'BEAUTIFULLY DESTROYED' 📚is the third full length book in Michelle Heard's 'Beautifully Broken' series. It picks up where the previous book left off. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.' This is Ethan & Finlay's story.
This book took me on an emotional unexpected journey, usually this author is good at blindsiding me where she’ll lull you into a false sense of security before plunging you into darkness, this had a slightly early spin occur, not too far into the story we’re thrown into a sudden terrifying situation.
It's just Finlay and her dad who works away weeks at a time on the other side of the world on an oil rig. He's her everything, and he loves her to the moon and back.
One night was all it took for her trust in humanity to be destroyed.
The plan was she was going to go move to where her bestie who is also her cousin Quinn (whom we've met in the previous book), that plan was moved up quicker than it was originally set out to be.
Broken Hiding a secret from her loved ones
Once a happy and vibrant kind of girl, with dreams of doing something surrounding her love of music, but that night took a piece of herself and now's what's left behind in its place left behind in its place is a girl who doesn't trust easily.
Ethan runs the town's gym and is a personal trainer, when he claps eyes on Finlay she sparks off a vibe to keep his distance from her.
I've loved everything about this series, from the covers, to the amazing characters we were introduced to, and all their journeys they undertook, from dark to survival to finding love.
I skipped book 2.. but I loved book 3!!! Triggers there is rape on page rather warn you right now.
This one was wayyy better then book 1 I felt more from Ethan he was more compassionate he never rushed Finley he even avoid her so she wouldn’t be afraid of him!! Let’s back it up.
Finley is moving closer to her cousin starting new and so happy until one night she was raped, her rapist made sure nothing was left behind like it was all a dream this made Fin run towards her cousin ASAP she was locked up right she kept what happened to herself she was afraid of being around men and that did spark something in Ethan he just couldn’t point out something happened. I’m alittle surprised Ethan dad or Her cousin didn’t see the signs.. Ethan didn’t fully know until Fin dad who’s her rock and number 1 support asked for self defense lessons.. and the closer they got the more she felt comfortable telling him what happened that night.
From there there relationship was slow kisses and dates on the breach but not all rainbows and cupcakes the stalker/rapist is sending text messages making Fin have panic attacks and scared out her mind. I love how Ethan made sure she was safe did everything in his power to make sure that man would be 6 feet under and he did.
Angst, om drama (stalker/rapist), no cheating, secondary characters, drama, sexy time, no virgins (h was a virgin on page and was raped)

4.5 Stars rounded to 5! (Yup, a 5 star rating. I don't why, but I wanted it to give my best.)
What I liked about this book : ✨ The relationships. There was no malice. Cara and Sam (I know I'm not using their aliases), Eli and Quinn, Alex (back to false names) with Eli and Ethan, Uncle Josh with Quinn, David with Finlay... I kid you not such relationships are something to be envied about.
✨ Talking about relationships, David and Finlay. It is often said, daughters are apple in their father's eyes. Their pride. It is so true for both of them. I was in tears when Finlay talks about her attack with her father. Not because of the attack, but how she opens up to her father.
✨ Ethan: Ethan was so patient, protective, caring and considerate with Finlay. He always took care of her first. He asked permission. He kept his urges aside. He feared not to speak his mind. He kept and made her feel safe. He felt her pain(quite literally too!). He was the best! (Again, can anybody please help me find such characters in real life? 🥺) Then his friendship with Barb and Carl. His teasing Barb! His caring about them.
And, these lines : Carl lets out a chuckle. “You know, Ethan, for a guy who looks like he can kill a man with his bare hands, you’re a real romantic.” “I care about you and B. I want to see you both happy.” Carl stares at me for a moment. “Thank you.” A light frown forms on my forehead. “For what?” “For caring.”
✨ Talking about relationships further, Finlay and Ethan. While Ethan was patient with Finlay, Finlay didn't really held back. She gave back equally in whatever ways she could. Be it her singing while he was cooking, trusting him, opening up to him. It never felt that only Ethan was doing all the work in their relationship.
