Lou is such an amazing author, her ability to bring her readers directly into the story is phenomenal. The trials that Yin goes through with Katuski is astounding, and the symbolization of the red airplane brings tears to my eyes.

This book is genuinely the most beautiful piece of fiction I have ever read. It takes a story that I enjoyed and turns it into a gut-wrenching emotional and truly precious experience that has forever changed me and the way I view writing. I have yet to come across another piece of literature as completely whole as this story is. It far surpasses its name as a fanfic and easily becomes my favorite story of all time.

It's amazing, yes it's a fan fic, yes it's about an anime, and yes it's about a not very likeable character, but it was written in such a way that makes it feel like it's a bestselling romance novel

Opposites will forever and always own a very special place in my heart. I don’t simp for the character in which the book was written for anymore, but I still love the story regardless. Opposites is the story that got me into reading and writing and I will forever be in Lou’s (the author’s) debt due to this. The writing style is jaw-droppingly amazing and the story was worded in the most perfect way imaginable. Lou is truly an artist. I love this book with all of my heart, and I'm pretty sure I forever will.
