Dash is a trust fund billionaire, he has an infallible business sense, he finds small companies in which to invest. Callie works in a cosmetic shop while her self made cosmetic line is noticed. They clash into each other on the metro platform, that unfortunate encounter changes their lives for ever. Dash finally has a fake girlfriend to introduce to his grandma and Callie gets the chance to break on the cosmetic market with his financial help.

Dash hides behind his good looking billionaire persona with a long list of one night dates to not let others see his nice, loving and smart side, until he meets Callie who's able to break his walls and know the real Dash.
The relationship between Dash and Callie was fun since the beginning, but it was really a pleasure to get to know these charaters better and see more layers of their personality.

Renegade Roomie has everything I enjoy in rom coms, entertaining characters, fast paced storyline and good bantering.

Lila Monroe writing is delectable and relaxing, it gives you a good time read and it leaves you wanting more, I'd like to meet her charaters in real life because they are amusing and lovable.

Callie works at a cosmetic counter at a department store. She has big dreams of launching her own range of make up. She has prototypes ready to go that she has created in her apartment kitchen. She really believes her range has the potential to change the way consumers think about the future of makeup. All she needs now is someone to believe in her dream with her and be prepared to invest in it.

Dash is a successful businessman who helps startups that he sees potential in. He also co-owns a bar with his best mates. And he has a trust fund his grandmother dishes out payments from every month so yeah, money isn’t really a problem for him. He is also wealthy in the handsome bank, he has no problem finding willing women to share his down time with.

When Callie crosses paths with Dash, he ends up pretty much saving her life and owing her a favour. She calls in that favour when she asks him to consider investing in her cosmetics line, she just needs one person to believe in her.

This calling in of favours turns out to be quite fortuitous for Dash. His grandmother has decided he needs to grow up a bit and think about settling down. In fact, she has decided he will no longer receive trust fund payments until he can prove he is in a serious relationship. He now has a proposition for Callie, a mutually beneficial one. Pretend to be his serious love interest in front of his grandmother and friends.

How hard could it be? Callie agrees to go along with Dash’s plan and despite a few hiccups, she enjoys getting up close and personal with him. In fact, the lines get very blurred when they get naked together. Dash has never been into commitment but Callie has him rethinking his stance on this, he cannot seem to get enough of her. Is it time to put his heart on the line and believe in love?

This was another fun addition to the Billionaire Bachelor series :) Lots of banter, steamy moments and low angst romance.

Lila has once again given us the reader a funny, sweet, slow burn for this enemies to lovers romance.
Let's meet Phineas Henry Dashford IV or Dash, he is a playboy, businessman andmay be pushing the boundaries of his grandmother Zelda and his trust fund. She has finally cut him off until he can show that he is ready to simmer down his naughty ways.
Callie Delgado is a hardworking, sassy, smart gal that is just trying to get her cosmetic line off the ground. It shouldn't be too hard she just needs lots of money, workers, and a place to make it happen!
This couple literally runs into one another and that is the catalyst that sets their lives to be intertwined. Let me give you the run down, Dash runs into Callie and all of her hard work on her cosmetic line lands on the tracks, cue the train to run it down. Callie has just had what she thought was the worst day but now this! She lets loose the tall handsome stranger and the rant goes viral. Dash realizes that he might have a solution to both of their problems and a deal is made! Fake relationship, investor and smooth it all over with his very nosey grandmother.
This couple is oh so funny, they have great witty sexually charged banter and yes we have that slow burn that I love so much!

Too much playboy talk and not enough actual communication drag this otherwise light and easy fake relationship romance down. Also… I have no idea what the title has to do with the story, lol. I was expecting a roommate element at some point. I’m typically a big fan of Monroe’s low angst, trope-tastic rom coms, but this one never hooked me in, so I felt disconnected from the love story the whole way through. The hero’s playboy past is brought up a LOT, and it’s a major issue along the way, with bits of OW drama throughout, questions about his intentions, and a frustrating level of miscommunication. I just couldn’t get emotionally invested, and that made this a lackluster read.

