This book is written with the table tennis player in mind, but Finn does a fantastic job of structuring his research and content to apply to the average person as well. I am by no means an athlete, but will certainly use what I learned from this book to work to improve upon my diet, sleep, as well as mental well-being. I would highly recommend this book to any table tennis player, athlete, or those just looking to make personal improvements along one of the seven domains Finn writes about in his book.

Finn also runs a YouTube channel of the same name, Peak Performance Table Tennis, in which he explores the topics of this books and gives examples for his readers/subscribers to use. I actually watched one of the meditation videos before writing this review and found it very helpful. The channel is a great visual supplement to the content of the book!