✨ Though their was crime and killing, this wasn't really a dark romance. Triggers, yeah. A dark theme, yeah. Dark romance... Depends how you would like to perceive it. The story and writing were really simple. No grand gestures, no big inner monologues, no tortured hero, no revenge, no dark pasts, no secrets or lies. As I said, really simple. But, on a greater level, it really wasn't. This is something so beautiful. A beautiful love story. A beautiful story about healing.
✨ The I live yous. “I live you, Fin.” A frown forms on my forehead. “Live?” Ethan nods. “When you find that one person who changes everything, who steals your heart and becomes the reason for every breath you take, you live for them. You’re that person for me. I live for you.” Though this isn't the first time I heard about this. Ah, this is the second time. (First being the first book of Pieces of Broken Series by Celeste Grande which goes by name : 'Live Me') Yet, it felt more powerful than any 'I love you'.
✨ I don't know this is really a spoiler, but for sake of it, I'm discussing this as one. So, that was a good touch to the story.
✨ Again, for the sake of it. That's something to think about, isn't it?
I will come to add if I felt there was something to be added here. But as I said, such a beautiful story. There was nothing new about it. As the saying goes... There is beauty in simplicity. Beautifully Destroyed is the perfect example for it.
Aksa, my bookdragon soulmate - Aksa, thank you for recommending me this one.
Also, this is my first book by Michelle Heard. And it definitely won't be the last. In the least, I shall read stories of Alex & Nina and Eli & Quinn.
I'm sad to say goodbye to this series and characters, because as rough as it has been to read at times, these stories and the messages they portray are truly special. Just like the other standalones this book will break and heal your heart more than once. What the female main character went through is something no one ever should, but the author handled it with grace and dignity. What she put the male main character through as well, shows that we are all battling something and the "size" doesn't diminish the importance. Talk and lean on your friends, you might be surprised by what you discover. Yet again I highly recommend this book as long as you understand it's not an easy read.
I think this book has to be the best out of all 3. Honestly. Ethan and Finlay’s love is so rare and so pure. Gosh. The way my heart hurt (but in the best way) for these two.. pure magic. I swear.
I love how patient and kind Ethan was with Finlay. Even though, in the beginning, he didn’t know what happened or what was going on with Finlay- he was so so patient and understanding. He never rushed or pushed her and I adore him so much.
You guys need this book. Do not hesitate. I swear, it’s so freaking worth it!!
TO EVERY DIE HARD ROMANCE LOVER THAT WALKS THE EARTH... READ THIS AMAZING 5-STAR EMOTIONALLY DRIVEN ROM
I speak from personal experience when I say that it is impossible for author Michelle Heard not to deliver an epic romance. Her talent is something to be talked about. Her newest release BEAUTIFULLY DESTROYED is proof of that. It's an honor to have read and to review this book.
Take a deep breath and get ready for one helluva 5-Star romantic suspense.
Meet Finlay Drake. One woman living life. One beautiful life where everything good in this world happens. A life filled with hope, happiness, love of life, family, and dreams. Dreams of a life filled with beautiful music.
One night. One tragic moment in time is all it takes for Finlay's carefree world to spiral into madness. A madness where innocence is lost. Robbed from her in a sick and brutal way. Robbing her of everything. Thrusting her into a new hellish and horrifying reality where frightening darkness and overwhelming fear take over.
Finlay's new reality sends her on a journey to the small coastal town of Southport. A journey that will hopefully lead her to finding new hopes, new dreams and safety from the demon that took everything from her. A demon that stalked her, hunted her and remains at large.
Unbeknownst to Finlay, this journey is about to lead her to an unexpected newfound love in Southport that changes everything. That newfound love has a name. And his name is Ethan Jackson.
Holy swoon! Someone send me to Southport because I want to steal this incredibly selfless and beautiful man for myself. This man, this white knight is the everything good in this world that I spoke of earlier. But alas, Ethan is totally unavailable. All he wants is a woman he can call his own who will look at him as if he's her everything. That woman has a name. And her name is Finlay Drake.
