PresLocke #3

Wedlocked. Poslubiony

Rate this book

Największą część wolnego czasu pochłaniają przygotowania do wesela.

I Loved

-The red carpet scene.. Omg! I loved how Dylan was freaking out and the way he was starstruck. So cute.

“Holy shit, that’s Gene Kelly’s handprints,” I said, stopping beside a square block of cement with his signature and hand-and footprints.
An amused grin crossed Ace’s lips. “Have you never been here before?”
“No,” I said, another square catching my eye. “Dick Van Dyke? Damn.”
I saw the familiar scrawl of his name, as well as his imprints and the date.
“Oh my God,” I said, crouching down to put my hands over Ace’s prints. “Your hands are fucking huge.”

-The Bachelor party guest list: the best place I would have loved to be.

Ace & Dylan
Finley & Brantley
Derek & Jordan

Yes!

Logan & Tate Ummmm! Tate & Logan

"You’re just one big offense, Logan. How does Tate put up with you?”
“With a firm hand and a full mouth. These are the two things that keep me…in check.”

It was Perfection

-Then the red velvet chocolate cake..lets just say that scene!

-The Wedding…

You, Ace, are the most generous, selfless man I’ve ever met. You give of your time, your money, yourself to everyone around, and I’m so incredibly lucky to be the one you come home to. You love hard and fiercely, and I never feel more safe than I do in your arms.”

- The Wedding night was scorching hot!

“How much do you want?”
“I want you to give me everything.Everything, Dylan.”

-The Epilogue, made me so happy.

I will always love Ace & Daydream Dylan.

RATING 4.5 STARS

Wedlocked is book three in the PresLocke series by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine. This is the final book in Ace and Dylan’s journey. This series must be read in order, as all three books are a continuation of the love story of these two.

With the help and prodding of their wedding planner, Ace and Dylan are planning the day of their dreams. Both of these men have crazy busy lives now. And both have other things they would rather do when they have time off together than look at wedding magazines. But, they also want this to be the day of their dreams. I’ll throw in here that they might have had some very interesting ways of making a few of their decisions, such as cake tasting!

Ever since Ace’s very public proposal, the public’s infatuation with these two has grown even more intense. They have actually grown accustomed to being mobbed everywhere they go. And they are still dealing with the dark parts of Dylan’s past that has come back to haunt him. But through everything, they remain strong and dedicated to each other, to making each other happy.

“That was my man staring up at me, and it was the way I’d always dreamed someone would look at me. Like I was his entire world. And he was mine.”

The entire book is a build up to the big moment and get your tissues ready because your eyes will water. I did take off a half point only because the bachelor party just seemed to go on and on with details I just didn’t need so I ended up kind of skimming over parts of that. But it was all worth it to get to their big day. And even more so, to this wonderfully beautiful epilogue. I can’t even express my feelings for that.

These three books have been such a wonderful heart warming experience. Books like these are why I read. Couples that no matter what life throws at them, and in this case, it was plenty, they stay strong together. They don’t push each other away but rely on the other’s strength to get them through. That their focus is on the happiness of their partner. I have read several other series by both of these authors and I guarantee you that there will be more. Thank you Ella and Brooke, for Ace and Dylan.

Review @ Vanilla & Spice Books

It is always bittersweet when you have to say goodbye to beloved characters and this holds true for Ace and Dylan even more. These characters have grown close to my heart because they were endearing like few others. So without further ado, this is me sending them off into their Happily Ever After.

“I love the way you bite your lip like that,” I said. “And I love the way you light up a room, just by being in it. I love how confident you are, and I love the rare occasion that has you turning adorably shy when you’re out of your element. I love how strong you are and the fearlessness you show when others would cower. You push me to be a better man and to fight for what and who I love.”

Ace and Dylan are in a good place. They are planning their wedding, which sometimes seems a little bit overwhelming to Ace. Leave it to Dylan to get him back into the zen zone. Their life is crazy, especially after Ace's very public proposal on national tv. They both are riding a professional high and can't wait to be wed in front of God and everybody. Of course there are one or two clouds in the otherwise amazing blue sky in the person of Dylan's biological mother.

Dylan is such a sunny character. He really knows how to make everyone around him smile and I'm still in awe how he became like that with his past. He centers and grounds Ace but the same goes the other way around. Ace is as protective as they come and he would do anything to help make sure his Daydream is shielded from his poisonous parent.

“You good?” he asked, and I gave him a broad smile as I nodded. No matter where we were, he was always checking in with me and those around him, always making sure everyone was okay. It was one of the things I loved most about him.

We get to see beloved characters from this author duo's other series. Among them there are PITA and Dawson, Nate and Shayne, Finn and Brantley, Derek and Jordan and my personal favorite, Logan Mitchell and Tate Morrison. I was again reminded why these two are my all time favorites. Logan again proves to be a great friend and lawyer. Of course there are also Dylan's adoptive parents who are among the most unconventional and lovely, fictional side characters.