The story follows Dash, a playboy bachelor who likes to live up to his reputation because he’s not interested in putting his heart on the line. When his grandmother cuts him off from his trust fund, Dash realizes that he needs to show her that he’s changing his ways. Or at least… pretending to change his ways. Dash enlists the help of the one woman who seems immune to his charms, a sexy near-stranger who needs an investment in her budding business. But as Dash and Callie spend time together, they realize that their connection feels anything but fake.

Monroe’s rom coms are always super tropey, playing up the low angst storylines, but this one felt a little too predictable. Maybe because I didn’t buy the romance, I don’t know. It’s a pretty straightforward fake relationship romance, just with more
miscommunication than most. I did like the chemistry between Dash and Callie, and there was some potential in the emotions Dash tries to keep locked away, but that potential was never fully reached. It’s still a fun read, but a forgettable one for me. If you’re not caught up on the series, this easily reads as a standalone, though the first book was much stronger (in my opinion). Overall, not a bad read, but definitely not one of my favorites from Monroe. I received an early copy and am voluntarily leaving a review of this easygoing romance.

4.5 star Review Renegade Roomie (Billionaire Bachelors #8) by Lila Monroe
Phineas Henry Dashford IV (Dash) is in desperate need of a date to attend his grandmothers 80th birthday party, in fact as far as Zelda is concerned he needs to settle down, period. Telling his grandmother that he is in fact in a committed relationship leads to plenty of hot water for Dash, now he needs to find a fake girlfriend in a hurry.
Callie Delgado is looking for investors for her makeup business and when they meet and Dash suggests she pretend to be his girlfriend she initially refuses. However he has money that he will invest in her company so she eventually agrees. That's when all the fun begins.
What could possibly go wrong? What will happen when feelings become involved and attraction becomes impossible to resist? Neither of them plan to become involved for real, but fates works in mysterious ways.
Renegade Roomie is a great example of romantic comedy, It is full of witty banter, romance and steam. I fell hard and fast for Dash, he is swoon worthy and a character.
I loved this book from the first to the last chapter and full of great moments that really brought a smile to my face.

4 SMOOCHES!

An enemies-to-lovers, fake date romance full of opposites-attract vibes, Renegade Roomie by Lila Monroe was a quick, devour-it-in-a-day read. Lila’s the queen of the romcom, and this light-hearted sexy romance was heavy on the comedy, high on the heat and an all-around pleasure to read.

Dash, a trust fund billionaire, needs a girlfriend fast. His grandmother, Zelda, thinks it’s high time that Dash settle down, and Dash has to convince her he’s on board with that plan. Enter Callie, who needs funding to get her cosmetics company off the ground. From their meet-rude first encounter through the bickering and squabbling filled weekend at Zelda’s, Dash and Callie’s chemistry burned off the charts. But when the fake starts feeling real, Dash and Callie need to decide if they can make it work or just walk away.

Renegade Roomie was a lot of fun, and it had its fair share of heart-string pulling moments. Plenty of endearing side characters, a sweet and sexy romance, and an amusing trope-tastic storyline, this was a cute, charming and very entertaining way to spend the day. Renegade Roomie by Lila Monroe gets four smooches from me!

Dash and Callie's story is a fun, fast-paced and sweet read. They're so fun and entertaining to read. I had so much fun with their witty banter, hot chemistry and all the shenanigans they're on. I read it in just one sitting. Although I wished they could have just admitted their feelings instead of making assumptions and getting to crossroads. Still, I enjoyed their story.

Callie's already having a bad day when a condescending suit-wearing jerk makes it worse. But when that same jerk later makes an astounding proposal that she become his fake girlfriend so he can access his trust fund, she can't say no, not if she wants him to invest in her fledgling makeup business. Not expecting the fake to turn what feels real though, means that now Callie has to guard her heart because playboys like Dash don't settle down in reality, and definitely not with not so rich girls like herself. It can't be possible that Dash is feeling the same feelings Callie is, can it?

