A local hat-maker’s death is ruled an accident by the cops – but Tiffany and Ian are on the case, trying to uncover the truth. The victim’s wife is convinced there’s foul play involved, and soon Tiffany and Ian also believe that to be the case.
As the duo uncover secrets about the victim’s life, their list of suspects grows. However, throughout the investigation, the presence of Detective Benson, the LVMPD detective whose job seems to be making Tiffany and Ian’s lives miserable, looms large. First, as the person who signed off on the death as an accident, and then as a shadowy figure haunting their inquiries.
What role, if any, did he have in the victim’s death, and why is he still bothering Tiffany and Ian?

Hatters and Haters is the thirtieth book in The Tiffany Black in Las Vegas Mystery Series. Though it can be read as a standalone, it's best read in series order.
This is a lighthearted cozy mystery featuring a strong female protagonist, some unusual friends and family, and a mystery that needs solving! It has no graphic gore, bad language or sex.
Tiffany and Ian are hired to investigate a death from 4 monthes before that was ruled an accident but she believes foul play is involved. There are many suspects including Detective Benson the next door neighbor, the partner in a hat buisness, and the neighbor across the street who was always in a disagreement with the victim because of noise. The trail leads into many directions and Tiffany works her way through them. Good story line making a great read
I've read this series for a long time. My A!exa knows what I like and I said yes download this book. The second I started reading I just didn't want to put it down. I had missed these kooky characters! While some series go bad after a few books I enjoyed this and the surprise ending!
This is book 30 of the Tiffany Black series Once you know all the characters good and bad you will find it hard to put this adventure down This is a real page turner. So well written by AR Winters.
This is an intriguing investigation as Tiffany and Ian are hired to investigate a tragic accidental death - or is it? There are loads of clues, misdirection, surprising actions and outcomes.
The first half of the book was not as good as second half as Stone and Nana were not in it. The story did have many twist and turns. Didn't see who the killer was. Somethings were left unexplained but Stone was there so all is good!
No spoilers, but I love how this character is developing! She gets more skilled with every book, and earns respect from more people as well. Highly recommended!
Another awesome Tiffany Black book. This one has me guessing until the very end. Tiffany takes on a new case and has to go up against her nemesis again
I just can't get enough of Tiffany Black Mysteries. Private Eye by day, blackjack dealer at night and plenty of cup cakes to keep her going, she also has to try and carve out time for all the blind dates her mom and nanna are always trying to set her up on. Tiffany's life is anything but dull.