The whole book is one huge epilogue and a celebration of Ace's and Dylan's love for one another. There are touching scenes and funny ones.

“Not to sound vain, but you’ve only mentioned how much the color of my eyes are your favorite about once a week since I’ve known you. So, again, I’ll ask: what’s my favorite fucking color?”
“Yellow.”
“Oh my God—”
“I’m kidding, Jesus. It’s blue, right? Color of the ocean—”
“And your fucking eyes. God, you’re such a guy.” Then I realized what I’d said, and rubbed my face. “Shit, we sound like a couple of chicks right now.”

And, this wouldn't be Ella and Brooke if we didn't get some scorching and hot scenes, too.

As our bodies moved together, the rawness of the moment wasn’t lost on me. I could feel the sweat, the pre-cum, and lube aiding to the animalistic act taking place on the bed, and it just ramped this moment up even more. We’d had the sweet. We’d had the tender. And right here in this moment, it was all primal. I was making him mine in all the ways I possibly could, and Ace was letting me. Fuck, was he ever.

They are sprinkled throughout the story and are pretty much the hottest thing since peanut butter and Nutella.

Fall apart for me, Daydream."

The only reason I couldn't give a clean 5 stars is the bachelor party. I felt that it started to drag a little there - these scenes were about everyone else but our heroes. Yes, I'm greedy but I would have loved more involvement of them.

The sweetest thing is the epilogue. I loved how the authors let us say goodbye to Ace and Dylan. Needless to say that I hope I'll get to catch up with them in other books by them. This definitely was a worthy conclusion of an epic love story and these two characters are among my most favorite in MM romance.

We're finally back with Dylan and Ace!
P.S. You should/need/have to read their previous two books to understand how their relationship started!!! If you haven't read them - stop reading this and get started with ACED or with the books in Brooke's LA Liaison series & Ella's Sunset Cove series - that's where we meet Ace & Dylan for the first time!

Hollywood Superstar Ace proposed to his model boyfriend Dylan in the last book.... and now it's time to get married. Well, not yet ... but soon. First, their good friend and wedding planner Paige has to convince those two to decide on venue, colors, flowers et cetera. All things these guys are really interested in. ☺
But of course a venue is soon found...
And another one for a weekend-bachelor-party-getaway.
But of course it can't all be instant happily-ever-after-unicorn-glitter-peaceful.
Nope. We have the press, paparazzi and worst of all: Dylan's birth mom is back to stir up trouble!

Lots of stuff still left to do and problems to clean up before we can ride off into our forever-ever-after marital sunset!

I LOOOOVED THIS BOOK!

We're finally back with our two boys.
And I don't ever want this series to end!
They're so amazing. So adorably in love! Ugh!
It was such a sweet story. Full of questions about what to do about the wedding, what kinds of colors to use et cetera. But it's all so very unimportant for those two. They just want to be together for the rest of eternity. Soooo adorable.
And of course we have some verrrry erotic moments too...

description

And also some frustrating Dylan's mother moments ...
That woman needs to be... grrrrr....horrible person!

description

And then we have some verrrrrrry funny and sunny times at the bachelor party weekend getaway in Cabo and then of course the wedding... with all our favorite people from Ella's and Brooke's other books!!! Like Logan & Tate! ☺♥☺♥☺

THIS SUPER AMAZING, EMOTIONAL & SEXY HOLLYWOOD-MEGA-STAR-MARRIES-HIS-HOT-MALE-MODEL-FIANCÉ ROMANCE TAKES US FROM LOS ANGELES TO CABO TO FLORIDA TO ... not telling you where we're honeymooning ;) And I'm not telling you about that super-adorable epilogue either! Just know that I loved every tiny little word in this book! I laughed, cried and made lots of awwwww sounds!

WEDLOCKED was the perfect Forever-Ever-After-Epilogue to Ace & Dylan's lovestory! Run to your nearest amazon to join the wedding festivities! ☺

description

description

...and here's a little SPOILER-PIC - you might want to wait to look at it until after reading the book - it's not really spoilerish, it's just a quote from the wedding, which obviously happens pretty late into the book....

Wedlocked by Ella Frank & Brooke Blaine is the third and final book in the acclaimed PresLocke Series, let me tell you Dylan "Daydream" Prescott and Ace Samuel Locke start their wedding shenanigans out with passion, heat, and love...lots and lots of love between the two grooms!

"'Oh yeah, claim me, Mr. Locke. I’m yours.' My lips morphed into a smug smile then, because not only did I have the ability to render Ace Locke hoarse from shouting in pleasure, but I also had this wonderful man’s heart, and hell if I couldn’t wait to stand up in front of all our friends and family and claim him as my own"

So begins, the joining together *pun intended* and the start of their HEA as a couple.

This story picks up right where book 2, Locked, ended and Dylan and Ace are planning their wedding, bachelor party, and of course honeymoon - while dealing with some family drama that just won't quit. We get to see the protective streak come out in Ace as he refuses to allow anyone to mess with his man. It's enough to make you swoon!

