The writing was just not good in this one so I just could not get into the story. So much telling and not showing and that made it so I just could not care about the relationship.
The plot was fine but also really impacted by the quality of the writing. I never felt the suspense or emotion I was supposed to feel because of the poor writing. This really did feel like a draft that needed quite a bit more editing. The kindle formatting was also really weird.
Also, there was no reason for this to be set in Memphis. This read like a tiny southern town, not a mid sized city like Memphis. It should have just been set in a made up town because the setting of Memphis is completely absent from the actual story.
I guess some people can overlook the writing and enjoy the plot but this just did not work for me. I won’t be continuing even though this did end of a cliffhanger. The only reason I finished this was because it was so short but I see no reason to try to continue when I’m just not enjoying the writing.

What can I say about Bre Rose Debut Novel Finding Memphis?
It has been a while since I have read a MC Romance and what a book to read to rekindle my love of them. To add to the mix we have a reverse harem as well. This book has it all!
Ashlynn had never been lucky in life or love. Her mother raised her alone but then died when she was only eight years old in a car crash. Never knowing who her father is and having no family around her she is passed from foster family to foster family, every time being treated terribly until she finally hits eighteen and finds the only person who ever cared for her. the one person to rescue her from the streets, gives her a roof over her head and helps her to get a job.
Her love life isn't much better. Every time she finds someone she seems to like, they break things off with her in a hurry. always saying the same thing, that they have been warned off, but by who? What she doesn't realise is there is someone behind it, someone who has decided they are his and his alone. The one person that has been lurking in the shadows all of her life. When this person finally makes themselves known to her in the form of a present, Ashlynn decides there is only one thing she can do to save both herself and those she cares about and that is run.
Heading to the one place she thinks she may find safety, she finds herself in Memphis and meets four of the most gorgeous guys in the local MC gang. Kaleb, Colin, Mack and Ryker. Each one has a past, most very much like her own, but they have come through it and out the other side all thanks to the President of the club, Earl. These guys help her to start and turn her life around and make her realise exactly what has been missing her entire life. And believe me when I tell you, it is Hot Hot Hot!
But when her stalker finds her where she thinks she is safe, with the help of someone in the guys club, can she stay safe or will her world fall apart around her yet again? And what is the real reason behind Ryker's attitude?
I absolutely loved this book and the relationship between her and the guys was amazingly hot. We are left with a cliffhanger at the end of the book that will definitely have you wanting more. An epic debut novel and Bre Rose has written it perfectly, making you believe she has been doing this for years. I cannot wait to read the next instalment Saving Memphis in 2022. So pleased I found Bre and this fantastic book.

Omg this book is fire! Its a rollercoaster ride of unknowns and what ifs. It takes you to the edge of your seat and pull at your heart until you can't take no more. Ash and her guys are on one amazing wild ride and you better buckle up for the journey.
Ashlynn has lived a hard life of abuse and neglect after losing her mom and never knowing her dad she ends up bouncing between foster care until aging out. She gets one year of reprieve with a friend from the past where she thinks life can be great. After the year a stalker comes into her life threatening more then just her blissful living. When secrets from the past come out she decides to run to a place that was close to her mothers heart and hopefully to the father she never knew.
Enter the MC and the four guys who will try to win her heart or break it even more.
Colin the shy, quiet reserved boy with just a messy of a past as hers who makes his claim first.
Kaleb the next in line Prez, all around cocky bad boy who loves just as hard and will fight harder.
Mack the self proclaimed man whore turned one women man who will put everything on the line.

I applaud Bre Rose on her debut novel! This is one of the steamier books I've read, so vividly written, that one is drawn in. It follows Ashlynn, a bit of a misfit, who doesn't make friends easily. Growing up in the foster system has left her vulnerable from all the abuse. Her only friend is Devin and when his life is under threat, by a stalker, Ash flees to Memphis, in the hopes she can escape the stalker and protect Devin. To her amazement, she finds friends and starts to feel comfortable and loved. Enter 4 extremely hot guys, who are all besotted with her, ok, well, maybe not Ryker, we'll have to wait to see what his deal is! Shy, conservative Ash, for the first time, feels protected, loved and desired. The scenes that follow are so hot, my book was steaming! This book has drama, tension and mystery, as the the stalker is closes in. And the graphic sex scenes, as I mentioned, are off the charts hot! There is a plot within a plot, centred around the guys and the club, which I'm looking forward to discover. The characters are so likeable and even tender, loved them. The story progresses at a great pace, keeping me interested to read more and more, to find out more and more. And then the ending! OMG! Can a cliffhanger be more stressful! I need book 2, I need to find out how Ash will escape, will the guys be on time? Can't wait!

