Book review !!

♠️ Napoleon became Emperor before he was even 30 years old – controlling large regions of Europe as well as a massive army.

♠️ Napoleon had that unique ability to motivate his followers by building strong emotional connections and inspiring them towards his vision.

♠️Leadership lessons do not only rise from the present. Yes, we can learn a lot of what to do and what not to do from the likes of Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Andy Stanley, Warren Buffett, and Bono. But we are fools to forget the lessons from the past.

♠️ Lessons from leaders like Napoleon Bonaparte, the French leader who emerged in the 18th century and become one of the most powerful leaders in the world.

♠️ Language was beginner friendly and hence, easy to read. Grab your copies now to get some helpful lessons which are application based.

Thank you !!

𝑨𝑼𝑻𝑯𝑶𝑹: Niraja Bindi, Arghya Chakraborty
𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑴𝑨𝑻: 𝑷𝑨𝑷𝑬𝑹𝑩𝑨𝑪𝑲

𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌:
This book has scrutinized General Napoleon's business practices in the corporate world. Even in the 18th century, Napoleon has practised remarkable and effective techniques in his corporate business. How he utilised the impact of the French Revolution and colonialism in society to infuse his business developments. Moreover, he has practised techniques like transformative social forces, artillery, propaganda, effective communication, reforms in the fields of education. As a prolific reformer how he has introduced significant changes to the economic systems in his empire is remarkable. As a prominent leader, he has practised radical changes in his corporate economy. He has manipulated leadership quality effectively to gain adequate reach in the corporate world. He has ruled and guided his empire predominantly corporate leader rather than a ruler.
𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅:
In this book, the authors had introduced the corporate culture, methods, administration and technical skills, which are the effective keys for a corporate businessman. At the same time the different aspects of Napoleon's empire, like business tactics, his achievement and his mistakes. He has the solution of primary concern in the corporate system. These are fundamental to contemporary society. With the impact of political and modern development how could organize the business has been very apparently compiled in this book.
𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒕 𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒔:
Along with the social-political consequence, General Nepolean's business tactics are formulated in this book. We can't articulate the main aspects of this book this concept. But imposing the historical leaders' business methods without the social circumstances is impossible. So no chance to say this as negative.
𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒕:
This book is the epitome of corporate business. From the perspective of Napoleon's corporate world has a new form of success. All the techniques and consequences used by him are essential for contemporary society.
Overall, I recommend this book to all

//Moral force rather than numbers decides victory//

Through insights given on the life of Napoleon you will come across a lot of lessons, especially from the areas that are unknown to us till date. Not only is Napoleon relevant in his successes, he is equally significant in his failures too. The Corporate Napoleon is a unique attempt to bridge the gap between history and present. You will come to know about the background and historical circumstance that gave rise to such a personality. His rise to the position of one of the best- known rulers in Europe has few parallels in the history of the world and one that has been of infinite consequences to our current times. Napoleon is still historically known as a conqueror, first and foremost, with his military campaigns all over Europe receiving the most significant. Did you guys know that Napoleon was a prolific reformer who introduced significant changes to governance and economic system all over his empire? He redrew the boundaries of the lands that he conquered and created new administrative norms that very often reflected the enlightenment ethics.
With the insights given on Napoleon's life, authors tried to explain various significant skills that you need in the corporate world like leadership, market and business. I came to know about some new terms that I genuinely didn't knew before like cognitive bias and scientific temper. Also the Disruptive leaders seek to transform the nature of the market itself, either by implementing a radical new technology or innovative management principles. All the practices mentioned in the chapter is not only useful in industrial/ corporate sector but one can easily use it in others areas as well.

📚 We learn everyday, every minute, every second from the prenatal stage of our lives until the end of our life. And,many times learning happens while observing another's qualities and that's what we called observational learning. But moving this aside, let's talk about what the book will bring in front of you. Let me give here the tailor of it.

📚 As we all by now are aware of Napoleon who fought 70 battles and out of which only 8 he lost. His powers of concentration were enormous as was his memory for details and facts. This insatiable thirst and ability to absorb knowledge gave him the ability to work for long periods continually. With only 5'2″ he was a brilliant military strategist who was both admired and feared.

📚 This book will teach you about adaptation of someone's qualities i.e, Napoleon here.and apply them into corporate world majorly. But anybody who is good at analysation will be able to know how one can adapt these qualities and modify their own space.
Grab your copies now to get some dose of power, motivation, strength etc. Which we all need at times in our lives.

Thank you for reading this.

Book review

🛑 Napoleon was a very effective motivator. War time is definitely not a time for upbeat spirits, but with several speeches, he was able to revive the fighting spirit. Being a leader means having the willingness to get your hands dirty.

🛑 For Napoleon, no job was beneath him. He was kept aware of what goes on in the lower ranks even when he was already up there. Being hands-on is something that employees are bound to appreciate from their leader.

🛑 It tells a lot about the character of a leader when he attempts to work side by side with the people he leads. It is easier for both sides to connect and collaborate, and therefore finish the task at hand effectively and efficiently.

