Michael Smith was an average man trying to keep up with his family, job and to get as much out of life as he can.

However, one day, something clicked. After reaching midlife Michael began to worry that he will never again feel and look like the man he used to be. Then he decided to dive deep into the world of health, fitness and nutrition all by himself and began searching for answers...

Now you can benefit from his years of studying and testing, because Michael combined all of this valid research with his own positive experience to share with you, and to create a step-by-step, realistic, achievable roadmap to help you prevent age-related health problems, feel great, and get much more out of life.

His biggest passion now is to help and teach others that being healthy does not have to be hard.

This book makes people 40 and over, even 30+ folks, that it's not too late to get strong, healthy, and fit. We can still gain strength and endurance without living at the gym and taking heavy supplements. The author's hands-on experience includes lifting weights, bodyweight exercises, HIT, at-home workouts, group classes, and yoga. Overall, this book is a well-written, objective, and informative strength training guide to alleviate health-related challenges.