Ooooh I love it when the playboy takes a fall, hard, and damn did Dash fall! Callie is the best kind of heroine, and perfect for bringing cocky billionaire playboy Dash to his knees. She's sassy and sweet, and throws Dash's world off its axis. There are LOL moments, sizzling chemistry, a funny bird, and a sweet ending. These billionaire friends are fun when they fall in love, now I'm really excited for Austin's story to release, Baller Boss.

I’m late to this series but I simply loved this book! New to me author that I’ll have to read the rest of her backlist immediately! This book is such a feel good story that’s funny and has lots of spicy scenes too!

Callie is struggling to launch her new makeup line due to lack of funds and Chase comes up with just the solution because he’s just been cut off from his monthly trust fund provided by his grandmother, Zelda. He proposes that Callie go with him to spend a few days at his grandmother’s estate and convince Zelda that he’s done with his bachelor ways and ready to settle down and commit to one woman. If they can tackle the plan, he will get his trust fund back and then invest into Callie’s company.

What could possibly go wrong? Fake relationship turns into feelings, that’s what went wrong. But neither one of them realizes the other wants more than just the business deal they originally agreed to and now they both have to figure out how to navigate thru what they really want in the end.

I absolutely enjoyed the writing style. The humor and banter between the characters was sometimes just laugh out loud funny. Chase & Callie couldn’t have been more perfect for each other in the end. This is just one of those books that leave you feeling satisfied. I’m excited to read the next installment in the series about Austin.

Another great addy to the Billionaire Bachelors Series and this time we get to know Henry Dashford IV or Dash as he prefers to be called and Callie Delgado.
Dash needs a date for his grandmothers 80th birthday party and this date needs to be convincing because Zelda believes it’s time for her grandson to settle down. So when he tells her he is in a committed relationship she is over the moon but now he needs to find a fake girlfriend ASAP…..
Callie meets Dash when she is out looking for investors for her new business so when he suggests a fake relationship for an investment, it seems like a win win for both of them. What follows is a fun, entertaining tale that will appeal to a wide range of audiences.
I loved everything about this book, I fell for Dash big time and I adored Callie, the chemistry is sizzling hot, the banter is fun and witty but it was seeing this couple go from fake to true love when they least expected to that took this book to another level. Renegade Roomie ticked all my boxes abd I’m sure this gem of a read will tick yours too.

This was a quick fun read that I thoroughly enjoyed. Fake dating in a romance novel is a favorite of mine. Each author has their own version and I thought Lila’s was one of the better ones that I have recently read.
Dash & Callie both go into the relationship for their own reasons and both end up being somewhat successful with the outcome. There are so many funny moments throughout this part but my favorite would be the tennis scene. I was cheering so hard for Callie and my girl didn’t disappoint.
Fake relationships will always have a special place for me because when the storyline goes from pretend to real feelings - well it just gets me every time. I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book released. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.

I love just getting to dive into one of Lila Monroe’s books as I honestly never know what to expect with them, but I know for a fact that I’ll always enjoy them and this time was no different. I also love how she always manages to intertwine her characters with every book and I find that it makes the books stand out more and even be more special as I love getting glimpses of what the previous characters are up to and seeing how their lives are coming together.
I thought that Callie was an intriguing character as she wants to go after her dream and make a living out of it, yet she’s having to prove to people constantly that she shouldn’t waste her time and that she’s not getting any younger and needs to settle down and that’s just coming from her own family. I honestly can’t help but feel for her because if anything your family should support you in anything you set out to do, but the fact that hers don’t is pretty harsh as truthfully those that are trying to get into the makeup industry know what they’re on about as it’s a pretty big industry to get into. But surely she wouldn’t have been going after her dream if she didn’t know anything about what she had to do, I still think that she is brave especially what she had to put up with people from her family and at her day job.
Dash was a different type of character, as on the outside he shows people one thing, mainly that he’s this playboy and he’s not wanting to settle down anytime soon, yet on the inside he wants to find that missing piece of him and in all honesty you can’t really blame him, but he wants to do things in his own time and not by the hand of his grandmother.
Overall, I do think that both Callie and Dash were an interesting choice for each other and their needs, and I honestly can’t fault the story, but there is just one thing that I wish that we would have been able to have known more when it came to Callie sorting out her Aunt’s belongings and flat. I get that Callie was the one tasked with sorting everything out as no one else in the family did, but still considering she was inventing stories of where her aunt was it would have been interesting to see if she gets caught out in the end.
Otherwise, I think that Lila did a great a job and I’m excited to see what else she has planned next for this series.

