Becoming the Hero of the Dragon Lands isn’t easy. You have to survive a ruthless tournament. However, even after his victory, one he’d earned with sweat and blood, Hadjar’s deadly adventure had just begun.
The winner gets everything he could ever ask for: accolades, a wreath that symbolizes his greatness, and the Emperor’s undivided attention. His duty is to escort the dragon Princess to the Ruby Mountains, the dwarves’ homeland. But the wreath isn’t what it appears to be… It would easily be a match for any slave collar, and is controlled by the ‘cute and kind’ Princess. Moreover, the path that leads to the mountains runs through the Red Mist Lands, which are the kind of place only a chosen few could ever hope to survive…
My dude, Hadjar... you poor thing, you. Just when I was starting to like the Dragon Princess she... I'm too angry to even get into it. The Nameless world is so freaking brutal!
Much like Hadjar, I hate schemes! He's such a good guy and these people just keep using him and betraying what little trust he gives to them. GRRRRR!
Pēc diženās, lielās kaujas #12 grāmatas Path to the Glory noslēgumā, Hadžars nevēlas neko vairāk kā dzīvot mierīgu dzīvi pats sev.
this was a very very good book - loved it! a lot of juicy info about the black general, the gods, the past and his journey to seventh heaven. thank you so much for finding a way to get this released kirill!! and i sincerely hope you are able to get out of russia safely.
Let us be honest, this is the 14th book in the (main) series and if you read this far, you don't need encouragement. This book offers what you seek from it and more. More growth, more secrets, more betrayal.
The reason I write is because of the author's message, both at the end of the book and on Facebook. I hope he and his family and his team will be able to leave Russia. I also hope everyone protesting the war, everyone directly affected by the war, will be safe too.
I hope and pray that the people of Russia know that the rest of the world, including most of us in the U.S, do not hold them responsible for the actions of the tyrants running your country. We can only wait and see if cooler heads prevail and we can all go back to being at peace with one another and stopping the unnecessary bloodshed. Thank you, Kirill, for sharing your heart and soul with us and we look forward to continuing Hadjars story in the near future.
I still don’t understand why Hadjar rejected the tigress and chose that lame woman as his mate. I mean, he barely knew her, and all of a sudden he is treating her better than the tigress he’s known for years? SMH.
That aside, this book was good. I’m just still bitter about Hadjar going to such lengths for someone he barely knows, and mentally preparing to potentially kill someone (Tigress) who absolutely loves him
First of all I hope the writer manages to get out of Russia... Talent like this must be nurtured and saved.... Another mind blowing installment... The story picks up pace and as always u are left wanting for the next book. If u haven't read this series drop everything and start reading, u won't be disappointed
This is another exceptional story in the Dragon heart series. So many twists and turns but I couldn’t put the book down! I highly recommend the entire Dragon heart series to any reader who enjoys fantasy. If you are a fan of this series and you definitely want to grab this book
Author i like your books but this one is … Jacob ladder meets wuxia and Northern Europe folklore … just not a fan of flashbacks/stuck in your own mind. While other people try to steal your secrats but my question is why didn’t his nurel network thing wrestle control from outside influence…. Anyway this one was annoying

Sometimes, very rarely, you will come across books that put thoughts in your head in a way you had never considered before, and give them an impact that you'd never thought possible. It is somewhat of a regular occurrence in Dragon Heart series, but induces no less of an amazement despite. I could not but give it the full five stars.
Dwarf City by Kirill Klevanski is the 14th book in the Dragon Heart Series, and is the one most divorced from its title among any of these books. Sometimes I get the impression that titles are thrown in without too much care. Dwarf city is also a bit uneven, with some revisions that do not make too much sense. For instance, there seems to be far too few dragons considering what we've heard before, but also it seems like quite a lot of this was focused on a particular journey. Near the beginning we're told we need to get to Dwarf City, or the Ruby Mountain. We're still not there yet by the finale. Some good things, but there was also a bit of strange filler here and there too. On the plus side, I did find it rather clever that someone from the Strange land is called a Stranger, and I honestly couldn't recall whether stranger was used before... certainly not recently. Anyways, the story is still good, but this felt more like a series of mini arcs than an actual story.
Schemes! I can’t stand that so many chapters end with this curse or simply an expletive. For someone who doesn’t like schemes, he sure is involved in them constantly. I quit the series a while back because it was too hard to follow and this reminded me of that. There are some cool ideas thrown around but a lot of this book is background noise for me.
you’ve done a great job once again with this book and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series as it is translated. Hopefully all the conflict comes to an end soon and you can leave the country safely.
This author never lets you down. The world building is off the charts and the character development is amazing! You can envision everything going on so clearly as if you were there. The book takes you on an adventure you never want to end.
Honestly one of the best book series I have ever read. And I have read THOUSANDS of books. Interesting, funny and action packed. It's refreshing to experience fantasy from a different culture and perspective. Highly recommended.
This is definitely my favorite LitRPG Wuxia series and I have enjoyed every book published so far. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series and have already pre ordered it.
I truly hope that the author can finish the series and can escape Russia if he can as it’s one of my favourites. I hope everyone doesn’t let what’s happening on a world scale let it interrupt an amazing escape from reality.
Love this series, constantly evolving gathering more and more power yet Hadjar remains himself. He’s growing and learning but his core is still the same even as his power increases every new book.
It's been a great journey following Hadjar so far. I'm feeling a bit sad knowing his story is coming to an end. Ps: I hope Mr Klevanski will be safe and can continue writing. Hope one day wars will only take place in books and not in real life anymore.
I keep thinking that there can be no more major surprises...but i was wrong. Cant wait for the next one. new and old characters develop and enhance this very complex story. Trust no one but enjoy the SCHEMES!!
This was an amazing read and it left me begging for more! I would definitely recommend this series to anyone who is mature enough to handle heavy topics. Other then that it's an amazing book series that deserves some love!
I can't wait to see what is coming next! So much had been foreshadowed and things keep twisting and turning in the story line. I've enjoyed all of the books, the heartbreak and triumphs. Definitely one of the top series I have ever read.
From start to finish, a solid work of action and adventure, magic and cultivation, keeping the reader enthralled long after they should have put the book down. Keep up the great work
Should a reader take on this Saga be warned you will not be able to stop! As with all really great stories you will be living the story. The Author really knows how to keep your interest book after book.
Honestly, I liked this book but I thought that it was missing something. I don't know I think it just added more threads that don't seem to be going anywhere.
