Let me start by saying that five stars is not enough of a rating for this book This book is my favorite in the LCW Series
Devon Stark and Jamie Lee
are perfect together. I loved the way the story was told I couldn't stop reading sad when I finished the book. But will definitely be rereading again.

Forbidden Destiny, Lee County Wolves book 6 by Teresa Gabelman
I received this book from the author for an honest review.
Gosh it seems like forever since we read Leda and Taz. I forgot how much I loved this town of shifters and friends to the VC Warriors.
Jamie survived a LOT with Leda’s old pack. She has many scars for her abuse under the hands of Minor. But she is strong and thriving as well as she can in the town given her unmated and pregnant status.
Devon is a player. I mean he owns his past. He ignores rumors and lives life. When he saw Jamie, he knew she was different, but he wasn’t ready to admit it until this book. When he went to deal with Malcom is when he realized his true intent for Jamie. Malcom is going to be a good book and I am excited for who I think his mate will be.
The couple have a slow burn relationship. He is treading lightly given the abuse she has gone through with a controlling and abusive shifter. He wants her to know she can trust him and lean on him for everything.
When they both open their eyes, they are wondering can it all be that simple to move on together when her past comes back to claim their right with the “old ways”. ANYONE who knows this pack should know how they feel about old ways…lol
I loved the story and how it moves the town farther and farther along. I can’t wait for Malcom. He needs some forgiveness even though no one blames him for what happened to Jamie in the past except himself.

I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.
It has been so long since I have seen the Lee County Wolves and I so needed this.
Devon is a ladies’ man can get any girl but never keeps them. That is until Jamie Lee catches his eye for the first time. Jamie Lee is with Leda’s old pack. Jamie did what she could to help her pack no matter what the price was. Minors abuse to her caused deep scars. Is Devon able to show Jamie how she deserves to be treated and protect her. Will Jamie Lee see that not everything you hear about someone is the truth and learn to trust Devon.
The things Devon does for not only Jamie Lee but her brother, Malcolm, is heartwarming. This is not an insta-love book but more of a slow burn. Devon was amazing when trouble comes knocking on Jamie Lee’s door but Jamie is never the one to sit back and watch. When she decides to take things into her own hands Devon about flips.
I loved getting back to this pack and town. The town keeps growing and progressing. It was great to see all the pack and learn more about some of the new pack members. I have to say I’m excited to learn more about Malcolm and meet his mate.

Excellent Five + Star Book

This has got to be the best of the Lee County Wolves yet!!! I have to admit I wasn't a big fan of Devon Stark when he was introduced to the pack; but in true Teresa Gabelman style, she made me Team Devon all the way!! I fell in love with Devon and Jamie's story. Honestly if Alpha Dell ever wanted to step down...Devon would be the perfect replacement. I love how Teresa's characters come to life on the pages on her books, so much that you can't put it down. From the first page to the last she sucks you in to the story and leaves you wanting more. This is definitely a must read book and a must read series!! Most definitely a five + star read.

5 STARS WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH

I’m going to start my review by saying THIS IS MY FAVOURITE BOOK OF THE LEE COUNTY WOLVES SERIES and I said that with the previous book. I didn’t think it could be topped. Boy was I wrong.
Devon is a player always has been but all that changes when he meets Jamie. She is his mate. Devon will do everything in his power to protect her.
Jamie is very pregnant and unmated. Her previous partner was a bully and Jamie often found herself at the end of his fist. No more. He is dead and she is trying to build a life for her unborn child.
The past comes hunting for her though.
Will Devon be able to protect her?
I couldn’t put this book down. Amazing doesn’t do it justice.

Devon finds his mate in Jamie🐺

Devon has always moved around but finally feels at home with the Lee County Wolves❣️When the Pack rescues some other shifters from another Pack, they inherit Jamie and her brother, Malcolm.

Jamie is unmated and pregnant and not many Packs would allow that, but Lee County Wolves do. Jamie is due with her child soon but is dealing with no job, no clothes, a small one bedroom shack and a drunk brother and more😳

A quick and easy read especially after so long between book 5 and 6, so even though I remembered a few of the characters the gist of the story was easy to pick up and follow again🤩 I hope we get more in the Lee County Wolves…perhaps a book for Malcolm, wink wink😉

Very, very good

I totally loved this book. Devon and Jamie are perfect for each other. Facebook had me laughing, had me happy, had me sad and had me crying. Teresa has a way of making you feel everything the characters feel. You just couldn't help but love Jamie. There were a couple surprises that really had me going, but I will not give anything away.
If you haven't read this series you, once you start reading it you will love it. I do have my hopes up that the next book gives Malcolm and Deb a story.

Another amazing book by Teresa. I love all the characters from the Lee County Wolves series. Devon is this sexy protective alpha male who will protect his mate with his life if need be. Jamie is this abused tough as nails pregnant, but with a sense of humor wolf. Danger of course enters the picture, but the wolves handle it like they always do.. just have to say, you need to grab this book if you love Teresa..