What happens next on this journey is what dreams and fairytales are made of with a few bumps in the road.
And like every great fairytale, there is a villain. A villain who is determined to steal back what he believes to be his. A villain who reawakens the fear to full speed. The only difference now is there is a hero who stands by the fair maiden and gives her the strength she needs to face and defend herself from the evildoer.
But that's all I'm saying. But it's good. Real good. It left me in a puddle of goo yearning for a love like theirs.
Although a nightmare made of heinous violence, incredible darkness and unimaginable fear may have been what drove this couple together initially, it was the beautiful trio of never-ending patience, undying understanding and above all else, the undeniable love of one man and his vow and determination to heal one woman and put her broken parts back together again.
That, and the courage of the woman who took a chance and let love in. Giving them the happily ever after they so richly deserved. A life where there is no room for nightmares, only dreams. A life that allowed one woman to make beautiful music again, and show fear and madness to the door.
A life that allowed one man to break through the walls of fear, lead a broken woman out of the darkness and into the light once more and prove to her that love can and does conquer all.
Sometimes when you feel something is off in the pit of your stomach, pay attention. It just might mean something more. Something so much more. Was it fate that this couple found each other? Hmmm.... I'm a believer.
They say there is strength in numbers. That it takes a village. And by the grace of God that's exactly what happens in this most beautiful love story. Family plays a vital role in Beautifully Destroyed. Family can move mountains. And believe me they do.
Book Favorites: There's plenty of love to go around. Gah! I was in awe of the incredible unconditional love of family that was portrayed in the pages of this book. Never have I ever come across the kind of love that takes place between each family here in any romance I've read to date. What a beautiful thing it was to have witness such love and devotion between family members, as well as between these two families. And while the incredible love between this Finlay and Ethan stole my breath, I'd like to add that the love in these families stole my heart. Huge kudos to author Michelle Heard for making that happen!
Favorite humorous line: “Help. I can’t get the stupid bow tie right.” “It’s a clip-on,”...“How hard can it be?”
Favorite serious line: “We’ve had the perfect example of what it means to love, but above all, what it means to live.”
Additional comments: One of my favorite things in this book was how each family member could talk openly with each other. No matter the subject matter, only love and understanding was given. Never judgement. Where men could cry without shame. The outpouring of love left me ugly crying at the softness between them one minute and laughing out loud the next. For example; Please refer to Epilogue 1 & 2. You'll have to read it for yourself.
TO EVERY DIE HARD ROMANCE LOVER THAT WALKS THE EARTH... DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR. READ THIS AMAZING 5-STAR EMOTIONALLY DRIVEN ROMANCE AND FEEL FOR YOURSELVES. OH AND HAVE A FEW UGLY CRIES ALONG THE WAY. IT JUST FEELS GOOD! I WISH I COULD GIVE AN INFINITE AMOUNT OF STARS BUT I'LL SETTLE FOR FIVE.
"You stole what wasn't yours. Left me crawling on all fours. You left me black and blue."
Michelle Heard is known from her unexpected turns and this time, she gave us this kind of turn very early on the book and it brought me on my knees along with our heroine... This was a very unexpectendly and emotionally journey... It showed us how your life could be destroyed in just one single moment and my heart was breaking over and over for poor Finlay... But into her bad luck, she was kind of lucky cause she had found Ethan and trust me on that, Ethan Jackson was the best book boyfriend that anyone could ask for!!! I loved this couple sooo much!!!
"Thank you for being exactly what I need."
Honestly, I wasn't expecting what had happened to Finlay... In the previous book, we had taken some glimpses of her and she was such a vibrant girl, but when she finally stepped foot in Southport, she was someone else and she had a good reason for that... A reason that she tried really hard to hide from her loved ones ... A single night left her destroyed and it was from these kind of things that you couldn't get over just like that!!! A single night destroyed her trust in humanity... Everyone who surround her anymore feels like a threat and she just needs her daddy to keep the demons at bay... But her nightmare hadn't come to an end yet...