Callie is wanting to work in the make-up industry, but she knows that in order to get her make-up out there, that she needs to find an investor or even impress some of the big companies out there so that they will even take a glance in her direction, but as luck would have it, life doesn’t want to work out for her and she ends up losing her precious samples she made to the track of the subway thanks to getting bumped into by this mysterious guy. But when he speaks to her she honestly can’t believe the nerve of the guy as it’s clear to her that he doesn’t have to worry about anything as he has all the money that can buy him anything he wants. Yet, what she doesn’t realise is how wrong she actually is about Dash and when he offers her a proposition that she can’t exactly refuse, will she actually go ahead with what he wants if it means that she’ll get the money she needs to start up her company????
What will Dash do when it becomes apparent that his grandmother is scheming and cuts him off???

I have enjoyed most of the books in this series, this one I struggled with.
Callie is a budding entrepreneur. Developing and marketing her own cosmetics out of her kitchen. Hoping for that one big break that will put her cosmetics in every high end department store.
Dash is a playboy. He is also a very astute investor in start up businesses. But he plays up the irresistible, flighty playboy angle that everyone sees. Until his grandmother cuts off his trust fund.
Now he needs to show her he can be the responsible, settled man she wants him to be. He needs a fake girlfriend.
After an encounter and a viral video of him being verbally berated on the subway, he knows the perfect person to pull off this charade. One he would never in a million years choose to settle down with.
He needs a fake loving girlfriend to regain his trust fund, she needs an investor to finally take her to the next step to realizing her dream. A match made in heaven. Or so they thought.
Individually I liked both of these characters.
Callie is a strong woman. Not afraid to speak her mind, even when it might be better to say nothing at all. She’s a hard worker, has great friends and volunteers in a woman’s shelter.
While Dash is a natural flirt, there is a lot more to him. He loves his grandmother and sister. Would do anything for his best friends. Has an uncanny feel for investing.
What I struggled with.
Individually I liked these characters, together, not so much. Other that lust, I just felt no connection between them.
Dash’s flirting. Even after they come to an agreement, he can’t stop the over the top flirting. Going so far as to be cuddled up in a booth with a woman and invites Callie to join them for a threesome. (Not sure if he was serious or not, but still)
I don’t understand, and it’s never explained, why a man his age, still has someone overseeing his trust fund. His grandmother wields that at every opportunity to try to keep him on what she considers his best behavior.
The title made no sense. I was hoping for some sort of forced proximity situation especially given the situation with Callie’s apartment. Didn’t happen.
Editing. There were lots of misused words, names. Misspelled words. Broken sentences. There were places it was hard to read.
Not my favorite of the series. But I will read the next book.

Renegade Roomie was an entertaining and sexy, fake relationship romance! Callie and Dash's banter fueled attraction met it's fair share of relationship woes, but when these two finally work it out... another Billionaire Bachelor will have found his ultimate downfall... love.

I seriously loved Callie! She was hilarious and authentic, and she really deserved the big break that dating Dash provides. Her dedication to her business and the good she wanted to do in her community were admirable, especially when she had to work extra hard to achieve them.

Dash may want the world around him to see a rich, party boy, but there is more than meets the eye when it comes to the way he invests his no-so-hard earned money. And while he has sworn off relationships in the past, it doesn't take long from being in the presence of Callie for Dash to seriously start rethinking his perpetually single status...