This is the first book by this author and in the series and, Wow, Bre Rose hit this reverse Harem right out of the park!! If you are looking for a fairytale story this is not the book, but if you are looking for a female character who rolls with the punches and picks herself back up again, then Ashlynn is your girl. Ashlynn has been dealt a raw hand since she was eight years old. She has endured abuse, lack of friendships, homelessness and winds up on the run having to leave behind her one and only friend, because she has some crazy psycho stalker after her. Once she decides on her new location things start to look up for her, especially in the hot guy department and she finally starts to feel safe, loved and like she has a home for the first time in her life, until the psycho stalker resurfaces. We are left on a cliffhanger and need to wait to find out what happens next, but I cannot wait to see what comes next for Ashlynn and her guys!!
This book is filled with some steamy scenes, MFM, some triggers of abuse and there is a stalker character.

Wow was this book absolutely fantastic from start to finish it had me so engrossed in it I was taking my tablet to read it pretty much everywhere I could, no lie lol.
Ashlynn hasn't had a easy life growing up, but thats all about to change when she meets Devon he's a strange character I know he secretly wants her, but she sees him as a brother or maybe her savior who saved her, so she's never wanted to test the boundaries until 1 day and that's when her world changes and she realizes she has a stalker and runs to Memphis the place her mama talked about where she felt she could be safe and ends up meeting 4 sexy tall af guy's Colin, Kaleb, Mack the jury is still out on the 4th Ryker he's up to something I'm sure of it. That's all I'm saying you'll just have grab it and find out what happens.
It's really hard to believe this is a debut for this arthur the writing in this book was so smooth each word flowed into the next just like the story had me turning pages to find out what happens next. You need to read this book. I can not wait for Bk2.

I need answers?!
I came across this book scouring KU for my next book to read/add to my TBR. RH books are my jam and the description totally caught my eye and I immediately added it to my KU list and wrote that date on my calendar. I’m SO happy I found this book. I’m use to my guys being super dark over the top alphas, and while these guys that fall for my girl, ash, are sugary sweet in their feelings for her and how they act with her (I mean they actually communicate feelings and misunderstandings) they are definite alphas and those take charge/dominant smutty scenes are *chefs kiss*. I couldn’t even pick a favourite right now, but Ryker needs to get it shit together. I’ll be chomping at the bit to read book 2 and the last little plot twist at the end makes me SO happy (I love those in books and I don’t think you see them enough, but I know not everyone likes that in a book but I do SO thank you! — trying not to spoil anything!)

Finding Memphis is a RH MC book. Fair warning, it ends on a cliffhanger! But it is sooo good!! Ashlynn is the girl in everyone’s sights - including a stalker. Poor Ash is running from her stalker because he threatened her best friend and sends her proof that he’s harmed everyone in her life that meant anything to her.
Ashlynn hides out in Memphis and meets some bikers. Three (Collin, Kaleb and Mack) of the four (Ryker) adore her and have no problem sharing her. She enjoys being with them as well. Ashlynn decides that she can trust them and tells the guys why she is running and hiding. They vow to take care of her and protect her.
Unfortunately, the club has some problems, mainly a mole. This business pulls the guys away from Ashlynn - leaving her unprotected. That is when SOMEONE strikes!
This author writes a GREAT suspense story. I can’t wait for the second part of this duet!