Everything gold

It doesn't matter if Teresa gableman writes about Lee County wolves, mates, vc warriors every book is amazing. Every character you fall in love with and ride out the story cheering them on, crying with them, or getting mad over them! This may be one of my favorites she wrote ( due toMFC name jamie) I highly recommend Lee County wolves series and all of her other books. Guaranteed you will find your new book boyfriend and a badass female!

Jamie was rescued by the Lee County Wolves from an abusive pack where she had been protecting those who needed it. She is a heroine but an unmated pregnant wolf, courtesy of her abusive ex. Devon knew right away she was his mate. She is confused by all of the emotions and her brother's issues to recognize his feelings for a while. He is so kind and protective of her, it warms the heart. Their story is one of hope and love.

Devon and Jamie

It’s been a while since we were with the wolves. The story does a good job catching the reader up on drama from the last book so I wasn’t lost. My biggest gripe was the progression of Devon and Jamie’s romantic relationship. One day they admit they are basically strangers and know little about each other and the literal next day they are each too important to be saddled with the other’s drama. Otherwise it was a chutes and quick read.

Definitely worth the wait!

I was so excited when notice of this came out on Facebook about it being released and I pre-ordered it as I always do Teresa's books.
It was wonderful as always to reconnect with old friends from Lee county and to have a happy ending. I love how close everyone is and how they watch out for each other and help each other no matter what. Thanks for writing another wonderful book Teresa I hope this is not the end of the series.

Devon tried to compare his past with hers...

Ok, I'm sorry, but being a manwh*** is very different than being forced to be with someone. He states that he slept around because he knew he would meet his mate and did not want to get attached. However, he was still angry that people talked about how much of a womanizer he was. Oh, and of course, she had to hear all about it too. I don't think he was really waiting or thinking about a mate.

Good read as always

Teresa has done it once again! I love the characters and how they blend seamlessly with the Warrior series. Keep it up and I beg you Teresa... never take your books away from Kindle Unlimited... avid reader here.. can't afford to indulge my reading addiction otherwise.

Another great addition to the series. Jamie is living with the Lee County Wolves after being rescued from Minor. She is just weeks away from giving birth and still hasn't settled.

Devon has been free and easy. Then he saw Jamie and no other woman could catch his eye. Devon will do anything to keep her safe as he tries to prove she is deserving of a good life. When he discovers she is in danger he will do anything, including killing, to keep her safe.

When Devon Stark helped his new pack and the VC warriors defeat Minor/Kingsman pack, one glance at pregnant, abused Jamie Lee and Devon knew he’d met his mate. Settling into life at Lee County is hard for Jamie but she’s doing it as her pregnancy advances. But everything isn’t smooth yet as Minor’s brother comes to claim Jamie and the baby for himself. Too bad because Devon’s already done that.

Stark Destiny

When you come from a shattered past, it's difficult to see how to see a future. Like looking through a broken mirror. The pieces are all there but the image is distorted. When your life has been viewed by alcohol or abuse you see things that way. That's how these characters saw the world. Now they have to find a way to see not only themselves, each other and the world as clear and without distortion.

Another Awesome Read

Devon and Jamie so belong together and the pack coming together to protect them was awesome. To bad there wasn't more of this in real life we sure could use it. Well Teresa did it again. I am a huge fan of the Protecter series, and have been a fan of the Lee County Wolves. I agree with another review that I was not a fan of Devon from the previous book but this book made me a fan of his. This book does not disappoint it has some humor and some shifter action. You will not be disappointed.

I like these books, however, the reason I gave three stars is simply because of the shortness of the story. It felt over before it really began. Maybe I was harsh and should give it four stars. It just felt too short.

I’m still waiting for the Wish series, that has still not appeared.

Nevertheless, I am a fan of theses stories.

Brilliant

Forbidden Destiny (Lee County Wolves Book 6) by Teresa Gabelman. Jamie Lee was abused by the man she was living with and had no hope of getting away until her abuser was killed. Devon Stark was a loner going from pack to pack until he got to Lee County Wolves. Teresa and Devon are mates but it takes a while to realise.

This story had me booked from start to finish, I love the Lee county wolves , Devon and Jamie deserved their happy ever after , the story of how they got there had me crying and I felt how strong of a woman Jamie was after all she had been through with the other pack , I can't wait for Malcolms story it's gonna be amazing .

Awesome

I love this book and the whole series. The book is a fast read with interesting characters and tons of heart. There is a nice amount of drama and some passion with a sweet HEA. This series is a must read for any shifter romance lover.

Great series, nice catch up with taz and leda as well as the kindness of jamie and the love story for her and devon. The laughter between the pack as well as the ongoing story makes this a great read.

The characters are well developed and it was intriguing to figure out where the story was going to go. Teresa usually has really hot heroes and this one was no exception.
