Keep Me Warm

All Andrew wanted for Christmas was some luck. He didn't anticipate finding happiness in a middle of a blizzard.

Your car breaking in a middle of a snow storm usually means disaster. But Andrew finds his savior in a burly Russian who leads him to a cabin in the woods, where they can wait for the blizzard to pass and, more importantly, get warm! The Russian bear will do anything to keep his little bunny comfortable.

If you like the Canadian Shack/snowed in trope and want to read about two men cuddling for warmth this steamy tale will keep you warm with fuzzy feelings!

Short story falls short.

Nice short story that is almost ruined due to lack of editing & likely no proofreading. Appears to have been spell checked and nothing else.

The grammar mistakes in this are plenty, but the story itself is enjoyable. Both MCs are lovable, and despite it being a short story it’s easy to imagine a happy ending for them.

This is more erotica or a start to a romance than anything. A young man's car is stranded on his way to his family for Christmas and he runs into a big Russian guy also stranded. The Russian appears to know there is a hunting cabin, so they go there and to get warm cuddle under a blanket and Ivan admits his family sent him away because he's gay and boom, good times with a well-endowed Russian who he then takes home to his family once the storm passes. That's it. Quite a few spelling areas, in the fifteenth word is wrong (live vs life) and there were a few other errors, but it's only 16 pages, so I guess. Plus, you NEVER leave your car in a snow storm. Stay put and wait for rescue.

Andrew is driving in a white out - snow storm when his car quits running and has no cell reception. Jyst when he's debating on what to do, walk or stay and freeze in his car, Ivan walks up to him, out of no where. His car hit a snowbank so he was on foot too but he knows where some safety is. After coming across a cabin, Ivan and Andrew realize they have much in common! They are gay, cold and single. What are stranded travelers supposed to do? Swap body heat! Of course!

This is a quick, entertaining read by Natalie Wish. Make sure you read this and others by her. Enjoy.

Eh... fun enough for what it was, which wasn't much. Not even sure I'd grant it an "HFN," but it was a quick read that was mostly sex + a ton of typos. Like, a TON, and of a variety that makes me think English may not be the author's first language. Either that or she dictates without a full edit to the transcription. Anyway, whatever. It was... fine. Diverting. A free-to-read-in-KU distraction. Moving on...

Sweet holiday short read

Sweet short holiday read. Sweet characters not too much fluff just enough insta love and a HEA. I really wish this would let you leave a shorter review sometimes its not necessary. Others I could literally write the book because it was so short and would ruin it for most. So there

Steamy Blizzard

This was quick read and I liked it a lot. Two guys trapped in cabin during blizzard who have just met. Hot sex and not much else. Only reason got a four was Ivan had beard mustache and long hair which I don't like in guys.

Very Short, But Good

This is a very short story, but it is still very good. Two men meet in a blizzard and find their way to a cabin in the woods, where they get intimate. Hot and heavy action dominates.

I thought I'd pick one of the many Christmas stories I have on my kindle, this one was very short but really cute as two men get stranded in a blizzard and end up in a little wooden cabin for the night, oh I love 'stranded' stories. Its a nice little tale but over too soon.

3.5 stars. Christmas blizzard

Very short holiday story. Strangers to lovers trope. Wish could flesh out the characters a bit more, but the heat soars.

Loved the story!

How a blizzard can bring two men together is fantastic! Guess, you can say that they found their Christmas presents.

EDIT: So I picked this up in a recent fill you Kindle event and noticed that it was showing as Read in my library. Sure enough, I have a review here from 12/21 but I have no memory of this story. 18 pages so I read it again and will likely forget all about it again. I do think, though, that it has been edited since I last read it. Ivan's broken English is still present as an obvious choice by the author, but I didn't notice any glaring unintended grammar issue as I previously mentioned. It could be that I was more skimming this to refresh my memory so maybe I missed issues, but things often leap out at me when grammar is poor and nothing caught my eye this time. I choose to believe that the author heard our critiques and actually edited this. Bumping up my rating to 3 stars. There still isn't anything here to really recommend it, but it's a very quick read and if you're at all interested and can get it free or borrow on KU then it's an easy title to get you toward your reading goals.

12/21 Original Review: The author makes this available on Kindle Unlimited, which is good because I can't imagine paying for it until it's rewritten. There's a cute, sexy idea here, but the deliberately broken English in Ivan's dialog along with the unintended grammatical errors in Andrew's perspective make for a hard read. Something this short should have more flow and less flaws. I don't regret reading it, but can't recommend it as is.
