My husband is the best-looking man I’ve ever laid eyes on and that pisses me the hell off.
The worst thing about it is that he doesn’t even have the look I’m usually attracted to, and yet I find it hard to drag my attention from him.
He wears his dark hair in a man bun.
I fucking hate man buns.
Just cut your damn hair, for God’s sake.
Almost half his face is covered by a beard I’d rather not let anywhere near my skin.
Don’t men know this is why razors exist?
And don’t even get me started on the ink ruining that tanned skin of his.
Jameson’s tattoos run the length of his left arm, down to his hand.
I have no idea what they’re of.
I haven’t bothered to take a good look. Possibly because I can’t remove my damn eyes from the rest of him.
The list of what I do like is far longer than what I don’t.
Arm and leg muscles that annihilate my ability to think straight.
Hands that distract me at every turn.

If Ashton Scott has ahole Mondays, then heck yeah, let's just give Jameson Fox the rest of the week!! OMGoodness, Nina Levine has outdone herself with this latest in the Escape With An Alpha Series. She has crafted a story that is freaking fabulous from start to finish featuring a man who has captured my heart like nobody's business. I couldn't put this baby down and loved every second of Jameson's grumpy nature as he tries his hardest to resist the woman he is now married to, yet fails miserably even when it's supposed to be all business.
Oh, what a pair. Jameson and Adeline have clearly met their match in each other and what follows is nonstop witty banter that had me truly laughing out loud. Each is as stubborn as they are driven, successful business people who simply don't have time for love and attachments of any kind. But theirs is a chemistry that is fiery and irresistible as they find themselves more attracted to each other than they ever bargained for. And well, what follows are moments of raw and intense passion that both try and avoid but simply can't. Even despite their one-year marriage contract.
Sure, their marriage of convenience should have been an easy kind of 'experience' but with both Adeline and Jameson extremely busy with putting out fires and simply trying to keep their respective businesses thriving, it's a true whirlwind 24/7 that had me amazed at how they handled it all. Not to mention handling each other as Jameson begins to soften a bit around the edges as he only wants the best for his wife even if they won't be together forever.
I really loved Adeline and Jameson, both together and apart. They drive one another crazy and are thankful they have the ear of Natalie and Hudson to keep them sane. Their trysts are fast-paced and erotic and turn both of their worlds upside down and backward and it was great fun seeing both of them flustered underneath that well-practiced professional facade.
A ton is at play besides their hope that the world and business partner Bill, in particular, will believe their ruse. But it's the real feelings that slowly emerge, throwing caution to the wind and finally taking what they never thought possible with each other that makes this book that much more addictive. You can't help but root for these two to truly open their eyes to what is in front of them and realize what they have is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of connection.
Jameson is quite the man and to say that Adeline is the only woman who can soothe his surly ways is the understatement of the year. I loved watching them each be a bit more vulnerable with each other, sharing secrets and long-held fears in the dark of their shared bedroom knowing they'd each get the support and response they craved.
Their bumpy road to satisfaction and happiness is never an easy one but boy was it a fun one for me. I simply enjoyed every word and could honestly have read another 100 pages of this crazy-good love story. And in the end, it is a love story that is full of frustration, mumbled threats, and a romance that is as unconventional as you can get. But I wouldn't change a thing and something tells me neither would Jameson and Adeline.

This was cute but I felt like the transition from “enemies to lovers” was non existent. It just happened but it felt abrupt, which I didn’t love. I also wish more of the backstory had been explored. This book was based off of a contract marriage but it started after they were already married and disliked each other. I did enjoy it overall though!

When Adeline agrees to pretend marriage with Jameson Fox she knows it is going to be a very very long year. From the minute they say I DO, Jameson is trying to get her in his bed, tell her what to do and maintain his status of JERK with a capital J. However as they spend time together one thing leads to another but can the boundaries maintain the same and what happens when the heart becomes involved?
I enjoyed the banter in this one. At times they seemed to argue just to ruffle each others feathers. For everything that Jameson throws her way, Adeline pushes back. Great chemistry and an entertaining story.

