1000s of books trying to teach you about finding the next multi-bagger stock using financial statements, formulas, management analysis, reading all annual reports thoroughly, and whatnot.

They are effective, of course, but way too complicated for people like us. That's where Edward's new book "THE WORLD'S SIMPLEST STOCK PICKING STRATEGY" comes where he detailed out 5 steps process that will help us to build a robust portfolio of potential next multi-bagger stock.

The book's language is pretty simple and Edward has tried to explain all key concepts as well, which makes it easy for even a newbie to understand what actions he needs to take.

Five steps include:
1. How to short-list major stocks to consider investing in
2. How to narrow them down more to identify better stocks
3. How to rank them and divide based on their expected potential
4. How to identify how much capital we should invest in a particular stock.
5. And, finally, How to manage your portfolio for the long term.

Along with each chapter, Edward is sharing how he has created his own portfolio to make everything more transparent and easy to understand.

Personally, I loved this strategy and have been using it for the last many years as even Peter Lynch suggests investing in stocks you yourself use the most. However, there has never been a detailed guide on how to do so.. Edward's book fills that void.

This is the best stock book I’ve read and I mean it. If you are completely new to stocks like me THIS BOOK IS WHAT YOU NEED! The book really is the simplest strategy. No prior experience is required, no prior knowledge is required. Other stock books use difficult terms and complex strategies that are very confusing for beginners. However The World’s Simplest Stock Picking Strategy keeps it simple, concise, and perfect.

The strategy explained in this book is backed by evidence, with @edwardwryan sharing his own personal portfolio and personal examples.

2022 is around the corner and if you’re keen to make your money grow through the stock market this book is for you!

A really easy read about stocks and how to pick them. It mainly talks about how if you just invest in what you use in your everyday life and what you find useful you can focus on making that your portfolio. I enjoyed the tips and tricks about the 85/15 rule about your “green” stocks / “yellow” stocks. & how if you manage your own portfolio you should review it every quarter.

The author made it super digestible to read

If I picked Intel and Snapchat, I would have lost all my money by following this books advice of buying what you know and what everyone else is using.
I am glad that the author is able to pick tech stocks at the tech stock boom cycle, what a unique idea (not).

Also, book was written in 2021, after the longest bull market in history. Should a blind man who picks stocks based on his chicken pet movements in the morning write a "strategy" book too?

Contents in the book is presented in a simple and easy to understand format, providing examples to guide readers through the various steps. This book will provide readers who have limited knowledge with a simple way to start their investing explorations. However, contents in the book do feel repetitive and could have been presented concisely.

It’s exciting and easy to understand. I was just expecting a bit more. Maybe the time that I read it was late but it will definitely help you in realizing how to prioritize your stock selection. Key take for me: Oscillation and life stock!

Again, I proved that I am bad at investing. How? I have invested my valuable time in reading this book. Marketing does work -_-. Anyway, there are a couple of good tips here and there if anyone still wants to waste their time on this book.