Things I F.Loved in this book...

The Wedding Night...

"As our bodies moved together, the rawness of the moment wasn’t lost on me. Fuck, was he ever."

The Bachelor Party...
Can you say, destination bachelor party with ALL the men we love!! Logan & Tate, Jordan & Derek, Brantley & Finn - all there, in one place!! Best Bachelor Party Ever!! There were also leading characters from Brooke's L.A. Liaisons series..Paige, Shayne, and crew ...along with Dylan's brother who is a Tripp and a few extras there to make it fun! Overall, it was  a bachelor party for the books, never to be forgotten!

The Love...
These two men LOVE each other and put each other above everything else. Their love for each other can be felt in the pages of their story. Romance at its finest.

The Cameos...
I LOVED seeing characters from other stories and sorta "checking in" with them, making sure they were still doing their HEA -

The Signature Drinks...
Loved the way these two authors weaved parts of other stories in with such  simple things as a drink name. Nobody will ever forget Logan and his "blow job" ... now we have another drink to associate with him, and it's just as appropriate!!

The Hot as Hell Sex...
These two authors write hot as hell sex scenes on their own -- when they work together, the books are almost too hot to read in public!! I say, almost...because I take my kindle everywhere, just thankful nobody can see what I am reading!! So, yes. The sex. It's smokin' hot! Our guys know how to get down and dirty, they each have some kinks, they each love fulfilling the others needs!

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and of course I loved watching Dylan & Ace get their well-deserved happily ever after-- now, I am eager to see what us coming next from our amazing authors! Who knows one day we may get a cameo of Dylan and Ace in someone else's story!!

5 Stars..A must read series!!

Dissenting opinion ahead. Feel free to ignore my review.

As much as I adored the first two books in the series: Aced and Locked, this third book didn't work for me. Like at all. And I'll try to explain why.

I dived in with huge expectations. I missed Ace and Dylan a lot and couldn't wait to read more about them. I've had this book for a while, but somehow I didn't feel in the mood to start it. I kind of knew what I'll get here: a sweeter than sugar happily ever after.

When my best friend picked this one as our next buddy reading, I was super excited. I even wanted to re-read Locked before starting this one, but of course some new releases changed my plans. Well let me tell you how surprised I was by the slow paced beginning. And as I kept reading more and more, I got confused and ... in the end, extremely bored. I couldn't believe how flat everything fell.
I was not happy with Brenda's appearance here. It was supposed to bring angst but I wanted to smack Ace for dealing with her like he did in the end. Ugh! I wouldn't have given her a dime!
I was not happy with the big meeting between Ace and Dylan's parents. They were extremely different and I thought we'd at least get some great banter and funny situations, but no such thing.
The bachelor party... another big miss for me. Ace and Dylan organized some games but they didn't participate. Don't let me get started about the video guy who was a teen and who didn't even know who hired him?! Oh, come on! Ace was supposed to be the biggest movie star in the world and he hired a no-name teen to record his bachelor party with ALL his close friends?!? Not buying it for one moment.

Moving along, for most of the book they were planning their wedding, but I always felt something was missing. There are some hot scenes on the way and there are some ... nice moments, BUT overall it was just a huge fluffy romance with NO surprises on the way, not even many funny moments.

THE only reason I'm giving it 3 stars would be Logan and Tate's appearances. I missed them so much!!! Can't wait to get back to them.

I think the last 20% was the best part. I even think this full length book could have been only a few action packed chapters long. A novella.
It felt like it took me forever to finish it and honestly I expected so much more. It was too sugary sweet, too over the top fairy tale with no big surprises on the way (tuxedos, Paris!). Well we get only one, in the epilogue. That would be my favorite part. But I'm sorry I had to get through SO many pages to get it. So only 3 stars from me.

4.5 Happy Stars!

If you’re a fan of this series and its multitude of prior spinoffs (Try, Sunset Cove, and L.A. Liaisons), then this was a fabulous conclusion to the wonderful love story of Ace and Dylan.

They’ve taken the plunge and are all in, and nothing, not even overzealous paparazzi, an evil estranged mother, or an aversion towards picking out flower arrangements, will test their love nor ruin their big day.

Chock full of hot sexy, swoony sweetness, and multiple cameos that only enhance the enormous fun factor of this wonderful send off, this basically was one big ode to the mega hollywood star and the dreamy supermodel finding their happily ever after. Simply a perfect epilogue if there ever was one!

5 perfect happily ever after stars

Ace and Dylan have met, fallen madly in love, faced a multitude of ups and downs (together), and now they’re finally getting their well-deserved happily ever after. And what a happily ever after it was!

*dreamy sigh*

This was the perfect send off to what has become a much beloved M/M series for me.

The swoon factor was high and the sexy times were equal parts tender and steamy. The last few chapters were absolutely beautiful, too, and my happy tears were unashamedly flowing by that point. Plus, this whole story has a major fun factor, which I certainly appreciated.