Adeline doesn't want to marry the man who took her company from her. The infuriatingly gorgeous, alphahole Jameson Fox. But if she goes through with his proposed plan, she'll get her company back. He'll get what he wants, and so will she. It won't be a problem because she couldn't hate the man any more than she already does, so there won't be any pesky feelings coming around and messing up this marriage of convenience. Right?
Wrong. Because though this feisty, sassy and independent woman has walls of steel as her defenses, Jameson is somehow managing to sneak past them as he shows her his soft side. Is it possible he's developing feelings for his wife of convenience? Can these two who are so against love and commitment, find love with each other?
Oh boy but Jameson is almost as much of an alphahole as the original, his friend Ashton Scott! The fire between this dominating, bossy man and his Adeline, who is more than his equal and doesn't put up with his shit, is so hot that my Kindle practically melted. I loved their enemies vibe, all the witty snark, and the crazy tension between them. They were delicious and fun, and I loved how they gradually figured out what was really happening between them. Now I'm seriously excited for the next of these alpha's story, Owen North. It can't release soon enough for me!

I am sure that, yet again, I will be the odd one out by not liking this book.
And truly out of all the books in this series, I was looking forward to reading this one.
In book 3, the sparks were flying when these 2 were in the same room and I had high expectations.
Well, I remained with the expectation. Cause all I got was a misogynistic selfish hero and a weak heroine that everyone walked all over, including her husband.
Lack of communication and dialogue, zero chemistry and heat between the characters, overly long and honestly boring af.
I am sure that, yet again, I will be the odd one out by not liking this book.
And truly out of all the books in this series, I was looking forward to reading this one.

Fun reading banget, gw suka kedua karakter leadnya.. alpha vs alpha ahahahah.. kalau udah ribut kaya perang dunia, tema yg simpel dan gw suka si tema beginian.. trs banyak ngobrol dan wow ternyata orang yg selama ini gw pikir jahat ternyata enggak, malah bisa ngertiin banget huhuhu... too good to be true emang si Jameson Fox kwkwkwkw
Dan yup, orang yg paling bisa menyakiti kita adalah keluarga, karena ekspektasi tinggi.. mereka tu harusnya adalah support sistem, orang2 yg menyayangi kita apa adanya.. tapi ternyata enggak, kata2nya bisa bikin sakit hati sekali huhuhuhu.. heroine nya keliatan tegar banget, ex super model, sosialita yg membangun bisnisnya sendiri, padahal punya masa lalu yg kelam. Heronya jg sih, punya masa kecil yg gak banget.. tapi gak angst kok... tau2 kelar aja bacanya XD

Oh my! I used to think I loved Nina Levine's alpha bikers most of all, but I'm not quite sure about that after her last couple of books! There is nothing she writes better than alpha a-holes!!! And Jameson Fox is one of her best!!! I started this book really not liking this guy! But it wasn't too long until I began to see he wasn't quite what Adeline had built him up to be in her mind.
And speaking of Adeline, I freaking adored her! Strong, determined, and full of fire! Such a strong character, but with vulnerabilities.
I absolutely loved reading this book, getting to know and understand these characters. Such an adventure!!!

2 stubborn main characters!
Adeline and Jameson were a great match but they were both as stubborn as each other, The bickering went back and forth for too long. There was plenty of humour along the way but they argued over everything!

JAMESON FOX is a story that had me laughing, ready to throw my kindle across the room in frustration, and even shedding a couple of tears over the suffering both Jameson and Adeline had endured, and were still enduring, at the hands of others. So, my advice ... get comfy, grab a wine (or two), and delve into the deliciousness that is Jameson Fox.

Everything he does is for a purpose ... his!! Even his so-called marriage to Adeline Spence is done so that he can inherit a company he helped expand. But there was something about Jameson, something that had me wondering ... Am I seeing the real Jameson Fox, or is he hiding another side of himself beneath his brash exterior? Initially I couldn't stand him, but as his story progressed he began to show little sneak peeks into the man who he kept hidden from outsiders, the man only his family get to see.

Adeline Spencer-Fox: sexy, sassy, argumentative, opinionated, successful, hardworking, fun-loving, strong willed, non-sufferer of fools, independent ... she's the woman I aspire to be. She has an exuberance for everything, everything but her family. For years they have betrayed, used, and walked all over her, making her feel guilty for her success. She is possibly the strongest female character Nina has written, and I say this because there is nothing she's afraid to fight for, she speaks her mind, but most of all - she knows her true worth and is not afraid to voice it.

