The themes of hope, atonement, and inner peace are explored in this moving, thought-provoking short story. The writing is straightforward but effective, and the reader is drawn in by the story's clarity and intrigue. Despite having only 80 pages, the tempo is perfect.
This is such a touching and short story about a post apocalyptic Earth after the moon is destroyed. Mitsumi is a young scientist who tries following in his father's footsteps to find a way to bring light. In doing so, he becomes the caretaker for Luna, a Luminescence child.
Although he doesn't seem happy about this developement, they become close and he starts debating on his role and hating how he has handled this thus far. When the experiments start to become more intense he worries for Luna and struggles with his guilt from past decisions.
Honestly these two were so sweet and the ending was satisfying for such a short read. The art was adorbs and it all just flowed smoothly. Do I wish there was more? Certainly, but I am happy with this ending too.
2.5 la médiocrité. Y avais un concept mais cliché. Mistumi a un développement mais one shot donc en 3 pages. Luna tape sur le système. Ah et pour moi la fin Luna hallucine hein Mitsumi est mort