What really worked for me, though, were the cross-series appearances of not one, not two, but thirteen much loved characters from three other fantastic series by Frank and Blaine. And I’m not just talking cameos either. Ladies and Gents, Logan f*cking Mitchell is back and he expertly steals scenes left, right and centre, as is only natural. I was having an absolute field day when all the gang got together and went to Cabo for Ace and Dylan’s bachelor weekend extravaganza. I definitely feel like my enjoyment of this whole book was made better because I’d previously spent time with all these fabulous characters. So, if you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and go back and read Frank’s Temptation trilogy (Logan and Tate’s story) and her Sunset Cove series (where we first meet Dylan), as well as Blaine’s feisty and fun L.A. Liaisons series (where we first meet Ace). I promise, all stories are worth reading!

Ace and Dylan truly made a memorable impact on my reading world and I have no doubt theirs will be a story I'll revisit time and time again. <3

I am so happy to see Ace and Dylan get their happy ever after, but I am going to miss them so much. They have truly weaves their way into my heart and will forever reside there. This was a fantastic and heartfelt ending to a new beginning for them both.

This book was the perfect blend of everything. It was hot, but duh, because Dylan and Ace! It was also funny.. But most of all it was full of complete heartfelt emotion that I did admit made me cry a few times (happy tears).

All of our favorite characters from.the past come together to celebrate the joining of this absolutely perfect couple. It truly doesn't get any better than this. My heart just feels pure joy right now. That ending completed me too. I hope you all enjoy as much as I did.

4.5 'The One and Only' Stars!

Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine have written the most beautiful ending to Dylan and Ace's love story! I actually finished the first two books a while ago but I left this one so I could get all the intensity between these two amazing men. Wedlocked is fantastic, funny, sexy and so emotional. I especially loved the wedding and that adorable ending that brought tears to my eyes (I literally melted!).

Definitely recommend the PresLocke series! If you are a MM romance fan, you cannot miss this!

I can't do this anymore! 😭 I really wanted to finish this but, my god, nothing is happening. Ace and Dylan plan their wedding, have a bachelor party, try to pay off Dylan's mom, and they'll eventually get married. I'm sure their ceremony will be beautiful but I'm not gonna make it. I am so done. 1.5 stars, rounded down, because, honesty, this book should've just been a short side story. The fact that it's 320 pages is ridiculous.

Oh, Ace and Dylan. How I love these guys. The romance between the action movie superstar and the supermodel has been a long and sometimes bumpy journey. I have been patiently waiting for them to have their Happy Ever After, and Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank finally give it to them.

Wedlocked is about Ace and Dylan preparing for their lavish wedding. Aside from the wedding planning, there isn’t a great deal that actually happens in the story. Every good tale needs some conflict. There is the tiniest bit offered here, and fortunately it isn’t of the forced variety. However, things are resolved quickly and easily. I wish more had been made of the issues. I think it would have added greater variety to the story. Still, it’s wonderful to see Dylan and Ace—two former closeted celebrities—being proudly out and in love.

The best part of the story is the reunion of all the fabulous characters from Brooke Blaine’s L.A. Liaisons series and Ella Frank’s Trust series and Sunset Cove series. Gathering them together for bachelor party shenanigans and high jinks is a major highlight. The epilogue is also perfection.

Don’t expect a complicated storyline with this book. If you’re a fan of Ace and Dylan and you just want to hop aboard their sexy love train, though, you will be highly entertained. Wedlocked is a sweet ending to an enjoyable series.

OMG what a wonderful conclusion Wedlocked turned out to be.

Dylan and Ace are so much in love that spending time with them made me so happy these two guys are so sweet together.

My highlight of Wedlocked was the batchelor party in Cabo these chapters were HILARIOS and spending time with some old friends was fantastic EVERYONE was there the Licked gang, Finn & Brantley, Derek & Posh and my favourite couple LOGAN & TATE YES LOGAN & TATE (Is there more of these two to come?????).

Happy Rachel photo: Phoebe Rachel Happy 156baegjpg.gif

I loved everything about Wedlocked this was sweetness and light with no drama (which was refreshing) and of course with Dylan and Ace there was plenty of sexy times, I won’t be able to look at a red velvet chocolate cake the same way EVER again ;)

The epilogue was wonderful a perfect ending for Locke-Prescott.

This Book 3 is like one big epilogue, so do expect a lot of swoon, sex, flower, roses, sappiness, cheese and love. I mean they are preparing The Wedding of the Year after all. Seeing as Ace Locke is such a huge celebrity, there are a lot of money being thrown around that make me gasp and an army of paparazzi trying to get a glimpse of what is the wedding plan. The nice part is both the parents. Ziggy and Sunshine is fabulous as always, but Ace's parent is not too bad either.

