Steve Rzasa was born and raised in South Jersey, and fell in love with books—especially science fiction novels and historical volumes—at an early age. He earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University’s College of Communications in 2000, and then spent seven years as a reporter and assistant editor at weekly newspapers in Maine. Steve moved to Wyoming in 2007 to become the editor of a weekly newspaper there, and now works at the local library. He and his wife Carrie have two boys and live in Buffalo, Wyoming.
Once again, Mercury is plunged deep in the well of interdimensional chaos. Another quick, fun read in the Mercury series. I continue to enjoy Mercury's snark balanced by his strength and care, Loridana's sophistication balanced with her fighting abilities, and, most especially, Lieutenant Gabriel Ramos's faith and integrity--as well as the rest of the crew with all their idiosyncrasies. Mysteries and secrets continue to abound. The only reason I rated this a four rather than five star read is, once again, the number of missing words continues to be a problem.
As in the prior novels, the action is well done and complemented nicely by character development. A good, clean, super-hero story with an interspersing of Christian themes. Recommended.
