Ohhh I've been meaning to reread this and start the main series & the prequel and now I finally got the chance to, ALMOST A YEAR LATER, but hey, as long as I can continue it's all good.
Original review:
This was a fun novella. It moves super fast, but the romance somehow doesn't feel rushed? It feels like a natural progression, even though they bang the very first time they see each other but hey, we don't judge.
Now the only thing I'm not sure about, is whether to continue with this series straight away, or to read the prequel series too where Stella appeared originally. I don't know if she's the main character there though, or just a side one? I'll figure it out.

December 10, 2022I don't typically read.5 books but when I started Wicked Knight it was clear I was missing information and came back to read this book first. I can't say I liked this Prologue all that much though. For one, I just personally don't see why it was a separate book that made Book 1 start in a way that felt like it opened in the middle of the story. That's just me being bitchy though.
More than that, these few chapters didn't intrigue me all that much. And the overuse of nicknames by the Hero got a little annoying. In just 2 or 3 short chapters he called Stella "Hellion" more than ten times, and that was only after calling her "Sweetheart" a few times. It felt repetitive to me.
I may come back to this series one day but for now I think I'm going to pass on reading it.

What a start!!!!!....
This is a prequel to the new Ridge Empire Series and it had me hooked from the get-go!!
We have Stella who has been moved cross country yet again by her dad and she is fed up to stay the least because not only has she been moved to a new town but she's been told she must stay inside?!
It gets too much and escapes for a breather, where she comes across Seb, he's quiet, broody, dangerous and although they're both wary of the other, they click! So much so, they 'get-it-on' (yes it's super fast) oh, and it's in a grave yard 😘.
Anyway, afterwards, he asks her name and when he gets it, he's fuming, straight-up enraged....
"I shake me head, unable to even recall my own name right now as I stare into her traitorous eyes. I'm your worse ******* nightmare, Hellion"!!!

If this is just the beginning, I can't even imagine what is in store for this series!!
One steamy night in the cemetery brings Sebastian & Stella some much needed pleasure but after all is said and done Sebastian seems to know who Stella is, but she has no idea who he is. That is until on her first day at a new school she comes face to face with him and realizes all too quickly that the hot guy from the cemetery is more dangerous than she could have ever realized.
The narration was wonderful, I mean Stella Hunter is always on point but James Joseph WOW!! I've never heard his narration before and let me tell you I am intrigued. I do hope that he is going to be narrating book one in the Knights Ridge series because everything about his voice was delicious.
Wicked Summer Knight was a lovely little morsel of what we have to look forward to with this new series coming from Tracy Lorraine and I am already invested in what is in store for Stella & Sebastian!!

I rarely give 5 stars to a novella because it’s hard to satisfy with fewer pages, but this prequel was just SO HOT!! Tracy Lorraine held nothing back, so neither will I.
A lonely rich girl is displaced once again by her globe trotting father. She’s obeyed his directive to stay hidden in their tony new London home for the past two months, but she is going nuts with cabin fever. Stella evades her security and staff to wander off premises and, as fate would have it, lands herself a dangerous, anonymous sexy stranger who likewise looks like he’s in need of a friend. Call it destiny. Call it chemistry. But my, do they light up each other’s night! At the end of it all, it turns out they were not meant to be so anonymous after all.
So seductively well written. This one is going to lead to whole heap of Tracy Lorraine books added to my TBR.

Questo volumetto di presentazione della storia è di circa 50 pagine. La metà sono tutte scende di sesso, un pò esagerato. L'altra metà invece presenta i due protagonisti Stella e Sebastian.
Lei all'inizio sembra una normale ragazza adolescente che sgattaiola fuori di casa, contravvenendo agli ordini di suo padre, e invece...
Quando incontra Sebastian piano piano esce la sua vera indole, è appena accennata ma devo dire che incuriosisce. Così come Sebastian, il suo odio, la sua voglia di vendetta è palpabile, e si sfoga su Stella.
I due ragazzi non si conoscono, ma si incontreranno a scuola e... finisce sul più bello.
Devo dire che mi ha inscuriosito parecchio. Se da un lato dovrebbe essere la solita storia di amore tra due componenti di clan rivali, dall'altro sembra ci sia qualcosa di più. Stella non è la solita innocentina, e questo devo dire mi intriga. Sebastian ha quel fascino di cattivo tormentato, che mi attrae.
Messo quindi in wl il vol. 1 e 2 (a breve uscirà anche il vol 3) che prenderò sicuramente, ovviamente aspettando offerte, perchè sennò il mio portafoglio piange, e perchè voglio proprio vedere come andrà a finire.

I met Stella in the Rosewood High series. She was such a badass there, including her father. I was hoping for her to get her own book and here she is! Still a badass, so very likeable and unique. And Sebastian; a hot, mysterious guy! Their first moment together blew me away. I can't wait to see what'll follow.

The main characters in this fast paced short Prequel are Stella and Sebastian. This novella does not provide much backstory as it wants to keep the surprises and characters in Novel 1, I presume.
It was short, sweet, and spicy to the point 🥵

gahh this was such an amazing taster for this series and I am so excited for everything to come. It was fast paced, steamy as hell and had me wanting to know all of the things.
I think I am really going to like Stella. She seams like my favourite kind of heroine... badass, reckless and knows what she wants. Sebastian is all kinds of dark and intriguing and I can't wait to find out more.

Holy wow!! This prequel to Tracy Lorraine’s Knight’s Ridge Empire series of straight fire. This is a hot, knock you off your feel, steal your breathe kind of read. I have a mad obsession with Stella and Seb. This short book packs a punch and has me looking forward to more!! Pure hotness in one quick read!