I also would like to report that all the couples from Ella Frank's and Brooke Blaine's series make their appearance. There is a special chapter that seems busy with so many people around, but I especially like catching up with Derek and his Posh, Jordon and Logan and Tate. Who can forget Logan and Tate!? For those who are not familiar with those characters, it can be a tad overwhelming, but I love this big catch up with everyone.

Dylan and Ace are so fucking cute and I'm so sad this series is officially over. This book is the third and final book in this trilogy that follows Dylan and Ace, and this book is all about their wedding. I adore both Dylan and Ace so freaking much, and I love the way the care for each other and their personalities fit so well together. Ace is so protective and alpha male and sexy and Dylan is so caring and loving and also alpha-male in his own way and together they are so perfect.

This was basically me the entire book:

This book is filled with so many cute and sexy scenes leading up to their wedding and I loved it all so much. The way they tease each other is so adorable. The only reason I knocked off a star is because I didn't like how some chapters were written in third person when they were on vacation for their bachelor parties. I would've preferred those chapters being written from Dylan and Ace's POV's. Also, the drama with Dylan's Mom was rally getting on my nerves and I didn't care for that particular story line.

The wedding scenes were so cute and so satisfying and akslkajslda they make me so giddy. And the EPILOGUE. OMG THE EPILOGUE. So cute. I want to cry. I'm so sad Dylan and Ace's story is over, they are one of my biggest OTP's of all time. Loved this trilogy so much!

Here's a sample from one of my favorite scenes when they are teasing each other:
“Not to sound vain, but you’ve only mentioned how much the color of my eyes are your favorite about once a week since I’ve known you. So, again, I’ll ask: what’s my favorite fucking color?”
“Yellow.”
“Oh my God—”
“I’m kidding, Jesus. It’s blue, right? Color of the ocean—”
“And your fucking eyes. God, you’re such a guy.” Then I realized what I’d said, and rubbed my face. “Shit, we sound like a couple of chicks right now.”

Ace & Dylan
Derek & Jordan
Finley & Brandon and let’s not forget
Logan & Tate

This was such a joy to read. After some hurdles Ace and Dylan had to take, they are finally ready to get their Happily Ever After. It was amazing.

It was that amazing that I can only ramble, quote and post some various pics of this swoon worthy book.

The reunion with Logan f***ing Mitchell was so good!! I just love that guy and dammit if this book doesn’t make me want to read Logan & Tate’s story again, again and again….

“Nice to finally meet you. Have to say, I was wondering when Ace would finally grow some balls and admit that the stick he always seemed to have shoved up his ass was actually just a poor substitute to what he really wanted up - ”
~~ Logan

Then of course Ace and Dylan’s bachelor party. Ooooh would I have loved to have been a fly on the wall. Ace and Dylan’s itinerary for the weekend for their friends was hilarious.

We now know how to climb a palm tree!! Yay Quinn.

Then…
The cake sampling

RED VELVED CAKE. For the ones who read this, I don't have to say more!!

But sjeessh, the boys give Logan and Tate a run for their money.
*dirty f***ers

I’ve gotta say something about Dylan’s parents Sunshine & Ziggy.
I really loved them. They were so supportive of the couple. And the way they welcomed Ace to the family was so emotional.
*teary eyes.

“We thought it was time you took your place beside our Daydream, both tomorrow on your big day and here, where our family’s heart is. Where you can always come home to whenever you need to.”

Then… Last but not Least.
The Wedding

It was so freaking sweet. I loved every part of it. Dylan’s possibly “trippin and dyin act” for Ace was adorable. And Derek, Dylan’s best man…. I just love him. I may have to re-read his story with Jordan too!!

Dylan, you’re about to marry Ace fucking Locke. You better have a smile big enough to please the entire world of disappointed fans who thought they stood a chance. Both the men and the women.”

The wedding vows brought me to tears. Gawd they were beautiful;

You, Ace, are the most generous, selfless man I’ve ever met. You give of your time, your money, yourself to everyone around, and I’m so incredibly lucky to be the one you come home to. You love hard and fiercely, and I never feel more safe than I do in your arms.”

The wedding Party;

The throwing of the bow-ties in stead of the bouquet had an astonishing result. No spoilers here cause you just have to read for yourself. But a note to Ella Frank; I would totally dig a follow up story about the man who caught the bow tie,.
*just saying

The Wedding night

What to say about that other than that is was scorching hot of course.

“You want me?”
“How much do you want?”
“I want you to give me everything.Everything, Dylan.”

Then….. That epilogue. That was perfection and again it only makes me greedy for more of their future!!

*HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

5+ stars!

Every time with him felt like the first time, and part of me still couldn't believe that it was real. That we could do this, be together in ever way...that he was mine.

When you think of a perfect ending for your favorite book/couple this book is what people dream about. It was beautiful, touching, and perfect in every way you can imagine. Ace and Dylan are the reason why I believe that happily ever afters do exist in real life.

That was my man staring up at me, and it was the way I'd always dreamed someone would look at me. Like I was his entire world.

Their journey was amazing, and their friendships were even funnier.

