Finally Ryder got his head out of his butt and will join the couple in the next book and hopefully we'll get some real threesome action.
The foreshadowing of the ex was too angsty for me but the way Olivia took a stand for herself and handled the fiasco with the crazy ex with maturity was just 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
And I am ready for the ex to get hell out of the picture soon, I'm over her already.

Breezing right along
My biggest issue with most of this book *did* end up being addressed, to be fair—well, ONE of my biggest issues, I should say—the relationship between Jax & Olivia is very superficial & I found myself getting more & more annoyed by that. I’m interested to see how things progress in the next book & if Ryder finally grows a pair.

Look... I am just going to review all 6 novellas in one because they end in cliffhangers (and they are not even relevant well-thought cliffhangers, some just end abruptly) and have around 100-150 pages each and I find it pointless to review each book when they barely have any meaning individually. Also the fact that each of these novellas are $3 on kindle when you can get a spicy book that's around 350 pages for $5 is a highway robbery!! I am not saying spicy authors should not get paid, but it does feel greedy in this case. Thankfully the books are available on Scribd and I have a Scribd subscription (if you want free 60 days on scribd hit me up!)
Although it's mostly smut - plot, what plot? - there is a lot of suspense though because the FMC is in danger from three different baddies, and there is some emotional plot and I guess character study as the 2nd daddy has to get over some issues before jumping into our soon-to-be polyamorous relationship. Which also brings me to... the first book is lying as there barely is a menage in it (that club scene does not count) and you won't get that in the 2nd one either (although it also has a hot scene where the 2nd guy is there and kinda participating but not really). That being said, I was hooked, no matter how predictable and over the top some things were, and if this book was not split in so many parts, it would've been a 4 star read because it was really entertaining me on a really bad migraine day.
Other than that you have the usual miscommunication and misunderstanding conflicts, the stalker ex-boyfriend, their ex-girlfriend coming back for some trouble etc etc etc. It's all fun emotional turmoil that keeps you reading.
That being said... everything is rushed in this 6-episode book (the author calls them episodes in the preface) and the characters barely get any personality: the guys do have a bit of individuality and charisma, but the FMC has pretty much nothing going on (other than being constantly in danger and a conflict with her mother) and she suffers of the whole annoying insecurity in their relationship, always thinking it will end in a break-up one way or another, which was very uncalled for - I know she had a bad relationship before our MMCs, but really, the guys are trying to communicate and she keeps worrying about a break-up without any reason. But was it a fun read on a day with a huge migraine? Yes, yes, it was! The spice is quite hot and finally something new and more interesting. And I would lie if I didn't say that I was curious about what happened to our two daddies in their previous relationship because they too clearly have some communication issues with each other.
Do I wish there was more talking since she is new to the whole daddydom thing? Sure, yes, but hey, he covered consent and safewords and how it works overall so it's fine by me. Plus she was always reminded that she has a safeword and if she is uncomfortable at any point all she has to do is use it. Also, both guys are a bit sadistic and I loved every second of it!

More daddy kink and more drama-rama. Daddy #2 is finally starting to realize that resistance is futile. I did appreciate that Olivia realized that things were moving WAY too fast and was able to take a step back and put herself on a bit more independent footing once again. The damsel in distress that falls into the lap of luxury and never questions it vibes were getting a little strong for my liking, so I was happy with this development (even if I know where things will eventually end up).
All that said, I would like my full-on threesome in the next installment or I want a refund.
...and I still say that the author's Cinderella's Daddies series is far superior to this one (even if the plot is even MORE over the top and unbelievable.

Now the series is really heating up with Genevieve entering the picture, Ryder coming down from his fit, Olivia making moves to create space. I can't wait to see where the rest of the series goes from here. I'm loving the steamy bits as well! I'm annoyed at the lack of explanation Jaxon gave and Olivia accepting it so well, but I'm eager to hear what Ryder has to say about Gen.

Gotta love another crazy ex... I'm not sure we've seen the last of her! But dang, I thought for sure we'd get some threesome action in this one...here's hoping there's some in the next, or I riot! 😆 I enjoyed this one as much as the first two and can't wait to read the fourth.

I loved this story so much. It was nice to see Ryder come more into play & have the relationship move into the direction it does. My only complaint of this book was that it seemed to have quite a handful of errors in it.

Obviously these books are mostly just sex but the hints of story and back story in each one has me completely hooked and needing to know more.

Book 3 of the series - and there are more questions - what's with Genevieve? Will Ryder ever get over himself and talk about Genevieve and let himself move on? The hot scenes continue to be hot and the drama continues - great series.

This is starting to feel a little too drawn out. Maybe it would have better as just 2 books instead of 6, however, I'm not an author. The whole theme of it is good but it comes together in a round about way.

The ex is a total you-know-what. Like, I cannot stand when a person doesn’t get the darn hint and move on. Ryder still hasn’t figured out he should be a part of the trio. I’m hoping he finally gets into fear in the next book. I still enjoy reading the chemistry between Jax and Olivia.

It continues to be super spicy and quick paced, we finally visited the eiffel tower with Ryder although I'm getting passed with his hesitancy, let's go my guy get over it.

OMG!
I'm just loving this series. And I finally found out the age difference between the main characters. Yay! You need to read this book series in order. Its a romance with a MFM combo- so hot! The writing is very well done and easy to follow. Happy Reading!

The more I read....
The less I like it. 🥹 I'm not sure what it is, but with every new "episode" I find myself disliking each character more and more. Honestly, I'm not sure why it's happening, but I need to finish this little series quickly before I lose ALL interest.

Flowed good still just a bit weird with less emotional after shock of situation. The “hold out” game continued until most of the way through the book and meh not interested anymore.
