This book completely highlights the entire concept of "knowledge of self" / "know thyself". When you've been blessed to have read this book, not only would you be gradually relieved in knowing the truth about the Black human, you'd also appreciate yourself (assuming you are Black as well) that much more. This book is a key to understanding where all the envy and jealousy (racism) from others have started. In understanding this knowledge, you'd understand why Black History taught in American schools have "forgotten" to teach you this essential knowledge-about your Melanin and why it makes you unique in the entire human race. This makes sense why the racism has occurred during slavery times even up to Jim Crow era, they've always knew this information and purposely treated Blacks unfairly due to the amount of jealousy of not having this phenomenal molecule (which is dumb as ever because if you really want to know something from Black people, all you have to do is ASK! Learn! Africans are generous people by nature). Still, to deprive someone of knowing what God (The cosmic creator of the universe) has naturally blessed them with--is racist, and also blasphemous (Hence when you want to buy this book it is listed with outrageous prices on Amazon). Gregor Mendel has already revealed by his study of peas to produce accurate DNA research, that the Black human is the original human...what this book does is explain in further detail what Melanin is,how it functions,how it's produced,what to avoid, how to nurture it, etc. This book also is a key to understanding the undeniable fact; all races of people have come from Black people (African people). And it proves once and for all that the Egyptians (Kamites, North Africans), were irrefutably Black,because if they did not have Melanin they would not have survived in Ancient Egypt. What frustrates me more than ever is the fact this knowledge was not brought to me sooner. I am however relieved to know, that pretty soon this knowledge will eventually be available in schools everywhere,as this book is a true emancipation. This compensates Blacks for 400 years of slavery (1619-2019) in reproducing physical copies of this book and making it available in every school, every library etc. (Although the fact I was able to digitally read this book proves it's everywhere now) No amount of money could replace the information conceived within this conclusive book. Without the study and knowledge of Black people and their unique genetic makeup in chemistry and biology--all of humanity WOULD NOT survive. This is all scientific and documented undeniable fact not opinion. We all should do a great deal of study of Melatonin, Serotonin, Neuro-transmitters,the Pineal Gland, and Melanin in general if we are to gradually benefit from what's naturally inside of us. Everything that makes us unique is cited and indexed in this book. I would recommend this book to any person who wishes to become "conscious", Melanin is more than just a chemical that protects you from the sun's UV rays, Melanin is the key to all life, the key to a higher power. The sooner Black people understand this, the better they'll understand the TRUE MEANING OF FREEDOM/LIBERATION. This is just one book on the gifted molecule. One book that may change or enhance your life for the better. To understand self is to understand all...take notes!

Honestly, Why haven't I found this book earlier?!!! I personally feel like they should have this accessible to a younger crowd also.

But reading this book explains how WE black people are amazing and shows in many examples. This is ONE of the many books that can help the community and ONE of many I will continue to read.

This book might require repetitive reading to fully comprehend the implication of how the chemical compound Melanin is the underlying force of humanity. Drawing from chemistry to biology the book will make you question and see melanin in a new light.