Combative is the only way to describe the relationship between Jameson and Adeline. Every matter, idea, subject, becomes an argument between them. However, beneath the surface war they wage with each other, is an attraction, a chemistry, that sparks and flares, but neither are willing to admit it. This is a marriage of convenience, a contract, emotions aren't meant to come into play. Slowly that chemistry becomes irresistible, and sure enough the contract terms are expanded. Jameson and Adeline begin to see and learn more about each other and find that they are drawn together in ways they never expected. A passion, so intense they cannot ignore it, builds and explodes, causing everything to change. Even though they still continue to push each other's limits, it is the friendship that develops that has them beginning to want more than what they have. They start to take risks with their hearts, realising that the connection they have could be what they've secretly been searching for. Nothing is ever easy though, neither sharing their new feelings, emotions, they are experiencing, and a spontaneous decision may change everything.

I loved Ashton Scott, adored Jack Kingsley, fell for Beckett Pearce, however Jameson Fox just took my emotions to a new level, and not for the reasons you may think. Yes, by the end of the book Jameson had won me over, however it was Adeline who had my heart. This feisty woman who had endured so much, yet had continually retained her integrity, grace, and style. She was even able to garner the respect of Jameson for her business acumen. Nina has excelled yet again with her amazing words, mesmerising characters, involved storylines, and the connection she builds between her readers and her story.
Next up is Owen North, and I can't wait to see what goodies Nina is going to give us with him.

Combative is the only way to describe the relationship between Jameson and Adeline. Every matter, idea, subject, becomes an argument between them. This is a marriage of convenience, a contract, emotions aren't meant to come into play. Slowly that chemistry becomes irresistible, and sure enough the contract terms are expanded. Jameson and Adeline begin to see and learn more about each other and find that they are drawn together in ways they never expected. A passion, so intense they cannot ignore it, builds and explodes, causing everything to change. I loved Ashton Scott, adored Jack Kingsley, fell for Beckett Pearce, however Jameson Fox just took my emotions to a new level, and not for the reasons you may think. Yes, by the end of the book Jameson had won me over, however it was Adeline who had my heart. This feisty woman who had endured so much, yet had continually retained her integrity, grace, and style. She was even able to garner the respect of Jameson for her business acumen. Nina has excelled yet again with her amazing words, mesmerising characters, involved storylines, and the connection she builds between her readers and her story.
Next up is Owen North, and I can't wait to see what goodies Nina is going to give us with him.

Well.... Shuck a Duck... ummmmm... I'm... Gob smacked? I don't know... At this point i'm usually raving and swooning over "Mr too bossy but i'm here for it suit wearing hawty" but this time its the author i'm all in for, i'm gonna go all gushfest over. I mean i'm also all here for the MC's but damn... writing genius!!!
I started this book waiting for Alphahole Jameson and i got him but the first 1/4 of the book i found him cold? I guess? Only into his work. No room for any kind of affection. Just... i don't know nothing? But i kept going loving Adeline. Shes so savvy and intelligent but you feel she has room for life and love too, not just work. So on i continued...Enjoy the plot... Ms Levine has never let me down before... continue on to about 3/4.. just start to warm a little more towards him... right near the end...and well i bloody love Adeline, i knew that... but still reserved about Jameson... then it's the end... i stop and think... then think some more... then... the sneeky so and so!!!! Mouth dropped wide... how the? What? Ummmm i fell for him? What? I start to laugh because, yes, i did!! I'm still laughing now because how did that happen? So i thought about it some more and it's absolutely brilliant!! There are so many tiny little things Jameson does and says along the way my conscious missed em but my sub-conscious did not! I'd took it all in without noticing until the very end when he verbalised it! Wow!! Never happened before but mind blown!

Well now i do... its the little things he snuck in that showed he cared. The security for her, the keeping an eye on her business, the opening doors, the making sure she ate. He didn't have to verbalise it, it was actions. It was "read between the lines that i care" statements. Words didn't come easy but actions most certainly did! Goodness!! I honestly don't think he knew at the start what he was doing but he did them anyway! Swoooon!!!
To be honest i think Adeline was in the same boat as me. She didn't understand him but she picked up things too even though she really didn't want to. Even though she wanted to hate him there was no way to do it. He snuck in and behind her back took care of her, supported her, loved her. All the while he threw her off the scent with a few words and smashed her walls down. (Also had her against a few lol phewwwww) Wowzers-panty-combustion-swoonathon ensuing *loading* BOOM-Gotcha!! I'm all in! Blown the fluff away! Brilliant!
The plot flowed and gripped me even though i didn't like him very much. The build and connection hit me at the last words. LOVED IT!
Seriously to pull off this kind of writing is just next level. I'm loving this series. Each book and the characters in them are so very different and i'm loving every minute of it. I'm juggling which ones are my favorites and it changes everytime i think about them.
Bring on Mr North! I'm multi talented i want to juggle another favorite!