I really enjoyed reading this book!
At first, it took me a little bit of time to get into the author’s writing style, but pretty soon I got really into the story. Some twists I could see coming but that was mainly because the author did such a good job incorporating small (and bigger) hints in the story.
I like the guys, but if I had to pick one to keep, it’d be Colin! I’m not sure about Ryker yet but can’t wait to see how that develops further. The other two guys are cuties (which they probably wouldn’t like hearing) too but Colin wins for me 😝

I’m going to cry that I have to wait for months to get more of Kaleb, Mack and Colin! I didn’t want to put this book down and finished it within hours. I’m enjoying watching Ashlynn evolve and fall in love with her men. I need a book that can evoke my emotions and this book made me laugh, cry, want to break things and punch people…there’s nothing better than a writer who can make you feel all those things in a such a short time. I have my theories on the stalker and his accomplice but won’t ruin anything for others. Bre Rose, I can’t believe this is your first book but I am a fan for life. Bring on more of your story telling!!!

I loved it, the story and the characters captured my attention. I normally don't read
books that end in cliffhangers, but I'm so glad that I read this one, and I can't wait to see what Saving Memphis brings. The characters drew me in and had me wondering who could be the stalker who has been after her. I couldn't put the book down, and once I had finished the book the first time, I went back to the beginning and started it all over again trying to piece together all of the information about the characters. I wish that Saving Memphis, book 2, was available now. Bre Rose is an author who will be added to my Must Read list. Bre Rose, thank you.

While Colin and Kaleb take my soul I’ll be here still trying to figure out how put words into this of how much I love this book! Between Ashlynn starting a whole new life for herself while trying to escape the horror of the unknown! When life is getting fantastic for her look who shows up again and this time he gets her so not cool!! I’m so ready for more I’m trying to be patient but it’s not working very well! This book will take you on highs and lows and twist and turns you never see coming! Just be warned you will want to lick all the men in this book!

This is a remarkable debut for Bre Rose. I am all about an MC romance. And I did kind of wish there were more MC related action. But it's not a bad start. In this book, we meet Ashlynn, a young woman who has ended up in Memphis, trying to escaper her stalker. In Memphis, she meets 4 staggeringly handsome MC members. Colin and Kaleb take to her right away. Mack is next. The hold out is Ryker. I feel there is more to his story. I want to know more. This story is just chock full of steam, and drama and a good amount of intrigue.

I loved this MC book! Ashlynn is so strong and has been through a lot, and now she has a stalker. This stalker has turned her life upside down and takes the happiness she has fought so hard for. Then four hot bikers enter the picture and three of the four are willing to protect her at all costs. And the fourth, he is not my favorite right now but hopefully he will redeem himself. This book gives you twists and turns and then ends in a cliffhanger!! Ugh but what a cliffhanger. Thank you Bre Rose for an amazing first book in this duet!!

Edge of my Seat the whole read
What did I just read? Is that really the end? No. I truly need more. Like what? Rose did a spectacular job with Finding Memphis and pulling me into her story. I have a soft spot for past abuse and this hit that for me.
I really hope that we see their relationship grow more and have more steady scenes in the next book. But I really don't want to wait unt the 2nd book. *sad face*
Now I have to say this in not so many words. RYKER YOU CAN JUST GO NOT BREATHE ANYMORE AROUND any of my guys and girl. They deserve better.

What a ride and rollercoaster this book is. When I read the blurb it caught my attention immediately and it delivered and more. Ashlynn is being stalked by someone and is trying to escape this. Running to Memphis finding 4 guys, each one different but all enamoured and don't mind sharing. All but one and I find that intriguing. It's not all rainbows and roses as with some other books and I can't wait to find out what his story is. I'm sure there's more then meets the eye. Highly recommend this book as it captured me and I wanna be on this ride for sure.

RH, with lots of spice, twist and turns you don't see coming and a stalker! What's not to love?!? The secrets and lies will keep you up at night, trying to figure it out. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I'm questioning a lot of peoples judgment, atm.
I saw this book, read the reviews, and thought what's the harm? It's free on KU so, it's not like I'm losing anything.
HOWEVER.
I did lose something.
Time.
I will say that, despite the writing not being the best, the beginning was intriguing.
Then it slowly devolved from there.
There's insta-love/lust... and then there's this.
Which is fine, if you like that.
What I didn't like was that we have this abused heroine (abuse going back to her childhood) who barely knows this group of bikers, and yet is perfectly okay with letting them conquer her pink fortress within days (in one case minutes) of having her first conversation with them.
I found the heroine annoying.
The heroes were tolerable, I guess.
I just don't get all the rave reviews for this book. This was a 2 star read and thats being generous.
The interactions were not at all how people talk to each other... everyone speaks so formally to each other. It's almost like reading one of my college essays where I specifically avoid using contractions because 1. You're not supposed to, and 2. it increases word count if you omit them.
Anyways. I'm being a b*tch. Sorry. (honestly, I am)