If you love romcom's and fake gf/bf reads, then you will love this book.

I love how Lila's "h" always somehow end up with egg on their face. Ok, not literally, well, maybe sometimes. But her female characters are always somehow getting into an embarrassing situation that starts her books off just right. A gasp and a laugh.

Callie is trying her hardest to start her own makeup line while working the makeup counter at a high end department store. Things are just not going right. She is living in her deceased g'ma's apartment, I think, illegally. Taking care of her g'ma's rude bird and just trying to survive NYC and then she literally has a run-in with a hot dude talking raunchily on his phone while waiting for a subway train. Then, there goes Callie's life savings right onto the train track. Oh, he owes her big time.

Dash is always the playboy and never the boyfriend. After Dash accidentally knocks Callie's makeup samples to the train tracks, he hands her a business card. It's just makeup and I will replace them. Oh, no he didn't. And then when Dash finds out that his g'ma cut him off of his trust money. Oh, not she didn't. Then Dash comes up with a plan to ask Callie to be his fake gf so he can get his trust money back and appease his g'ma and Callie can have her startup money for her makeup business. I mean, what could go wrong? Right?!

This was such a fantastic book. I literally binge read it. And, I am pretty sure you will too.

Phineas Henry Dashford IV aka Dash Dashford lives off his boyish charm, his trust fund, investments, and doing whatever he wants, until Grandma Zelda cuts him off. She wants him to grow up and settle down. Right. Dash isn't really in any hurry to find "the one".

Callie Delgado has spent every waking moment and every spare cent she has trying to get her makeup line off the ground. Callie is a spitfire with heart and ambition. She is honest and hard working. She also has a certain charm of her own.

Callie and Dash clash at the subway station and things do not go so well. Now, Callie has to start again with her samples and that requires more time and money than she has access to and Dash owes her big time. Dash needs a fake girlfriend and Callie needs everything. I am sure you see where this is going. Let the games begin! Did I mention that Dash and Callie have a certain zing whenever they are together? Oh yeah. There is definitely some chemistry.

Besides Grandma Zelda we get glimpses of the other Billionaire Bachelors and former bachelors. Callie's friend and coworker, Loralie, and Piper, Dash's awesome sister.

There are tons of laughable moments, a little angst, and a romantic HEA. I recommend this little gem if you are looking for a sweet, lighthearted, sėxy, and fun book for the beach, waiting room, or your favorite reading spot at home.

This is part of a series but I have not read the previous books. This book stood alone very well but I loved it so much that I am excited about the future books coming out.

This is a fake romance trope book between two people who are very different. But the the differences really make this book a fun and interesting romance.

In this story we meet Dash and he is prince charming so much so that the person that he loves the most next to his sister, his grandmother doesn't see that while he might leading a dashing, reckless and fun life he also is a serious business man. His grandmother tells him he is cut off if he doesn't find someone to get serious about. Thats where he comes up with a plan to fake date a woman he met on the subway, Callie.

Callie is a sweetheart but she might have big dreams but she has no clue on how to make it happen. Dash is a sweetheart too and I loved how he was with Callie. This story had some really fun scenes that made me cheer and giggle and swoon. I loved Dash's sister she was a lot of fun and I loved her scenes with Callie.

This was a really awesome, feel good romance that centered on Calie making her dreams come true and Dash was awesome as the guy to help make that happen for her.

I received a complimentary early release copy of this e-book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The dashing “Dash" Dashford needs a date. The business he and his four college buddies started is going great, and Dash loves the work. He also enjoys quite the healthy social life, but the date he needs is of a different kind. Dash was born into a silver spoon family and his grandmother is threatening to cut off Dash's trust fund if he doesn’t settle down. Her upcoming gala at her estate in Palm Beach will be the perfect time for Dash to introduce his new girlfriend.