"He destroyed everything..."
Ethan Jackson had growned up into a beautiful family... Nina and Alex had raised two beautiful men, inside and outside... and there was a reason for that!!! For those who have read already this series, you know what I'm talking about... Ethan has his own problems to deal with, but from the moment that Finlay, Quinn's cousin, had stepped down from that bus, he was striked by her beauty.... And from that moment, he started to notice things and he wanted to be her hero and help her slay her demons...
"Can I tuck you inside my heart where no one can ever hurt you again?"
These two were so perfect together... Yep, they had met in the eye of destruction, still... they recognized to each other their other half. Ethan did it sooner, but Finlay needed time to feel safe with him... But he was so patient and caring and gentle... It was impossible for Finlay to keep avoiding him!!! If she would let him hold her hand, together could get through the storm and get to the other side alive... But nightmares have a strong hold on them... Will they be able to stay strong and never let go each other's hand???
"I don't have any more strength left." "Then, I'll carry you, baby. Take all the strength you need from me."
What amazes me to this author is her ability to shock you!!!! Her twists can make you freeze and wonder if that could actually happen in real life... Every book in this series was beautiful but it had the power to broke you... to hurt you... to destroy you. Still, you couldn't not keep reading because even when you are losing hope, the author can prove you that there is still a light at the end of the tunnel... A light full of hope, strength and love!!! So much love!!! I adored the Jackson men and I adored their tortured women... They walked through hell and with their man to their side, they had found a slice of Heaven... This is one series that I won't forget soon!!! That's the honest truth!!!
"The definition of happiness? Ethan Jackson."
**I received an ARC for the exchange of an honest review**
Wow! What a heart wrenching, emotional story! My heart was broken and put back together so many times. The depths of emotions I felt while reading this is unreal. The story of Ethan and Finlay will forever be imbedded in my soul. Finlay has had to endure something no person should ever have to. She comes to stay with her cousin Quinn to get away from her past, but does the past let her? When she meets Ethan, she is afraid but also feels that he may be the someone who can help her get thru it all.
Ethan is instantly enamored with Finlay when he first sees her. There is something haunted about her, but he just sees her beauty. He has a fierce need to keep her safe and protect her. These two are made for each other. Ethan is such a kind, caring person and Finlay has such a beautiful soul, and I just knew he could make her all better.
This author has touched on a very sensitive subject, and wrote it with the utmost grace and dignity. Be forewarned, you will need tissues. I must say that this third book in the series is my favorite, but I do highly recommend reading all three. You will become as invested in these characters as I have. Be prepared to take an emotional journey of which you will never want it to end. Just brilliant!
What a Heart Touching, beautiful story of fighting the most brutal demons and a true love that binds and heals everything 😍😍
I went into this fully aware that it has triggers concerning Rape. So I'd suggest to stay away if this subject is a trigger or makes you uncomfortable.
I have to say I can't believe how exceptionally and beautifully the author has handled this very delicate subject and given us a story of prayers answered, of hope and a chance of living a beautiful life even in the face of extreme trauma.
Finlay was always a very vibrant girl, full of life and fun. She's super excited to be relocating where her cousin, Quinn lives and can't wait to meet her and Quinn's new family of Jackson's.
Suddenly though one night completely shatters her entire existence and she becomes all but a shell of her once former self.
Eager to flee the horrible memories, she moves to be close to Quinn. Where she first lands eyes on Ethan, Quinn's boyfriend's brother.
Ethan at first glance notices there's something that's happened to Finlay. He feels a protective bond right from the start. Being raised by a strong man, his dad has always grilled values in him and his brother to protect and family is more important than anything else.
Slowly but steadily Ethan brings smiles and hope in Finlay's life. Slowly she starts letting go of her past and starting to live her life.
Until the stalker from her past starts haunting her present and threatening the life she's build for her.
