Learning about Allah(swt) is the best medicine of all the mental sickness. It is a great book to know about who created you, who sustains you, who is in control of all the minute to biggest affairs that occur in this earth and beyond that.

Great descriptor of not just the name but context and differentiators of names that are similar but still show qualities that have small, subtle nuances(he is al-lateef). Learned arabic root words and interesting connections from verses to these names, as well as how to apply these qualities to my own life and connect with that name to become better. My favorite names are
1. al-nur(the light,The Illuminator, The One who Reveals, The One Who Guides)
2. Al jami(The Unifier, The Uniter, the gatherer)