Wedlocked had everyone in it, and I mean everyone. . It was like **poof**. Panties gone and ovaries explosion. I want a Dylan, Ace, Tate, Logan, Derek, Posh, Finn, and Brantley all wrapped up in one package.

And let's not even talk about that ending.

If it was possible, I fell even deeper in love with them.

I can't even lie, I shed a tear.

I would say that I want more, but I can't. This was an amazing ending for some very fantastic people. I'm so freaking excited for what the duo write in the future. Together or alone. I'm one-clicking the shit out of it.

AHHHHHHH!!!!

description

This book was simply pure fluff. The only hint of angst comes in the form of Dylan's mother, but they're able to deal with her fairly quickly (it helps when u have money. But also, she's such a bitch, wow. Glad she got out of their lives for good, though) and the rest of the book is just pure happiness.

And others might find it over the top happy, but I just can't find it in myself to give a crap, because there are so few stories I read or watch that just give you plain happiness for the couple you're rooting for.

This book is all about the few months leading up to Dylan and Ace's wedding, and a little bit that happens after that (and an adorable epilogue to give us a picture of what their life is like after marriage too). We get the fun bachelor party with #PresLocke and friends (we get to see all the couples from both authors previous books, like Logan and Tate and Derek and Jordan, etc, and it's fun seeing all these characters together. I haven't read Brooke Blaine's books, but I still really enjoyed the characters - Shayne, Paige, Quinn <333) and getting a few little snippets of the other couples was wonderful.

This kinda felt like those .5 books that are usually extra scenes that wouldn't fit in a book so they're just a short snapshot of our two fave romantic leads being happy - but because this was their wedding, it got a whole book - and i love it, because it's just a fun, easy, light read to the end of this awesome series. Dylan and Ace dealt with all the bullshit and drama in the first two books, they got through it - this was their book to be just plain happy together.

Also??? Sex scenes spread throughout this lovely tale? Hell yes!!! These two are so HOT together and I love love it. I love these two.

I'm used to pain and suffering and angst leading up until the very last moment as much as the next person, but this is not your book for that and I couldn't be happier. It wasn't afraid to just let them be happy - face one obstacle, yes, but it really was just trying up the Brenda problem more than anything else so these two wonderful guys could have their true happily ever after.

Was this probably corny? Eh, yeah, but these guys are head over heels for each other and it's their wedding, I wouldn't expect much else. Also - because of the cover for the first book, I had this picture of Dylan in my head like that guy - because the books never said otherwise, but in this I found out Dylan is blonde and I was like wait WHAT??? I was imagining light brown hair! What the fuckkk lol. It's not a big deal, but I just had to readjust my image of Dylan a tad.

And if that's my only complaint? Well, then that tells you all you need to know. If you've read the first two books, don't worry that more drama will happen before they get their happy ending. This whole book is them already in their happy ending, and it's awesome.

Huge thumbs up to a lovely ending to a wonderful series :D

This series was ok for me but it wasn't my favorite.
This book is like a long epilogue, not much happens in terms of conflict, some things are resolved but mostly is all about the weeding, and to be honest I always thought 3 books were unnecesary.
That said the book is not bad, the pacing is good, there weren't boring moments even if I did skipped some sex scenes because meh, I sadly wasn't into Ace, I never clicked with hi, I felt like too much of the story was centered on him and you can see even on the names of the books.

I loved seeing old characters even I did think it was a little bit too much, maybe if I were a fan of the other author and i woul've known the character I would have love it but I didn't so I was completely lost with all the couples, I didn't even tried to keep up with them.

The epilogue was really sweet and it felt proper for this couples because they had an insta love story so they needed super cute HEA. I would have loved to see more of that but I was still ok.

I'm a little bit ashamed to say that I mostly liked this book because it was a big hint to more Logan and Tate, which Ella already confirmed. So that was my favorite part, my boys are going to be back and maybe with a wedding.

Ella Frank & Brooke Blaine invites you to join them on one spectacular beautiful epic ending of Ace & Dylan. If there is ever a story to be grinning like a fool and to be sentimental about, Wedlocked is the book for you. Think of this book as one fabulous and heartwarming journey of two souls, two hearts, two friends, and two lovers getting their happily ever after. So in other words, a whole book that was one amazing epilogue.