I FREAKING LOVED LOVED ETHAN. HOW EACH MOMENT HE IS WITH FINLAY. AS A MAN HOW HE LOOKS FOR HER TRIGGGERS, MAKES HER FEEL PROTECTED AND CHERISHED AT THE SAME TIME.
He's easily now one of my top Book Boyfriends. I wish I could kiss him with how he takes care of Finlay and feels for her.
Agghhh...That man..READ READ THIS BOOK FOR A MAN WHO WILL SWEEP YOU OFF YOUR FEET AND WITH FINLAY, WILL SHOW YOU HEALING AND HOPE AND SWEETNESS LIKE NO OTHER.
Also, I loved the Jackson family and Finlay's bond with her father was just so special. She can share anything and everything with her daddy and I loved how her dad let her share her pain and supported her and made her feel safe. Also her Uncle Josh and Quinn. Her family is amazing.
I can't wait to read the previous books from this series as I need more Jacksons in my life.
10+ STARS. FREAKING LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS ONE. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The final book in the Beautifully Broken series and we see Quinn’s best friend, Finlay, coming to join the gang in Southport, but not before being physically and emotionally destroyed by a faceless intruder in her own home. She arrives in Southport a shell of her former self, slowly opening up to the one person she least expected to, Ethan Jackson, a boy struggling with his own personal boundaries issues. A lovely friends to lovers, emotional romantic drama. I loved Ethan so so much, he was understanding and he was sensitive to Finlay’s boundaries without knowing her story, and what a story. Emotional, sweet and highly enjoyable. Beware of graphic scenes, heed the author’s warnings.
I am convinced the cover model is submerged in Michelle's Readers tears. Michelle has done it again she's written a book that gives you all the feelings of drama, suspense heart brake and sympathy.
Ethan is the youngest Jackson boy and Finlay is Quinn cousin. This suspenseful Romance will squeeze your heart and fill your eyes with tears. Michelle has a way of making you feel what they are going through and makes the perfect men to be their rocks through there trauma.
It's just Finlay and her dad, her mum past away a few years previously. Her dad is her everything. She has her music, but her dad works away weeks at a time on the oil rigs, halfway across the world. She's attacked in her own home. She's already in the process of moving closer to her cousin, Quinn, she packs up and leaves earlier than planned. When arriving in town she's terrified of Ethan and Eli, who's her cousins boyfriend. Both him and his brother, Eli, are both intimidating at first sight. She suffered alot from her ordeal, broken, panic attacks, nightmares. Will she tell her cousin, Quinn, about the attack, since they're close like sisters?
Ethan, personal trainer, he's seen the love that his parents have, and what his brother, Eli, has with his girlfriend, Quinn. He wants that kind of love. He's dated quite abit, but none of the girls in town have given him that kick in the gut feeling, until he sets eyes on Finlay. She's beautiful, but he sees something in the way she acts. Was she in an abusive relationship? He's got to be careful with her.
Then texts start to come through from an unknown number. She knows it's her attacker. Will Ethan manage to gain Finlay's trust? Will she let him help her?
Finlay is so strong. Ethan is so patient, understanding, caring towards her. It's like their souls are each others halves. An emotional, gripping read.
After finishing Beautifully Hurt, I knew that Beautifully Destroyed would, in fact, destroy me - and I was right.
Beautifully Destroyed is a dual POV, that picks up right where Beautifully Hurt left off. This time we are meeting Alex and Nina’s second son Ethan, and Quinn’s cousin Finlay. Ethan Jackson is just like his father and brother before him - strong, protective, emotional, good to the bone. Finlay Drake is an 18 year old on the cusp of discovering the world and making it her oyster, until one night changed everything…..
Everything Finlay knew about the world and herself is turned on a dime when she is attacked. She becomes a shell of herself and the world becomes grey and desolate…..until she moves to be with Quinn and meets Ethan.
Over time, he helps to break down her walls and regain herself - becoming who she was before the attack. Ethan is determined to be her best friend, until he can make her his. But will it all be for nothing when the darkness threatens to take Finlay again? Can Ethan stand up and be the man she needs?