Jameson needed to get married for him to inherit a company he wants and has worked for since he was a teenager… and Adeline agreed to this marriage so she could get a company back that Jameson “took” from her a few years ago.
Jameson is a great businessman, but apparently doesn’t know much about relationships and women, but boy does he have his hands full when he goes into this agreement with Adeline.
There are some great arguments between the two of them, and they need to try and keep up the appearance of a “happy marriage” for the entire year so his friend Bill will hand over his business.
The only problem is… they break down and have sex, and that muddy’s everything up.
Will the marriage go well for a year? Will they get the business’ that they both went into this agreement for? You have to read it to find out…. Just let me tell you… YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

This enemies to lovers romance has you captivated right from the start. Jameson and Adeline have a fake relationship based on what they both can gain business wise from this arrangement. However what neither of them counts on is the change that happens when the line between hate and love start to blur. The chemistry between these two is electric and the tensions that this brings to the surface will almost steal your breath. The witty banter and jabs at each other is entertaining and the passion that radiates between these two makes for one hot read. A great storyline that holds you trapped within their world right to the very end.

I love how Adeline is truly independant and can hold her own against Jameson, I love how she gets under his skin and goes to war with him every chance she can. Marrying Jameson was just to get her company back, can they find another way to get what they both want?
Once again Nina Levine brings it, she brought magic to another billionaire couple and shared it with us. If I could give more than five stars I would, I highly recommend this book and the ones that came before and the ones that come after.

Wow!! What an amazing book. Jameson and Adeline had me laughing so much throughout this book.
These two get fake married so they both could get different companies out of it but they need to stay married for a year. When these two start off as a married couple they both think they will be able to keep this strictly business. Their banter with one another is hilarious. Adeline definitely keeps Jameson on his toes. But I do not think they thought they would end up falling for one another.
If you enjoyed Nina’s other books from this series or her other books then I think you would enjoy this one as well.

Another 5 Star Read
Nina Levine never disappoints. She can write on toilet paper and I would read it. I absolutely loved and found it hilarious the banter between Jameson and Adeline. Their chemistry is of the charters. Their relationship is one that captures and makes you stay up until to 2.30 am because you are addicted to the story. I loved the side characters just a much. I can't wait for the book.

This is a enemies to lovers / fake marriage and I loved it. They truly fucking hate each other and slowly their relationship changes into a real marriage. He’s bossy without being sexist and misogynistic, she’s also bossy without being stupid. I liked that she doesn’t need his money or protection and they are equals in this relationship. What a great find this book is, I’m definitely reading more of this author.

Adeline knew going into this arrangement it was the best way to get back her company back from Jameson. The company he has now owned for the last 5 years.
This fake marriage was to give them both what they craved. Or so they believed.
Jameson was gaining in this arranged marriage and Adeline would gain her company back in return.
It just needs to last 12 months and convince everyone that their marriage is solid.
What they didn't relise is what they thought they craved the most, wasn't what they thought.
I absolutely loved reading more about these characters and want more.

I was waiting on this book with bated breath to find out why the fake marriage took place and it did not disappoint.
Jameson Fox is stubborn and demanding I could go on for ages about this broody alpha. Adeline is my spirit animal I loved her argumentative personality she doesn't suffer fools gladly I don't think there is a fight she will ever back down from. The banter was fun foreplay I loved when she pushed him and cheered every win she got. At times I wasn't sure they would survive each other never mind the 12 months they agreed on. I liked way the relationship progressed it felt like the reader is along for the ride learning more about them as they got to know each other. I have enjoyed the books in this series but this is my favourite so far.

I had to really work to get part the first third of this book. I did NOT like this bosshole! But as A started opening up to J and they started communicating, and falling in love.... Oh yeah. Fun slow burn. Very happy with the conclusion.