I got an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review ;) I was very eagerly awaiting for the conclusion to this absolutely amazing trilogy, because yes, it’s one of those situations when you really have to read all the books in order… ;) but let’s be honest, would you buy a book and start readng it from 70 %? no ;) and this whole trilogy revolves around the same couple, so I definitely recommend you, if you haven’t already, to read the first two books before diving into this one ;) it’s not like it will be a chore, because they are just as amazing as this one… ;) now that we have this little explanation out of the way, let me tell you guys a little bit more about this particular installment ;) and I will do my best to tell you some things about our main couple and the plot in general without spoilers if you are new to this series ;) plus some of my thoughts and feelings about everything ;)

So let me start with Ace and Dylan ;) *sighs dreamily* oh how I love those two… *sighs again because once is just not enough* ;) I will give you a little insight into how they met, because there’s not much about the actual plot of this installment that I can tell you without giving everything away ;) so Ace is a big movie star… he came out as gay about a year before the start of that first book… so he’s still struggling a bit, not really feeling absolutely comfortable with everything… but there is one person who caught his eye… yes, you guessed right, I’m talking about Dylan ;) or to be more precise, the huge poster of Dylan on one of the billboards ;) so imagine his surprise after few weeks of admiring him, when he actually meets him on the set of his newest movie… and by meets him I mean he almost runs him over with his car ;) #TrueStory ;) Dylan is definitely much more open and comfortable with his sexuality ;) I loved them both for different reasons, but the best scenes of those books were of them together… especially after some time, once they got to know each other better and opened up ;) Ace in particular ;) like I mentioned before, I don’t really want to say too much about all the events in these books, because first of all, it would be way too spoilerific and second of all, the less details you actually know, the better the surprises along the way will be ;) what I can share with you, is that their relationship is absolutely amazing ;) I adored how they started with this insanely hot attraction and from that it evolved into so much more… and the more I read about them, the more I wanted, so I’m definitely happy we got three books instead of just one about them… if were being totally honest, I could totally read a few more… ;)

When it comes to secondary characters in this book… well, now the situation gets a bit more complicated… but don’t worry and just let me explain ;) this trilogy is actually the first story written by any of these authors that I had the pleasure of reading… definitely not the last, because of reasons I will get to right now ;) what I mean is that since I wasn’t familiar with their individual work, the majority, if not all of the secondary characters from this book and the whole trilogy, were actually brand new to me… ;) but after doing a little bit of research… and by that I mean it was written at the end of this book ;) I quickly discoverd that basically every couple mentioned in these stories basically already got their own book ;) which on the one hand, was definitely a plus to all you people who knew them, because then those scenes meant that much more ;) but on the other hand, for people who knew no one… well, there were moments when I was a bit overwhelmed by all the details about all of them shared on a page or two… ;) don’t get me wrong, it definitely worked, in a way that I will absolutely read ALL those other stories, because those couples were awesome ;) but sometimes it was hard to remember all the details ;)

This third installment, just like the previous two, was written in 2 POVs, which means we got parts of the story from Ace’s perspective, and other parts from Dylan’s point of view… and it was done so amazingly well… not to mention that I still can’t believe that those stories are written by two separate authors… ;) these two do such a phenomenal work of blending together their styles that… *sighs happily* I inhaled all three of those books in record time, because I just couldn’t put them down… ;) and especially this third one is like a big epilogue ;) not to mention that there is an actual epilogue at the end of it, that totally made me cry… happy tears, don’t worry ;) I have only great things to say about this book, and this series in general ;) it’s sexy, and by that I mean *fans myself* do NOT read it in public, trust me… ;) it’s hilarious… I burst into laughter more than once, and it didn’t matter if I read it on my way to work and started laughing out loud on the subway, but I just couldn’t help myself ;) but it’s also very sweet and emotional when you least expect it… there are some vulnerable scenes that got straight to my heart… ;) so basically it gave me all the feels… all of them I tell ya ;) so if by any chance you haven’t read it yet, definitely remedy this situation right now, and go one-click the whole series… it will be worth it… ;) go on, do it now, you can thank me later… ;) I promise I won’t gloat about how right I was… ;)

XOXO

I may seriously have to read the series about Logan and Tate again after reading this one. I love those two and think it would be great if they got married too! A great ending for Ace and Dylan (Daydream lol). Loved it!

**grm** **spoilers**-> A tip : Save yourself and read them.

At 19% of the book, I was ready to throw my Kindle out of the window. Not only Dylan's mother said all that crap on national television, but now she is writing also a book, and our guys, that don't know how to "use" their balls, if not when they are playing with them, can think only of one thing. Let's pay her. Logan, their lawyer, was pretty useless and the fact that he agrees on the paying plan, made me laugh, because there is no way a normal person(or lawyer) would do that(what she did is diffamation, come on!).
I don't know why Dylan didn't want to go on Tv and explain his part of the story, bcs I don't think for even one second that a motivated paparazzi wouldn't be able to find out what really happened to him, and the fact that all believed what Crazy Woman said, made me incredibly angry.
The fact that in this book we saw Dylan and Ace's wedding, didn't help with my rating, at that point I didn't give a shi* anymore if they married or not, bcs all the rest that was happening, made me roll my eyes every 2 pages and the only thing that kept me going was the will to finish this and move to the next book. I usually like Ella's books, so maybe the problem was the co-writer, but if I must be sincere, I have Ella's other series on pause, so maybe the problem wasn't only the other girl.

I'm so happy to finally have ended this series, and the fact that in the epilogue we still didn't find out if Dylan's mother signed the paper to get their money and not write the book, bcs yes when they met she also said to them "she had to think about it" and then went out the door like the bitc* that she is, and our guys stayed there with the papers in their hands and their balls on the floor(well the 2nd part was added by me), only confirmed my rating.