Michelle’s handling of Ethan and Finlay’s story is beautiful, deep, heartbreaking and (at times) soul destroying. Her writing in trigger areas is so controlled and the emotion conveyed is so real. I think I just need to always have a tissue box on standby for her books. I didn’t think she could top Beautifully Hurt, but she did - and so much more.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Wow! I needed to sit back and reflect before writing my review became this story packs a punch, for many reasons but all good. The first two books, Beautifully Broken and Beautifully Hurt, we’re absolutely incredible stories and this book is just as fantastic! Each of the three books can be read as standalone stories but honestly, if you haven’t read the first two you need to do yourself a favour and read them. I won’t sugarcoat it, there are times when my heart was literally weeping or trembling in fear, however, there were lots of other times when it was joyous as well.
Ethan is one heck of a guy but then again his whole family are fabulous. He is the perfect partner for Finlay and I loved how much he cherishes her and isn’t afraid to show it either. Finlay is such a strong girl, one who doesn’t see just how strong she really is but luckily with support she starts to look forward.
This whole story is high on intense drama and it makes you stop and think about things. I won’t spoil anything but I found the reflection very beneficial. I love how this author seamlessly and smoothly slips special messages into her books, very cleverly done too.
I can’t recommend these three books enough, they are a must read!
This gripping, standalone book is set in the small town of Southport, and the plot centers around Finlay and Ethan who meet there through chance…or maybe it’s fate.
On the surface, this story has all the makings of a sweet romance, but there’s a constant undercurrent of tension throughout as the past lies in wait to destroy the present and the future
I love the way the author has created genuinely good and ordinary characters who have to face evil and extraordinary situations. At the start, Finlay Drake is young and talented, and she has everything to live for, but when her world is turned upside down she runs to her cousin, Quinn, hoping to make a new start in the town where Ethan Jackson is the local gym owner. He’s an all round good guy, and I love the way he’s so sensitive to Finlay’s needs.
Having finished this story and the two related books that came before it, I’ve learned that the Jacksons of Southport are the kind of family you need in a time of crisis. And If a Jackson man lives you, then everything will turn out all right in the end. Jackson men are honorable, strong, and protective; in summary, they’re perfect
By the end of the story, I was sad to say goodbye to the Jacksons, Drakes and their acquaintances, and so the epilogue provided a much appreciated insight into the future for those who survived, proving that out of darkness and fear, light, joy and love can win through…I received an early version of this book from the author.
“Part of me thinks I should be hiding and…” I let out a sigh, “I want to be a normal girl. Like I used to be.” “You are normal, Finlay. Just because some bastard hurt you in the worst way doesn’t mean you’re broken.”
Once again Ms Heard has managed to reach me in a way that few authors can. I felt the depth of despair, a flicker of hope and tears of joy as I read Ethan and Finlay’s story. The conclusion was a beautiful addition to the series and I’m sad to of read the last of the Jackson family. Such wonderful characters emerged through the dark and found the beauty in the simplicity of family and a person to live for.
Finlay was surrounded by nurturing and protective people, but she had to learn how to lessen her load and trust others with her burden. Ethan had been hiding his own discomfort at unwanted attention. Unfortunately, it occurs too often and many simply disregard it as harmless flirtation. While the aggressor is of the belief her actions are something to be coveted, it leaves the victim feeling like a piece of chattel.
*ARC was provided in exchange for an honest review*
5/5⭐️ 2.5/5🌶
Tropes: - dark/suspense romance - soulmates - small town - protective/possessive hero - trauma
~ Interconnected stand-alone ~ POV: first person - dual
Book three in Michelle Heard’s ‘Beautifully Broken’ series. This is Ethan & Finlay’s story.
Go in blind but with caution. Trigger warnings are there for a reason.
No complaints. Not one single thing.
Freaking speechless. Holy shit this was insanely good! No better way to conclude to the Beautifully Broken Series. I will proudly admit that I cried during the epilogue. *chefs kiss*
The realness in this book made it just that more beautiful. We see not just the heroine heal from her trauma with the help from the hero but we also have the hero battle his own struggles and seeking solace from those he loves.