Bre Rose sets the bar extremely high with this debut!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this book. The stalker aspect is so well written, you can actually feel the possessive need from the stalker to own Ashlynn. Its absolutely incredible with a side of what seems like stunning accuracy (something to share Bre?).
Finding Memphis follows our FMC Ashlynn on the run after receiving sketchy texts (among other things). She makes a pit stop in a town that was important to her mom. Can this be where she will feel safe?
Stopping in this town definitely has its perks for Ash (us too 😏) as she meets 3 amazing men and well one Ryker. Mack, Colin, and Kaleb join forces to help Ash come out of her shell and learn to trust and maybe even love again. Ryker is well Ryker as I said (hes my fave) the dark and mysterious one that we cant help but love even though hes a butthead.
When the threat makes itself known once again, how will Ash navigate it all? Will the guys stick around? Buckle up on this hell of a ride that Bre takes us on! After reading this, Bre will forever be an Insta buy for me. I cant wait to see whats next. 😍

I absolutely loved reading this debut by Bre Rose. She really captures your attention just from the prologue and gets you hooked. This stalker really gets my mind working, trying to figure out who it could be?! Bre has done an amazing job at not giving away who this could be. Ashlynn, our MFC, is such a strong character to go through all she has and still gets up everyday to do what she needs to do. I think she needs to be a little less forgetful, though ;). As for the guys well, it's so hard to pick a favourite, but they are all mine and I don't share! My heart goes out to Colin, he's such a sweetie. Kaleb is just 🥵, Mack, well, you know 😏😉🥵. But I'll let you make up your own mind about Ryker 👀. But they are all perfect for Ash!
Can't believe the cliffhanger we get left on! Book 2 cannot come quick enough.... can't wait to see what kind of roller coater Bre takes us on next!

Extremely entertaining
I really enjoyed this book. Our MC Ashlynn is on the run from her stalker, and she finds herself running to Memphis, Tennessee because of the stories her mother would tell her about the city. There she finds herself falling for some of the bikers in the local MC club.
Let me tell you.. a lot happened in this book. There's so much drama, there's a huge mystery going on, and of course great romances. I loved all the pieces to the story, and while there were a few things I saw coming, the stalker mystery is still keeping me on my toes and I can't wait to see Ashlynn develop a deeper relationship with her guys.
All there is a cliffhanger from hell here! I hope book 2 is out soon, because wow, I need my answers please. Overall, this was a great debut book and I'm very excited for the next book!

Ashlynn finds out the reason she feels like her friendships and dating life has always been cursed…she has a stalker! Not just any stalker either but one that will kill to have her. Ashlynn flees to Memphis where she feels like she’s come home for some reason. She also meets some hunky MC guys, Colin, Kaleb, and Mack who also have a certain pull towards her. This book is an exciting, adventurous, romantic, suspense story with some unexpected twists and turns. So riveting you can’t put it down. Highly recommended and definitely a MUST read!

Bre Rose's debut novel is fire! The characters are well written with strong leads and a super creepy stalker. The sex scenes in this reverse harem are super steamy, you may want a fan near by to help cool down. There are 2 things that made this a 4 star read instead of 5. I don't understand why Ashlynn didn't go to the police. Without spoiling anything, she had a ton of evidence she was being stalked. The second, I didn't know this was the first of a duet. I hate cliffhangers, especially if the next book isn't available. I'm glad I read it, but now I'm anxiously waiting for the next book.

Bre hit it out of the park with her debut novel! I’m new to the stalker trope and I love it now! This book has alpha males who want to protect Ashlynn fiercely, reverse Harem, insta love, and a girl trying to find her way after life has constantly given her the short stick.