🛑 This compilation is all about about many examples of strong leaders who left their marks, for better or for worse. History provides lessons about the context of leadership and a leaders response to that context.

🛑 History teaches us strategy to attack Russia led to Napoleon’s downfall. Relevant , today, what not to do to pursue ego based ambition.

Thank You

Corporate Napoleon is a book which we definitely need to read atleast once. In today's world, everyone is seeking new ways and rules, strategies from different resources and persons. But no doubt, history can teach more than this.

How? Because in historical events, there were a lack of many things in order to conquer some cities or anything. And in those days how one can achieve many victories is something amazing in itself.

So in today's world where we have almost everything to do almost anything,we can definitely get help of historic leaders may be not exactly in the same way but we can modify them and then we can apply.

This book will teach you about bridging the gap we have created actually to adapt that thing that today we are evaluating but no. In past time, many years ago.

Many leaders have done it even in the more amazing, unique and creative way. This is it. Everyone need to read it once. Order your copies right away.

Napoleon was a French military and political leader. He won most of these wars and the vast majority of his battles, building a large empire that ruled over continental Europe.

One of the greatest commanders in history, his wars and campaigns are studied in military schools worldwide. Napoleon's political and cultural legacy has endured as one of the most celebrated and controversial leaders in world history.

Intelligent, ambitious and a skilled military leader, Napoleon successfully waged war against several European countries and also managed to expand his own empire.

Corporate Napoleon is all about the leadership style of Napoleon Bonaparte and his journey as a political leader and military leader in French revolution.

He was also a man who listened to others and had solutions to the problems. One of the greatest traits in Napoleon Bonaparte leadership style was his ability to lead people.

Napoleon refused to stick to what was the norm, even in the way he and his men fought. As long as he saw an advantageous position for his troops, he seized it.

He came up with tricks on battle formations that even bewildered his generals, but they turned out to be excellent moves.

As a leader, you have to always be on the lookout for other, newer, ways to perform a task. It’s not really a good idea to stick to only one method of dealing with one situation, especially in a competitive environment such as business, where there are competitors at every turn.

This is only one such example of what the book contains indisde. There are so many of them here. Which connects to the multiple purposes of being in a business. This is like being present in a past time and the next second into corporate world. This duality is what made this book very interesting. I liked how author comes up with such an idea. It was really enjoy full and interesting to read this one.

Corporate Napoleon is a book about Napolean Bonaparte,a great leader's life's rise and fall. He was the best leader during 18th century. He fought 70 battles and only 7 of them he lost. Also,he died at the age of 51. So in that context he just achieved great heights into leadership at a very early age of his life. How he did that? What made him the great leader? This book is great binder of all that qualities that he possessed and the things which we can get to learn in order to become the best and leading one in our own fields. We don't have to be in the specific business to become a leader but in our own work and field whatever we do. How we can become the leading one is what this book will guide you about. Hope you'll find the book useful as much as I did. Because this was interesting and new to read and learn in this way.

There are people who are said to have been “born leaders”. Meaning, they were born to naturally have leadership qualities, that they know how to command the respect of other people easily. But perceptions are changing, and leadership is now considered to be an attribute that can be learned. best teachers when it comes to leadership are those who have made a mark in history, and using their actions and legacy as points of instruction. His strategists of his time and, unorthodox though his methods were, no one could deny how brilliant of a leader he was. He was fearless in the battlefield, and had enough charisma to draw people in with his words. We can definitely learn and implement the lessons from Napolean's life. This book will expose all those aspects by which you can become an effective leader.

The first characteristic of Napoleon is that he was diligent to always be improving himself and acquiring knowledge that would help him in future tasks. In campaign after campaign he defeated larger armies with a smaller force, through methods like moving boldly and quickly, defeating them in detail, cutting off their lines of retreat, and doing what his enemies least expected. He was undoubtedly a brilliant general, and many have counted him as the best general in world history.History is useful for work. Its study helps create good businesspeople, professionals, and political leaders. Thus, this compilation is here to bridging a gap between historic leaders and present ones with the lessons. Beginner friendly narration done by the author and hence, anyone can read it. Make sure to make most out of it. Surely a helpful and recommendable book.

A well researched book and clearly drawing links between past and the present .
The historical background of French Monarchy and the life of commoners is well depicted .
The book draws similarities between great people and the kind of signature style they followed in their work .

Napoleon hardships and his inborn gifts for studies built the foundation for a strong Jacobian .

Challenges which Napoleon faced are comparable to ones that any CEO may face .

The economic discussion makes complete sense due to present economic crisis and depreciating rupee in international market .

The examples of Didi Chuxing and Uber are well narrated .

All in all its a complete package of old meets new .

Corporate Napoleon as the name suggests the book was about the Napolean's rise and fall.Napoleon was history's best leader. He managed to won every battle with his prominent skills. What a man of earlier century can teach us?How his life as a great leader can be relatable for today's Corporate world and business development?

The author through this book developed a very interesting and practical knowledge of business and management. The book was beginner friendly with its language. Chapters contained very limited and informative writing. Anyone can read it,it was not at all like a typical business book. It was totally worthy for me to read. Hopefully for you all also this book proves the same.
