In-depth yet simple overview of our “Inner Child”

Sensible advise was given as to “WHY” and “HOW” all of our past experiences as children and adolescents remain with us forever. That is why any childhood would will continue to fester and resurface if we do not find ways of letting those past wounds heal through compassion, care, understanding, forgiveness and love for the self…..for the sake of saving our shadow self so it does not have to stay in the dark but can live without blame, anger, guilt or anxiety.

I definitely learned some things about myself by reading this book. Things I can see may have caused issues in my relationships in the past. I know now what I need to do, in order for my inner child to heal. To my little self: I see you, and I hear you. Everything will be okay from here on out. I got you.
