They gave me the wrong assignment when they marked her.
I have two rules to follow: never leave witnesses and never make it personal. These rules govern my world, and I’ve never thought about breaking either of them until now. Never in my wildest imagination did I think an assignment would lead me back to her.
Hope Moore, the girl with dangerous curves and a sexy smile. The only woman I’ve ever loved is now my assassination target.
Allowing her to live is a death sentence for us both. If the Corporation finds out she's alive, they'll declare open season on us to finish the job.
To save her, I'm going to have to introduce them to a third rule.
Don't miss.
Book one in the Bullet Series. A Dark Action Romance.
Oh what a web that Lawrence weaves. I love the attention to detail and how he’s managed to weave in characters and places from his previous series. This has certainly peaked my interest, my only complaint is that it was just getting to the good bit and I’m left with a cliff hanger!! I need the next instalment!!
This first installment of the Bullet Series by Lawrence Hall is fast-paced and a definite page turner! Taking place in the small town of Sance located on the outskirts of Orias (you may recognize it from the Midnight Series), political unrest is about to begin. Hope, and unknowing recipient of a certain package; has become a target. Hope, an up-and-coming tv reporter is thrown head long into the mysteries of the city. Chase, a full-blown assassin has come to Sance to get some peace of mind and to do a job, well a few jobs. Hope and Chase have some sort of past and end up running into each other at a mini mart. As events unfold, Hope and Chase are put into each other's paths more than once. To find out what happens with these two, I highly recommend this read! It is darker than the average Lawrence Hall book, but let me tell you... I thoroughly enjoyed it! I can't wait to see what happens next!

This is the first book of a new series by Lawrence Hall. You’ll be introduced to a bunch of characters. It’s taking place in a small cite called Sane which is pretty calm and not much happens. Election is coming up and Hope being a reporter somehow gets the feeling some dirt is hitting by the two candidates. Chase an assassin comes to Sane for a new job. Hope and Chase knew each other from the past and crossing there path in Sane unexpected. I needed some pages to get into the story but I enjoyed it pretty much and can’t wait to see what’s happening next.
Chase had one job but discovering his target is Hope changes things, instead of getting rid of her he protects her. Hope is a reporter and election time is her busiest and biggest opportunity, but running into chase is about to put her life on the line. Well written story, setting the scenes and introducing the characters and teasing their past connections.

look. this book is good. it flows nicely and the story is engaging, but I read it in under 40 minutes and it does not need to be a multi part series. Hope wants to be a big story reporter, but when she is injured on assignment and a mysterious phone turns up she starts asking questions she doesn't want to answer.
Bullet Unleashed by Lawrence Hall is the first book in a new series. This fast-paced story kept me engaged. I found the characters to be intriguing and well developed. This book was definitely a page turner that kept me wondering what will happen next. As expected from the author, there is a cliffhanger. I am looking forward to the next installment of the series.
So far I’m totally blown away. It’s not what I expected. He usually writes rom-coms and his books are great. This one is a change and I’m giving it all the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I liked how you are introduced to all the players. I can’t wait for the next one. If you haven’t you need to check him out.