Callie Delgado has big dreams with the ambition and determination to back them up. She has her own makeup line and hopes one day to see her products on retailers' shelves. But a big oaf runs into her on the subway platform, scattering her products over the tracks. Now she's out a lot of money and product and will have to work that much harder. Imagine her surprise when the same oaf offers her a business arrangement too good to pass up.

It's all fun and games until the fake becomes real and Dash and Callie find out they’re only fooling themselves. But their journey to forever makes for great entertainment, big laughs, a few bumps and some touching moments along the way. Fun, funny, light-hearted, and heartwarming, this delightful reading escape will fill your heart and make you smile, so make sure you don’t miss it!

As I've come to expect, Lila Monroe delivered a super cute, romantic comedy filled with a lot of laughs, plenty of steamy scenes and a tiny bit of angst.

Her latest standalone novella, Renegade Roomie, features Dash (from the Maverick's gang) and Callie, a want-to-be cosmetics entrepreneur. Dash is seemingly a stereotypical playboy billionaire, but he has a more real side that almost no one knows about. He also has an eccentric grandmother, Zelda, who holds access to his trust fund over his head to get the HEA she wants for her grandson. When he literally bumps into Callie at a train station, a relationship of convenience results. He needs a fake date to appease Zelda, and Callie needs an investor to get her business started.

Dash and Callie are great together. Their banter and chemistry make the story memorable. The plot pace and story arc are good, making this a quick, fun read. Renegade Roomie is a low angst, lightweight romantic comedy in the fake-relationship sub-genre and a fun escape.

“The longer I spend with Dash, the more complicated our fake relationship seems. And the more real.”

Renegade Roomie was a fun, quick read that contains one of my favorite tropes: fake relationships. Dash and Callie make a deal to fake a relationship so that he can get access to his trust fund and she can get the money to start her own cosmetics business. However, after spending time together, fake feelings quickly start to feel real.

Callie was so much fun. She was not afraid to stand up for herself and to put Dash in his place. Women usually come easily to Dash, but Callie seems to be immune to his charms.

These two define opposites attract and their banter was charming and so much fun. The chemistry was off the charts and I couldn’t get enough of these two quirky characters. It was so fun watching them learn how to communicate and navigate this “fake” relationship.

Full of heat, heart and so many laughs, this entertaining read was an absolute delight. I had a lot of fun reading this story and I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

Hot dang is all I can say about the next one in the Billionaire Bachelor series by Lila Monroe oh and Wowza. Though it may seem like a cliche story Lila Monroe makes it so much more with Dash and Callie. Now here is a woman that breathes fresh air when it comes to Dash. These two may seem total opposites but you can tell how easily they balance each other. Callie is everything that Dash dreams of in a woman but afraid to really show himself afraid of heartbreak. The love they have for each other is so natural it's hard to believe they are faking it in this book but that is what is good about Lila Monroe's talent. Through all this have to say loved Dash Grandmother Zelda and her well loving interference in this book till the end. All in all this was a great addition to the series and cannot wait to see what Lila does next with Austin's story.

"This was a quick fun read that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Wow, what a great story here! I instantly fell in love with these characters! 5 billionaire stars for this one!
Callie is working the makeup counter at an upscale store, and she deals with people who think nothing of paying a fortune for their makeup. Callie has made her own makeup line, and she wishes her store would carry it, but her boss won't even consider that thought. While on her way home on the train, she overhears Dash talking to a woman, when he accidentally bumps into her and all her makeup samples go flying to the tracks below, she tries to go after them. What happens next sets the story for these two and how they navigate their new friendship.
Dash loves his single life, but after a call to his grandmother regarding his trust fund, has him scrambling to find a girlfriend to appease her, and it looks like Callie is the perfect one!
I didn't want to put this one down, I stayed up late to finish it! Loved it! Don't miss out on this one!