Ridiculous. No amount of sex or fluff, could make me rate this more than 3 stars and I was pretty generous in giving them. I'm so pissed...

Absolute PERFECTION! There wasn't one page where I didn't shed a tear! I absolutely ADORED it!

"Every time with him felt like the first time, and part of me still couldn't believe that it was real. That we could do this, be together in every way...that he was mine."

From the moment I was introduced to these two characters, I was an ABSOLUTE goner! I fell hopelessly in LOVE with Ace and Dylan and their beautiful and heartwarming story. Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine have come together to bring their fans something uniquely special with WEDLOCKED. With not a lot of angst, and just a WHOLE LOT OF romance, WEDLOCKED gave me a front row seat to the event we have all WISHED for since the very beginning. Entertaining and hilarious to say the least, we are reunited with some of your favorite characters from Brooke's L.A. Liaisons series and Ella's Temptation and Sunset Cove Series. The whole gang was there to join in on the beautiful day that we will remember for years to come.

"Fall apart for me, Daydream."

Did I forget to mention that there were some hella' SEXY times mixed in as well? If you thought the previous books were STEAMY, well HOT DAMN, you are in for one HELL OF A TREAT with this one! Whether they are writing independently or co-writing this amazing series, Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine have surpassed all of my expectations. I love them together. I love them on their own. Either way, it's us romance readers that get to reap the benefits of their talent. WEDLOCKED was magical, beautiful, and absolutely breathtaking on every possible level. I couldn't have imagined a better happily ever after for two of my favorite literary men.

I have to say that I'm not really sure what happened here but I am extremely disappointed in what the authors gave us. The first two books were excellent and I just couldn't wait to travel the final path to Dylan and Ace's HEA. Maybe I expected too much? I couldn't really tell you for sure but I do know that this book was basically unnecessary. I think I would have been happier with 2 or 3 extra chapters in book #2 to finish their HEA because this book was fluff with a bunch of corny rainbows and unicorns; which just aren't what I like to read about.

There's really only 3 things that I enjoyed about any of this epic mess: I'm still in love with Dylan and Ace, we get to hang out with Tate and Logan again and the Epilogue was my favorite chapter. I LOVE Dylan's nickname too but that wasn't unique to this book. Everything else should have hit the editing floor because it was just words filling the pages but meant absolutely nothing to the storyline.

This is all quite unexpected for me with these authors as I've thoroughly enjoyed all the other books I've read by them. I guess you win some and lose some. This was a loser for me. Hope you'll find something I missed...

Um, this one I didn't enjoy as much as the two previous stories. 4 stars.

Everything was choreographed as you would expect, and the evil bitch of a mother did exactly what I thought she would and came after Dylan and Ace for money...which they paid to get her off their backs and disappear without a trace. Of course, they had a hotshot lawyer handling that for them **waves to Logan**, and I suspect from reading this story that there may well be a little novella coming through, allowing us a sneak peek into Logan and Tate's future.

As far as Dylan and Ace Locke-Prescott are concerned, the ceremony went smoothly, the venue was stunning and the guests suitably thrilled at the grooms good looks and great fortune in finding each other and falling head over heels, and as for their future? Well, I really enjoyed the ending......

Let me start by begging you not to shoot me for what I am about to say in this review. I realise I’m hugely in the minority for my opinion but I skimmed a whole hell of a lot of this book because I was bored - there, I said it, I. Was. Bored. *shock horror*.

EF’s ‘Try’ was the first M/M book I ever read and I felt it set the benchmark for all future books I would read and I guess I have come to expect a lot from this author. I really liked the first book in this series and the second one was good, though not quite as good as the first and then this one just couldn’t hold my interest at all. It was so cliche and dare I say it, nice (not in a good way). The action movie star and the model from so very different backgrounds, who fell in love with each other pretty much before they even met and we have followed their fairy tale romance and the reader has had front row seats to their scorching hot sexcapades. It’s all been very exciting and adventurous, up until now... This book really just focuses on their impending nuptials, the plans, the bachelor party/get-away, choosing a wedding cake *fans self furiously* and then there was Dylan’s estranged birth mother. I found that part of the story very unsatisfactory. It’s so underdeveloped and I kept waiting for her to get her comeuppance but that never happened. I was annoyed that it felt like she won - you’ll see what I mean when you read the book.

For me, it was all too drawn out, there was way too much detail about everything and in the end, nothing of note happened. Dylan’s birth mother was the only hint of drama in sight and that passed in a flash. There was no excitement, no angst, the chemistry between the two MC's was sadly lacking and even the team games that were organised on the bachelor trip almost put me to sleep. This whole book could be whittled down to one sentence - Dylan and Ace organise a wedding, have sex and get married, the end. Sorry guys, this one falls well short of my previously mentioned benchmark.
