This story was a page-turner right from the beginning, it had me mesmerized. I loved Archer, he had that all-business-no-play type going on but what was hiding underneath could rival any crazy storm. He was most definitely the drool worthy type book boyfriend that I couldn't read enough on. And, Summer was a tough cookie, she had the independent deal underwraps and worked it will. I loved how resourceful she could be and when both of them could be together it was magic. I loved that they had work for their relationship and I want to say more but I don't want to give anything away but trust me, it's beautiful.
The storyline was a nice pace and a slow burn but it was oh so good. You got a bit mystery, suspense, and a rollercoster of emotions all packaged up this book. So, if you're looking this then grab this book because it is definitely worth your read!

When a few months ago I read the first book of this series I instantly fell in love with Archer even though he was just a secondary character.
Needless to add that as soon as I discovered whose story was the second book about, I've been eagerly waiting to discover more deeply this character and his story.
Well, here I am today.
Before I begin, I feel the need to add that I've been in a sort of reading slump lately.
Fortunately "My Ruthless Neighbour" came to my rescue.
And finally I'm back.
Without further ado, let's get straight to it.
This book is such a great romance! I think that page-turner defines it perfectly.
Summer and Archer are pure fire! They could heat an entire room!
If you are into one-sittings romance reads MRN is what you are looking for!

Archer Kim is a successful, handsome, respected businessman. His world turned upside down in a flurry of bright colors.
I absolutely LOVED Summer. She has her own flair and nobody can take that away from her, it's what makes her unique. She is definitely one of a kind.
Summer and Archer are two people at opposite sides of the spectrum, but fit so perfectly together.
If you haven't read My Ruthless Opponent then you most definitely should before reading this as we experience more of Raleigh and Hannah and their team which I loved. It brought everything together!
You will experience happiness, heartbreak, laughter, get mad at Archer and his brooding ways and want to smack him 🤣 You get it all!
I think River needs her own story! Definitely wanted to see her come back.

This is one of the shittiest books I have ever read, the maniac pixie dreamgirl complex female lead who is has no backbone & is a doormat, always doing embracing and humiliating shit. Toxic & narcissistic Male lead who is an asshole constantly abusing FL. The chemistry between them was non-existent, smut was shit, the grovelling period was laughable, ML's mother is a typical pick me boy mom- thinking her son could no wrong, bullshit & over the top dead sister forced trauma on ML, FL forgives ML in a blink of an eye after him hurting her, accusing of cheating/lying, calling their relationship a mistake.
(Note for me- never read books recommended from bookstagram, cuz all of them are shit)

Archer takes honesty very seriously. When he first meets Summer, it is accidently but then he meets her again when she lies her way into getting an interview. She also happens to be the best friend of Raleigh, from his creative team. This a slow burn, He also has a secret that not even his two closet friends do not know about. Not to give away the story, but how they end up being neighbors was unexpected. Summer has had a tough time in her life, but she has such a big heart. That kindness leads to making a new friend. I enjoyed this book and having Raleigh and Hannah from Ruthless Opponent so involved was great too

This is a wonderful story of two people a male Archer and a female Summer with green and blue eyes 👀 and a shiny Summer personality. She was a colorful beautiful ❤️ and she makes him happy, it has been a long time since he was truly happy with laughter and smiles. They both has Life upset and pain but love conquer all. This story is sweet, romantic and intriguing with these two, and other characters.

I was looking forward to reading this book since I met Summer and Archer in the previous book.
I completely fell in love with the characters in this story and especially their chemistry.
I loved how this book portrayed grief and how different people deal with it while not losing the focus on lighthearted moments.
Overall this was a fantastic and quick read and I really enjoyed it.

Wow! Loved this one! Archer Kim!! Woo, I love Archer! Whi doesn’t love a hot, broody MMC. And come on, I have loved Summer’s feisty, sassy attitude since My Ruthless Opponent. The spice was hot hot hot. Definitely recommend, and I can’t wait for the next book!!

It's a slow paced office romance. Archer & Summer met in a headlock incident & ended up being enemies. Their chemistry started changing when they started working together. It's a typical enemies to lovers trope. This book is majorly plot driven. Good read.