Renegade Roomie is a fake relationship story that will send you on a crazy ride.
Dash’s trust fund has been taken away from his grandmother and he needs to show her he can settle down. He meets Callie in a rather strange way but the arrangement these two forge is really quite something.
Honestly I was laughing at the funny moments and the way Dash and Callie get to know each other is entertaining at best. She sees a different side of him and when neither of them are supposed to catch feelings, what happens, do they talk it out or go their separate ways. Dash’s grandma is a hoot, she may be hard on Dash but she cares, although he doesn’t quite see it that way.
Callie has a dream and it could become a reality with Dash’s help….
This book has it all, fun, witty banter, steamy moments and just a great read that will make you fall in love with the characters. An enjoyable read for sure!

This is the eighth book in this amazing series and is Dash and Callie’s story. Dash is a billionaire playboy, who needs to settle down and fast, according to his eccentric grandma who controls his trust fund, and he needs to find a girl who is sweet and charming to play the part, and not the spitfire he crossed paths with on the subway. Callie needs an investor for her make up line, and after giving Dash a dressing down which went viral, he agrees to finance her if she plays his fake girlfriend to get his grandma off his back. These two are complete opposites, the sparks fly between them, and they complement each other perfectly. This is a well written story which has undeniable chemistry, humor, witty banter, fun, romance, emotions, and love, which leads to an entertaining and compelling page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Billionaire Bachelors Club

Oh how these fellas are falling! I am so enjoying this series!

Dash the consummate playboy. He is charming, he is swoony and he is loving his life how it is.

Callie is a feisty, big dreams, hardworking gal. She has big plans for her career and is trying to figure out how to make her dreams come true.

Enter Zelda, the grandmother of Dash, who holds the purse strings to all that Dash has.

A fake relationship, a whirlwind weekend and boy do the sparks fly between Dash and Callie. I admired Callie for her take no prisoners attitude, even when facing situations that are so out of her world view she shines. And boy is Dash smitten!

This story is fabulously paced and I couldn't put it down until the end! I loved reading about all the "Mavericks", each making their appearances known, but not taking away from the main story.

I absolutely cannot wait for the next story in this series! Who is the next to fall?

RC Review of Renegade Roomie by Lila Monroe
* * * * *
Our poor heroine is trying to make her business soar. Who doesn't love her idea of vegan friendly and cruelty free make-up made locally for people to be employed? Apparently not many people unless you know the right connections. So it could be a blessing in disguise when an arrogant billionaire still depending on his grandmother's inheritance knocks her dreams in front of a train!

He wants the inheritance and to be on granny's good side again, so he tells one big fib on something that she demands from him and never expects: he's in a serious relationship.
Thus a plan is hatched.

Now caught up in some lies and twisted truths in the world of social climbers, party snobs and business men, the two are forced to spin everything even further!

Hot fun in the boat house, a rude bird, and a whoopsie from grandma dearest who should have knocked.

Dash is carefree; he is single and loving it. His grandmother, however, has different ideas. Incensed, but eager to regain access to his money, he begins looking for a fake date to take to his Grandma's birthday party. Fate works in such a way that the woman who made him go viral recently needs a favour. So in exchange for his help, he needs hers.

Callie is desperately looking for an investor to help her get her cosmetics business off the ground. When Dash proposes his arrangement, Callie agrees. What could go wrong? Well, for starters, she wasn't supposed to fall for Dash. And she wasn't supposed to enjoy his and his family's company so much, either.

I liked all the characters in this book. It was fun, witty and steamy in a way that left me satisfied at the end. I recommend it unreservedly.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book.

Calle is the perfect fake date!

Dash needs help, his grandmother is threatening to cut him off if he does not settle down. He needs someone who will not fall in love with him in the process of convincing his grandmother. Callie is just the girl. Their “run in” left her with a distaste of wealthy, charming, handsome men.

This couple is so cute. They push each other’s buttons and best of all is their banter. But their attraction and chemistry are scorching hot. Callie finds herself falling for the billionaire who just needs a fake date. Dash has never had a problem having a woman fall at his feet. Callie is exactly who Dash needs.

The supporting characters are so good. Dash’s family and friends are so fun. I encourage you to read the entire series, but Renegade Roomie can be read as a standalone.