This can be read as a stand-alone BUT I highly recommend to read the first two books. Trust me, the journey is worth it.
Michelle slays another emotionally charged story of self love after personal tragedy and I absolutely loved it!
Finley has been through an emotional and physical tragedy, leaving her a shell of the girl she used to be. Moving to a new town with new people, she's timid yet hopeful for a new start to life again.
Ethan is set in his daily routine of life but when he meets Finley for the first time, it sends shockwaves through his body. No one's ever affected him the way she does, and it confuses yet excites him.
Finley finds herself attracted to Ethan in a way that scares her, and Ethan will do whatever it takes to prove his worthiness.
An enemy from Finley's past tries to tear them apart before they have a chance to get started, and they'll both fight to overcome it...together. An absolute emotional journey of new love and personal strength, and I loved it! A must read!
Heartbreaking, emotional and healing, Beautifully Destroyed had me heart in pieces.
Michelle has the uncanny ability to shatter my heart and glue it back together over and over again. If there is one thing that sets her books apart and elevates them in my eye it's her treatment of trauma and the healing process that comes with it. This book is filled with so much realness and rawness that it had me bawling my eyes out throughout, showing that healing isn't instantaneous, but a process filled with steps forward and backwards and so much strength.
Where do I begin with this book. This book had me feeling so many emotions all at once. It was such a heart wrenching story that was beautifully written by Michelle Heard. Finlay’s character was written so well she comes to stay with her cousin so she can escape her past and this is where she meets Ethan. Ethan was such an amazing character, he is so perfect for Finlay and complements and helps Finlay’s character to overcome her fears. This book had me in so many tears that definitely gripped and broke my heart but the author puts it back together. Finlay and Ethan will forever be one of my favourite characters. Highly recommend this book will make you feel so many emotions and will keep you gripped till the end of the book, that you will be wanting more.
5 BEAUTIFULLY DESTROYED STARS!! Finlay and Ethan are so beautiful and strong. These two have touched, squeezed and crushed my heart in so many ways. The feels were off the charts with this story, Michelle Heard's writing is phenomenal....she transports us readers into the story. You must read this series.
5* Wow where to start with this beautifully written story.
Ethan is very close to his parents and brother he's ready to find what they both have, his forever. Finlay is desperate to move nearer her cousin Quinn as they are extremely close. When an unexpected incident happens to her before the planned move date she's even more desperate and arrives earlier than expected but not as the girl they knew before. This book draws you in from the beginning and i felt all the emotions involved I can't recommend it enough to read.
Wow... what an ending to an amazing series. This one was heartbreaking and emotional. Finley is such a strong and inspiring heroine..l and Ethan is definitely her guardian angel. Ethan’s gentleness and strength when dealing with Finley had my heart fluttering. Beautifully written... especially dealing with this subject matter. “I Live You” takes on a whole new meaning. Sheer brilliance!!! This series will stay with me for a while. The strength of family and love! A must read
The third book in this series and to me, the most emotional. "You live for your loved ones." Best line of this very emotional book written by Ms. Heard. What Finlay went through and how Ethan is her angel. It's amazing how much love you feel when you read this book. It's gripping, and the author slayed the emotions that you feel while reading this book. Loved the Jackson family and that they got their own happily ever afters. Chapter 27 was wonderful in all it's descriptive glory. Makes me smile about Chelsea too, she got her just rewards too!
This story, will forever stick with me. This will be the story I want everyone to read. Ethan and Finlay’s story was by far the most rawest, emotional thing I have read. Michelle your work is amazing, down to earth. The trauma that happened in to Finlay was raw, and should happen to know one but when Ethan helped pick up the pieces I CRIED HARDER! Thank you Michelle for everything you have given to me in all your books. I am so proud of you! This book was amazing. Grab your tissues if you are going to read this! Which i highly recommended!!!
